THIS is the vacation vibe you are looking for -- and officially our favorite spot in the Rehoboth Beach area so far! After doing my typical in-depth foodie research before visiting, this spot continued to show up on list after list, so I knew we had to stop by. Upon entering, the vibrant signage, hang-painted murals, extremely comfortable lounge and dining seating options plus lush greenery and florals instantly made me feel like "Somewhere" is where I needed to be... and likely wouldn't want to leave! Service was lovely, with welcoming hostesses up at the sidewalk. We popped in on a Friday morning and were promptly seated outside (our request) to enjoy the summer sunshine. With picnic tables, bench seating and semi-booths, there were plenty of options for any group you have. Our server, Angela, was delightful and guided us through the menu pointing out special options and how to navigate the full drink menu. The curated cocktails list was beautiful and made it hard to choose just one! We opted for the Hatching Dragon (lychee dragonfruit lemonade) and the award-winning House Marg. Among our party of four, we enjoyed chicken and waffles plus a breakfast board which was an awesome option for us to share and try different items. My least favorite item on the board was the scrapple (sorry, it was my first time trying it and my verdict was 'ehh'); everything else was delish! After our meal, we couldn't resist sitting in the lounge area and egg chairs to digest for a spell before walking to our hotel. But trust us, we'll be back soon! read more

Needed a restaurant nearby to the hotel where I was staying and stumbled across Somewhere --- and I am really glad we did! My husband was meeting me there, and it definitely felt like the beginning of an Abbott and Costello skit to explain where I wanted to go, but I am sure that is by design. ;) We had a brief wait for a table after arriving around 1pm in mid-May, but service was speedy and attentive from there. Cocktails were great; husband enjoyed his espresso martini (they tout it as the best at the beach, and they may be right!) and I ordered the Hatching Dragon, a refreshing fruity lemonade cocktail that was also delicious. We started with a salad featuring corn and burrata and then ordered a few of their mix-and-match tacos. I loved both my coconut shrimp taco and my sweet potato taco (we love a well-done veggie taco!!) which were both super flavorful. All in all: great food and great drinks. We'll be back. read more

