I stopped by Seth Thai to place a to-go order for their Massaman Curry (a favorite Uber eats order of mine). The service was quick and efficient, which was a major plus since I had a lot of shopping bags with me. I had never been in the interior of the restaurant but it was very cute and cozy. Huge shoutout to the festive Moo Deng pumpkin to add a little holiday flare!

This is a beautifully decorative restaurant. I ordered khao soy chicken. The food price is reasonable. It is so tasty like I was in Thailand. The server is so nicely. This is the place that I would highly recommend.

" Seth Thai " is a New Hot Spot Thai food in Ridge wood. Nice atmosphere ; very clean dining room. Food has incredible taste ; We ordered bbq pork chop , drunken noodles , shrimp mango salad , crispy glazed calamari , garlic soy wings , mango coconut sticky rice ( for dessert ) , lychee lemonade ( super refreshing ) , Leo beer ( awesome Thai beer ) and lychee sake ( don't miss it ) . The service was great ; server was excellent with a huge nice smile. Absolutely we will be back again and again and again. ^_^

Happy to say it this place still has the main dishes that (Zenith) used to have and it tastes even better. I can't wait to try the other stuff! My favorite thai spot in Ridgewood.

Wok Ginger Sauce and Jasmine Rice

Everything is delightful. I felt very welcomed by the warm atmosphere. This intimate space specializes in thai food not common in america. My wife highly recommends the crying tiger. With a peanut and gluten allergy, I enjoyed the ginger wok with beef. We left full and happy

The massaman curry was also flavorful, but a little too sweet for our liking (tasted more like yellow curry, and less of the peanut taste we are used to) Nevertheless, I really liked their GIANT trifold menu and we will definitely be back to try the rest. Amazing ambiance inside (I ADORED the gold hanging decor on the ceiling) Bathrooms were very clean and staff was so efficient and friendly. They refilled water all the time and brought out food very quickly. We were celebrating a birthday but there was nothing brought out, so I don't think they have that kind of service here. It didn't feel super super upscale but also not just your average Thai restaurant. It was very crowded, but we felt like we had adequate space to move around and enjoy our meal.

The presentation is everything! If you change it and add chicken to it, they bring it out like a regular dish so only order with shrimp, if you like seafood! The ambience is very welcoming and trendy with a whole vibe.

However, when I got to the restaurant, I was told that they were not participating. When I brought this up to the staff, they did comment that several people made the same mistake earlier in the week. If that was the case, then why not correct the restaurant week website, or make it very obvious on your website that you aren't participating? Both of us were starving, and I had put in a birthday request at the restaurant, so we decided to stay. The ambiance is classy, and this would be a great spot for a business dinner or date night. I ordered a massaman curry with roti and chicken ($29), and my friend ordered the chuchi shrimp ($30) and curry puff ($16). Prices are a bit above average for the portion size, but justified by the area. We both enjoyed our dishes; the flavors were on point! Then, for my friend's birthday, they gave us mochi ice cream and a card signed by the staff! That was a nice touch that overrode the restaurant week debacle. Service was fantastic. There were multiple check backs and water refills. I would recommend Sabai Thai for a fancy night out, and I would return to try other dishes.
