Tofu with Ponzu Glass Noodles and veggies!

Delicious healthy food, so glad I found a healthy spot with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options in Rehoboth. So good I came back the next day! The service is stellar and right at closing as they were putting away all of the ingredients, the staff (both guys) kindly let me in and quickly order. They were patient and kind. Most establishments would have turned me away, and I gave the repeat business the next day (I came in earlier!) I really enjoyed the Lemon glass Noodles bursting with flavor and the Scrambled Falafel, Curried Cauliflower along with the BBQ Tofu (albeit there were some burnt tofu pieces that were sitting too long under the burner). The Ponzu Glass Noodles were a bit greasy. The Red Pepper Hummus dressing paired well with the meal. The broccoli, corn, edamame, sesame seeds, and pumpkin packed in extra nutrients and helped to round out the meal. Excited to come back next year for my annual Rehoboth beach trip!

This place is worth the U-turn you'll most likely need to make on busy Rte. 1! My family has been coming here for a few years during trips to Rehobeth Beach and I finally got to experience it for myself. There's a wide variety of different rice/noodle/greens as bases, both plant-based and seafood or poultry based proteins, and a tasty assortment of different seasoned vegetables, sauces, and toppings. Everything is also gluten free. The regular size portion is very filling and there are endless ways to customize it. I'm looking forward to going back next time I'm in Rehobeth!

Upon entering, staff was very welcoming, the music is at a great level to not have to shout or speak too loudly at your table or while ordering. My friend and I both created our bowls with the "A Bowl Your Way" option, and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what flavors complemented each other and even offered the best sauce for our bowls based on what we put in them. I did the regular sized A Bowl Your Way with Japanese Kale, Tri-color Quinoa, Balsamic Mushrooms, Garlic Broccoli, Basil Tomatoes, Thai Cucumbers, Coconut Curry Bean Stew, Sunflower Seeds, and Chimichurri Sauce. I had no intentions on finishing it in one sitting so she offered to put it in a to go bowl, but it was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating. The flavors were having a dance party on my tastebuds and I was sad to get to the end of the bowl. The Sunshine Sipper smoothie was great. The banana was giving main character energy, as they often do in smoothies, but the other flavors showed up as well giving a great morning or mid-day pick me up. Definitely worth the stop on the way to the beach. Will keep this spot in my back pocket for future visits

Healthy and delicious! Whenever I order from Seedbol, I am always impressed with the variety and unique flavor combinations. I also love the opportunity to customize my order with so many choices. When we stopped by earlier this week for lunch, my mom ordered the Flavors of Asia bowl of soup. She said the vegetable broth was flavorful and the tofu and veggies were hearty. Who would have thought she'd feel so sated after some soup? In fact, she couldn't finish the entire bowl and took some home for later. I ordered the Skinny Bowl with scrambled falafel, veggies, and garlic red pepper dressing. The falafel was nutty, earthy and had a delicious blend of herbs. The dressing was the perfect complement to the palate. When my other family members learned we were lunching at Seedbol, we received several to go orders. Needless to say, take home (soup and a skinny bowl with spiced sweet potatoes and chicken added) was devoured in minutes with accolades. I especially like Seedbol's transparency on calories for each meal component which makes participating in WW and other calorie counting plans easy! No guessing needed. Two young men served us and both were friendly and patient as we mulled over the plethora choices. The restaurant was clean and we felt comfortable dining in and taking out. The only drawback to this specialty store is cost. It would be fabulous for many to taste the deliciousness of a non-processed and healthy meal. But a $15.00 salad may be too costly for a family with limited means. It would be great if Seedbol could compete with the dollar menu at McDonald's especially for kids who may not be exposed to fresh greens.

This place is amazing! I am not vegan or vegetarian, but this place tastes so awesome. The ingredients are fresh and perfectly seasoned; not too much, not too little. And the portions are perfect; not too little, not too much. I will return here.

Very impressed. As expensive as this place was for $14 for a regular sized bowl I would highly recommend it. It was much needed after a weekend of unhealthy, fried foods. I was surprised to find how fresh everything was. Can't wait to go back in the summer when I need a recharge of fresh, clean food after eating all the fried foods from the boardwalk.

