    Marcha green tea mezcal drink

Inside the Canopy Hilton Nashville The Gulch. Beautiful space! Lots of people gathered around the bar, the place was busy! My husband got me a drink, I went for a green tea matcha mezcal combo. Failed to take a picture of the menu and I can't remember the name. It was delicious! For $17 though, the glass was filled to the brim with ice so there was not much drink in the glass.

Bar Review: A great place for dinner or a quick drink/snack before your next move. We stopped in before walking around and our dinner reservations. Had a few drinks and nosh amongst the lively bar setting...an inviting atmosphere. Great service from our dedicated Bartender with a few of his colleagues checking in as well. An entertaining bar with a gastropub flare.

Stopped in during the Diskin Cider takeover and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It's a nice casual/slightly upper casual spot to grab some drinks and meet with some friends. I didn't prefer any food but the menu looked very solid and they have a happy hour from 4-6! Definitely will be coming back!

We had so much fun at today's Galentine's Brunch! Super cute/trendy spot in the heart of the Gulch. The featured foods were Valentine's Day specials, but I'm looking forward to other fun events & specials throughout the year!

Silo was such a treat for a Monday! My friend and I walked in and we were happily greeted by the bartender Nicki! She was so kind and checked on us often making sure we were good. We had the hummus plate which was delicious. I loved the plating of it and the crudités as well as pickled onion. My friend had the fish tacos, and I had the cobb salad with salmon and no corn. The salmon was warm and the green goddess dressing was perfect. I didn't need any other seasonings. The place was nice to sit in and have our wines and beers while we got some work done, and the christmas tree gave a nice cozy feel. It was nice and chill.

The silo was mid at best, service was not good at all. We were hardly greeted, although it seemed no one was busy. Our waitress seemed to be disinterested and had an AirPod in while taking care of us. Service was slow and took a long time to get our food. The pizza was the best thing to get, which seems like it comes from an attached business. The cacio e pepe was our biggest disappointment, which was definitely Alfredo, and had absolutely no pepper in it. For being the only customers sitting, it took a while for us to be able to call over our waitress to get pepper for the meal. Overall, the service and lack of care for customers put a damper on the evening.

Pretty basic fare for a hotel, but we did have great service. Based on the menu, it was a great choice for our restaurant club, but the food didn't wow us. Overall, it was a decent experience but it will be awhile before I decide to try it again.

We went for brunch and it was not a disappointment. They had a cool DJ playing early 2000s music and some current top 40 hits. The food was good. Everyone in my party loved their meals. The servers were super polite and the food came fast. The building is beautiful but it is still being updated. Prices are not bad. They also have endless mimosas, matchas, and a full bar too.

It was a beautiful evening so my bf and I stopped in at the outdoor bar counter of Silo at the Canopy hotel and I am very glad we did! There were multiple bartenders who came by to check on us and get our order. For drinks we had a margarita and a dirty vodka martini with blue cheese stuffed olives - yay! The drinks were very good and came out quickly, and we decided to try the menu. I love that they offer pizza from the 5 Points window in the hotel! The all day menu is elevated gastropub with some lighter options like salads, protein bowls, and appetizers, but also have entrees and sandwiches as well. I ordered the ponzu tuna bowl and it was excellent. The bowl was fresh and came with guacamole and noodles. The chicken tenders were just ok. For having so much sauce on them they somehow weren't super flavorful or interesting. The spicy pickles on the side were very good though, as were the side of fries. I really appreciate that Silo is honoring some Nashville history with the design and menu (the Yazoo brewery was in the same spot years ago for those who don't remember). Silo is a great place to visit and I'll be back!

We loved our breakfast at Milk and Honey!…read more I've read this place can get very busy and have lengthy waits! Thankfully when we stopped in on a recent weekday morning there was no wait and we were seated in the most perfect spot right away! We chose an outdoor table! The outdoor patio is so nice, even in the Nashville summer heat!! We got there before it was super hot out and the patio kept us super comfortable the whole time!! :) We had a really great waitress who was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to help us make the best decisions for what we were craving!! We started with a couple of drip coffees that came out in adorable cups, on saucers, with spoons, very lovely appearance! Quite delicious! We ordered a fried chicken biscuit sandwich that was served with their home fries and a side of country gravy. This was delicious! I HIGHLY recommend trying their table hot sauce! We loved it so much we bought a bottle to take home!! :) We also ordered the Chicken and waffles. This dish is also served with home fries and a then a side of syrup. This meal was also fantastic!! We had a really great experience at Milk and Honey and would highly recommend for someone looking for not just a good meal, but an entire lovely breakfast experience! :) Don't forget to check out their gift shop and bakery treats to go, on your way out!!