After seeing a social media post about winning the best margaritas at the beach competition we had to try Somewhere. We actually visited twice during our week stay. The first visit we sat at the inside bar, which had a cool vibe, good music, and amazing bartenders. We tried their house margarita, which was delicious! We also tried their sweet heat cauliflower, which was cooked perfectly and had an amazing flavor. On our second visit we brought 5 additional friends to try their cocktails and sat in their relaxing outdoor space. Everyone loved the margaritas and the blackberry margarita. We also did a round of their expresso martinis, in shooter form, which were equally as delicious. The street corn nachos, giant pretzel, and cauliflower were very good. Service was great! This is a hidden gem on a side street of Rehoboth, walking distance to the beach. The vibes are super chill. Matthew greeted us, and Nicole E. was our waitress. Both were super friendly and made sure our first-time experience was great! Food: curry lobster taco- 9/10!! And the smash burger 9/10, the food did not disappoint!! The drinks were also delicious. Great place to stop by. Local service and has an indoor old school bar and patio seating. Very reasonable prices. 1. Chicken sandwich - lean breast with perfectly crisp skin outside that was not too thick of a fried shell. Came with pickles and hot honey. 2. Smash burger - good size as well. My husband and I always take a day trip to Rehoboth from OC MD every year to do shopping. We usually like to get dinner too but then we skip lunch and I'm usually starving by then. I decided I wanted to do a brunch type of place instead and randomly found this place. This place was definitely me. The duck around and find out drink with the little rubber duck in it, I had to get cause I love ducks. And it changed colors! We have the indigo gin at home that changes color when you add citrus to it, but I never really have took the time to just sit and watch it change completely, it was cool. The espresso martini, I think was one of the best espresso martinis I ever had! I like the option you get to pick if you want tequila, rum, or vodka with it. I normally don't like vodka that much but I'll tolerate it in an espresso martini because it covers up the vodka taste. But I liked the different options, and the tequila went well with it. I think tequila espresso martinis are becoming popular now, I've seen them more now. The other drinks they had were great as well! We got a strawberry cream martini which was delicious. I think we got some kind of cheesecake key lime martini with cheesecake on the rim, which was great too. Love the over the top drinks since I'm over the top too. We drank more than we were planning but oh well can't help it they were so good. For food I got the lobster Benedict which was amazing, prob one of the best Benedict's I've had too. The hollandaise sauce was great, it was flavorful , creamy, the right thickness , not too runny. So many places can mess that up. And the lobster was fresh and I think there was a decent amount. My husband's chicken and waffles were delicious as well. The servers/bartenders were also very friendly and helpful. We at the bar , it's kind of a small restaurant. But it was nice cause we got to talk to the bartender and she told me the best drinks to order and some have won awards. I love the decor also and the name - Somewhere I think that was kind of quirky and cool. I wanna go back , now I'm getting hungry as I'm typing this. Love the vibe in here! My friend and I sat at a high top table by the bar. Our server Brooke was super sweet and accommodating! I got the Sweet Corn Burrata Caprese with blackened shrimp. One of the cutest places in coastal DE. Period! Let's start with service. Everyone from host to serving staff were top tier. This cannot be overstated. Service in DE has been absolutely nightmarish compared to other states we've lived in, like TX. Not here though! Great humans. I forgot my hair clip and was visibly getting overheated (pregnant and happens easily), I made a mention of needing a rubber band if possible and my server came back with a hair tie! God bless! Then the menu, everything that is GF is phenomenal. I could barely decide on what to get. Also a pregnant person problem but also also everything sounded amazing. I got myself a little smorgasbord and it was worth it. Plus the mocktails are so good! I think mine was dragonfruit. My server accidentally spilled my original one it while setting my food out and I had a brand new one in moments. Again, this place is cute, ample street (meter) parking, and close to the beach. We came on a Saturday morning right after open. The restaurant was already packed! We waited 5-10 min and got seated inside- no big deal! Service was nice, food was pretty good! We came here recently for breakfast, our server took our drink order. We received one drink and she didn't come back until about 10 minutes later when we had to ask someone else to get our server. She kept casually talking to other tables and passing by us. The server at the table next to us was providing excellent service and we wait ten minutes to not even place a food order. It took way too long, we paid for the one drink we actually received and left. She said they were busy with coffee orders for the holiday weekend. When we asked for her, she finally brought out the second drink, and it was so watered down, must have just been sitting there ready while she was chatting. I love espresso martinis and Someday boasted the "best" in Rehoboth Beach so I had to try it. It was pretty good. Strong and coffee forward. I really wanted the lobster benny, but I wasn't that hungry. I have been on a salad kick and loved all the things in sweet corn burrata caprese. It was simple, fresh and delicious. They also Liege waffles. Kind of like Belgian waffles but a little sweet. My mom had that with berry compote but I missed the picture. She was hungry. We are outside and by the time we left there was a wait. The outside space includes as side space that is great on the morning but as the sun moves across the sky, it will be a little toasty. There is covered patio in the front and I didn't make it inside. The service was wonderful. My server, Brook I believe, helped me decide on the salad. Basically, I have to go back to Rehoboth Beach. Such a cute spot! Awesome tacos. I always love to find little local gems like this when I travel and Yelp did not steer me wrong with this one! I thought I was lost bc it was on the back side of the main but once I found the two friendly hostess gals I knew I was ok. They were very sweet and offered me a choice of their covered deck/patio or a table in the bar area bc it was freezing. I chose the bar and I'm glad I did bc the vibes were awesome. The menu for brunch was excellent and in the end we went with the Elote Corn Nachos and Tacos. The server was super friendly, brand new, and took great care of us. What a cute restaurant. I have been wanting to come check this spot out for a while and was happy to try it out for brunch this morning. I had eggs Benedict but sadly I could not get spinach on it as they told me there was no spinach. I stead of home fries I opted for a fruit salad as I have alot of food allergies. We had a wonderful waitress named Brooke. She was friendly and came back to apologize on how long our food was taken. We then also went back later in day to try out some of their cocktails. I had the espresso Martini as I read that its the best in town. I had the one with vodka not tequila. And my friend had a cocktail that came with a cute duck and some liquid that changes the color of the cocktail when poured in. It was pretty cool. We had Brooke again when we came back for a second time. The vibes of this place are chill and you have indoor/outdoor seating options. Very cute beachy place :) I've been wanting to try this place for awhile but it was always crowded in the past. I came down on a random Thursday when I was off and decided to get breakfast here to start my day :) I was seated outside and the place is super adorable. I ordered the lobster Benedict which came with a side of hash browns and a caramel latte with oat milk. The food came out fast since it was early and the lobster Benedict was amazing :) the hashbrowns were okay. They needed it to be crispier and seasoned more. For $25 I thought it was expensive compared to the amount of food I got but I enjoyed the ambiance of the place. I would like to come back for more of those lunch menu one day :) read more

Walking in- The outdoor atmosphere was amazing, the sand and canopies made you feel like you were at the beach. The inside wasn't that special, so go at a time you can sit outside. Prices were excellent. Service- The staff were extremely nice and friendly, and the food came out in okay time. Meal- The caesar salad was some of the best I've had, the dressing was good, lettuce was fresh, and croutons were perfect, I could've eaten it all day. However, the house salad was overdressed. The corn dog was excellent with and without ketchup, and the fries were some of the best I've ever had. The Impossible Burger was delicious as well. Excellent in all categories. Paul was our server Monday morning. Group of 5. All orders were perfect. Paul was good with recommendations and answered all our questions. We waited so long for our food and we only ordered entrees. When it came out it was barely warm. We couldn't really speak up because our server did not come back til the end and by that point we just got the check. The server was not good at all. She definitely should be trained on timing. Again I plugged the meter and strolled the streets of Rehoboth and found Somewhere, this must be the place. After entering I knew this was an intimate establishment from the size of the inside dining area. It also has outdoor seating as well. As usual I found a seat at the bar, you get the best service and attention at the bar, bartender brought over a menu and ask what I would have to drink. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and a Dogfish Head Hazy-O. My beverage came asap and though my sandwich did take some time, they did have a crowd inside and out, I was not in any big hurry and enjoyed my sour. Food arrived and done just right and the spicy honey sauce made it so. And the fries came out hot as well, sometimes the fries get cold before the food arrives, these were not.