Got the build your bowl option! So many choices, so much food! Every item I chose for my bowl was incredible in portion and in flavor. I am usually not excited about vegan food, but this has me wanting more right after leaving! I am hooked! We went here for lunch because we didn't want fast food and wanted something lite. We had never been before and were excited to try it out. The woman in front of us received great customer service and the man serving her was very attentive. When it was our turn it was a big difference in the service. That wouldn't have been a deal breaker but we felt that the food was good but nothing special for the cost. I think if you want a quick healthy fast service place try this place. The Lava Burger was definitely the highlight of the meal. It came with fries that were crispy, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The burger itself was fantastic and certainly lived up to its name--it was loaded with heat and flavor. Let's just say it was still living up to the "lava" reputation the next day! Overall, the drinks and burger were great, but the Drunken Noodles were a miss for us.

And while it was chewy as heck, it had good flavor and I didn't expect it to melt in my mouth. I would totally order this meal again. Hubby was underwhelmed with the burger. It was rather sad and small looking. But in the grand scheme of things, it was fine - but just OK. I'm guessing he would not order it again. We got our check and paid in decent time once we finished eating. Overall I think the location and ambiance made up for the poor service (food taking way too long) and sad meal for the hubby. Also, the pricing was not insane as we encountered elsewhere which also made it quite acceptable. I would lightly recommend if location matters more than service food.

This is an amazing place to go to when looking for a restaurant where you can eat clean. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. Everything there is completely gluten free and they have many vegan and vegetarian options as well. They have so many different food components and delicious flavors to make the perfect bowl for you. As there are many reasons why this place is my favorite, there is one thing that makes it harder to eat at more often. All of the products are really expensive. One time I went and got a very small chocolate cheesecake and was surprised to find that is was $8.99, the cake seemed more of a tester than a serving as it was a VERY small. Additionally, the bowls add up very quickly as each thing you put in the bowl costs over a $1.99. This place is still a favorite and I definitely recommend it, just watch what you are purchasing. I love this place. Finally a place to get something to eat that really is good for you and organic. They close at 7 p.m. on Sunday (8 p.m. other nights and are open seven days), so we picked up dinner at 6. I made up my own bowl with Rosemary Tuscan White Beans, quinoa, roasted cauliflower, tofu, filafel, chick peas and more. It is served warm and to me the temperature was just perfect for the ingredients perfectly seasoned. I picked out my own items, but you can also select one of their custom bowls. All are good. Lots of nice sauces, all hand-made and delicious. First time I suggest going in and looking at everything so you can choose, but you really can't make a poor choice. I was pleasantly surprised by my meal at SEED eatery. I did not expect to like it so much. They have very fresh ingredients. I loved my Seed's Power Bowl. The meal was very tasty. They have the trendy lemongrass rice noodles which I ordered on the side. My friend ordered the Vegan samurai bowl and she said it was amazing. My dessert was delicious. The vegan chocolate cheesecake was very fresh and creamy. They have some seasonal items so you know the ingredients are fresh and in season. Dining area very pretty and clean. The service was excellent. So many vegan, gluten-free, healthy options. Very clean food! I will look forward to my next meal here. read more

Ok I may not have good fan reception from this but there is no way I could give more than 4 stars. I absolutely love the fact that they serve healthy food! My friend loves the place, too. I ordered the soup with picante shrimp for $16.99. There were 4 shrimp And they cooked well but the broth was so bland. It needed some kind of chili oil or amino acids. My friend ordered the build your own bowl and she loved it. Maybe I am used to delicious poke bowls but this seemed to have no flavor and have odd combinations. I'm giving 4 stars for offering healthy food but I Didn't enjoy my soup. read more

Visited Cape Henelope and stumbled upon this place and decided to check it out ! The owner was very helpful in explaining the different items and gave my boyfriend and I time to decide what we wanted. Buddha bowls are our favorite meal so this was right up our alley. I got potatoes, brown rice, sweet potatoes, cauliflower , broccoli, chickpeas, and the chimmichuri sauce. Everything was super flavorful and very fresh. I recently heard about Seed Eatery from a fellow vegetarian friend. I have tried it twice now and this is one of the best, freshest eats around! Sometimes it is hard to find healthy, fresh vegetarian options and now I have found the place! Tasty with a large variety of options to choose from. Although not cheap, the "make your own bowl" size is very generous and I get about 3 meals out of it. Very friendly staff--quick and efficient. I will be a regular customer. read more

Thank goodness for Seed eatery! This restaurant provides fast, healthy, clean, and reasonably priced food. The bowls are delicious and very satisfying. I usually get kale, quinoa, mushrooms, cucumber, pesto hemp chicken and sesame seeds. The seasonings on the vegetables are so good that I do not put any dressing on the salad. My favorite new go-to for an amazing custom salad. The bowls are huge and very filling with no guilt. Everything is very fresh and delicious.