(We had other dinner plans in a few hrs) we got the ricotta/honey bread, the honey butter biscuits and a Bloody Mary. Ricotta/honey: everyone raves about this but we thought it was boring. Ricotta was cold but the bread was warm. No flavor. Added salt and pepper just for something. It gives me ideas of something better to make some day do for that I'm Grateful. Biscuits: husband and friends loved them!! Could have used more butter but still good. Bloody Mary- YEEEESSS!! It was perfect. Our friend got the hot chicken and he loved it. I had 1 bite and it was definitely hot!! And yes- very good. All in all, a good different brunch place for an out of towner. Nothing amazing that I will come back for. Great customer service!

We had the BEST experience at Biscuit Love!!! A new favorite for sure!!…read more Biscuit Love turned us on to the chicken/biscuit breakfast!! We live in Michigan so this southern fare was SUCH a welcomed change!! We walked in to this spot and were immediately struck by how cute it is! I would recommend checking out the menu before you go because once you enter you are immediately in the line to place your order at the counter! There isn't a lot of room in this area so standing there trying to read the menu for an extended time is difficult! I love to read the entire menu before deciding so for me, I need the extra time! ;) We placed our order and then they seated us at one of their tables with a number. The kitchen brings out the order to your table when it's ready. Everything on the menu sounded so very good, it was hard to choose! Because I was using yelp to see what the menu items looked like I was able to spot a "secret menu item" as the staff member explained. I ended up order the "Nasty Princess". The princess sandwich, which is the Nashville hot chicken version, but add gravy and and egg! AMAZING! This was so, so good! I highly recommend! I also ordered a side of the fried potatoes, which were also very good but ended up being way too much food!! The biscuit sandwich was very large and incredibly filling!! :) We also ordered an egg plate with an upgrade to the chronic bacon - HIGHLY recommend the chronic bacon!! This was super delicious and very unique!! We LOVED the cheese grits on this plate as well as the biscuit with jam!! This is a good choice if you like a platter of different, separated items! For drinks we tried an Iced Sunshine latte, which was very tasty, but very sweet and over the top for our preferences while eating a meal. The drip coffee was wonderful! A perfect compliment to any dish!! :) Biscuit Love is the perfect southern charm spot for a WONDERFUL breakfast experience! Super kind staff, super delicious food, super cute atmosphere... you can even purchase a mug or piece of cute merch to take home to remember your fun time!! We will for sure be back!

I'll start off by saying I'm not the biggest fan of pancakes, nor cinnamon and have to be in the mood for both. Today happened to be the day. I tried their pancake sampler, with cinnamon, Caribbean and banana bread pancakes. They were all good, fluffy, airy and flavorful. Banana bread with their maple syrup, Caribbean with cinnamon. But, their cinnamon pancakes were amazing!! Those were definitely the winner!!! Best pancakes I've ever had. Their three pig omelette was pretty bomb as well. I got some of their sausage gravy on the side, to douse the omelette and that was definitely the move there. I think this is the first time I didn't need to use cholula for flavoring. The location is centralized, set up nicely, with huge open indoor space with plenty of seating outside. The service was great as well. Attentive and fast. All in all, I wish I had the time to come here yesterday, so I could try something different today. But, I took the place for everything it had and it definitely delivered. Highly recommend and I will be back, when I'm in the area for sure!

There were only three other customers. I got the eggs, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy with coffee. Coffee was good. The rest of the meal, eh. It was ok. Bland. Disappointing for Southern fare. Look at my picture. The pancakes are small, they don't even fill the plate. It's not worth going out of your way to eat here. It's definitely not worth the hype or a long wait. The breakfast at Cracker Barrel is better and you get more for you money. If you're ever in Kansas City stop in at the Big Biscuit. That's how breakfast is supposed to be.
