My family and I went on an afternoon, the parking was a struggle but that's the city typically, and we placed our orders for dine-in on a big iPad tablet thing. I got the vegan impossible spicy burger, and my family all got regular beef smash burger varieties. They have tons of variations for different toppings you can add to your burger, various meal combo deals, and a really impressive vegetarian an vegan menu! They do nice sauces, which you can get on the side in a bowl or in this injectable syringe thing that's very unique and fun! I got a hard cider to drink that I wasn't a big fan of, it was very dry to me. The food there was loved by everyone in my group, from the vegan to the meat smash burgers. The fries and sauces were very nice on the side, and the service was friendly and quick. Inside the restaurant is very take-out style, casual, fast food vibes, although the food tastes better than other places of this nature. Secret Burger Kitchen is no longer much of a secret, and on our visit it definitely showed. We ordered at the kiosk and grabbed a seat, with an estimated wait time of 20 minutes. Given the steady stream of customers coming and going, that didn't seem unreasonable. Unfortunately, 20 minutes quickly passed and turned into much more. Around the 25-minute mark, the manager checked in, acknowledged the delay, and apologized. Our food ultimately arrived 53 minutes after ordering, which turned what was meant to be a quick dinner into a much longer evening. To their credit, the manager was genuinely apologetic and very accommodating, offering a partial refund for the delay, which was appreciated. The staff overall was friendly and attentive, even as things clearly backed up. As for the food, the burger was excellent. The secret sauce was on point, and the garlic sauce was fire. The fries were just okay, nothing memorable. The Jamaican jerk wings missed the mark for me and tasted more like a pepper-heavy BBQ sauce than jerk. The milkshake was also a disappointment. I was expecting something creamy and soft-serve-like, but the texture was grainy, almost yogurt-based, which wasn't to my liking. Overall, the food had some strong highlights, especially the burger, but the extended wait was frustrating even with the accommodations. Tried this place out about two weeks ago. It's a super cute little burger place. It's not a huge overwhelming restaurant vibe, but there's more than enough places to sit. I love that you can place your own order on the screen when you walk in, and the servers come and bring it out to you. The VALUE of this place is what drew me in originally, I saw the menu online & genuinely felt like everything was reasonably priced. I ordered the Epic B&W Box, which came with a burger (or choice of chicken sandwich), fries, 4 wings, and a syringe of sauce- all for $20!! That is nearly unheard of anywhere in Seattle, especially around this area. I added on bacon as well, which was an extra $2, which I felt like was a little steep for two strips of bacon. My friend ordered the Signature Smash 1/3 LB Burger w/ Cheese & Fries, which was $16, and added on a sauce syringe for $2. I really hope that this place doesn't just have low prices because it's a new location, because the B&W box was amazing! The burgers are fresh and great quality; the hot honey wings were the perfect balance of sweet and spicy and the wings were HUGE and still crispy; the fries were crispy and fresh; and the sauce syringes are so unique and fun. I will say, the ranch tastes a lot like hidden valley, which is not my personal preference, but the SBK Sauce was soooo good. The only weird thing about our experience was that the water dispenser was nearly empty when we arrived, & instead of refilling it, the workers filled individual water cups & left them uncovered next to the dispenser. My friend described the taste like this: 'It tastes like soap'. I did not finish the burger and I love burgers. The fried chicken sandwich we got seemed to be a chicken patty like school lunch. We did not like the taste. Overall, I do not recommend the food based on the seemingly highly processed/low quality ingredients used here.
