More importantly, Udiel (the owner) and his team are all responsive, friendly and helpful. When our heating system broke down over the holidays, they still were able to have a guy come out on Dec 26 (despite being closed) to identify the issue and order us a replacement part. He told us what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again -- essentially the crazy winds knocked the cover off a unit off roof loose and water got in. They managed to secure us a part quickly and replaced in before we had friends come over for New Years Eve. So grateful for their help during the holidays. Cannot recommend Reyes enough!

With both, a unexperienced office person answered and both could not give me the estimate I was looking for. Both required a technician to physically check the unit at a cost. It seemed I had no choice but make an appointment with each. Frustrated on knowing I'm going to be paying someone for not fixing the furnace, I contacted Adams Heating to see what they had to offer. Right away, I got a response from the owner in directing me to his tech (Josh). After discussing my situation with him, I cancelled my previous two appointments and made one with Adams. What was the difference??? Simply put ...Integrity and old school values! Josh was honest in his communication and gave me what I exactly wanted, that of an estimate. The problem turned out to be the capacitor and was replaced quickly at a very reasonable price. Throughout the replacement, Josh gave me an quick oversite of the furnace itself which was educating. Should I need any furnace repair in the future, I without any hesitation, will contact Adams once again!

From the very initial contact with them, I found them to be thorough and very professional. I liked that we received a text notification when our technician was on his way with his picture and some interesting background info on him. Sammy, their technician, was very clear, detailed and knowledgeable. Despite being out of town at the time of his inspection, he provided me with everything I needed to make an informed decision (including emailed pictures of the interior of the furnace). From there, the quote was sent immediately and, upon acceptance, the install was scheduled for the very next morning (rather important for a heating problem in mid-winter.). Next morning, just as I was advised the previous day, I received a text to let me know the installers were on their way. They arrived around 9am when they said they would and completed their install of our system by late afternoon. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a professional family-owned company that goes out of their way to please the customer and follow-through on what they say they will do!

Super disappointed with the quality of service and the additional ~$3,500 dollar damage left behind…read moreafter Jazz Home services installed a new furnace in our home. The repair team scratched the stairwell and stair rail, and they left the house very dirty. Our wash basin was also damaged in the process (picture attached). They came back and said all the issues were fixed - but the wash basin remained damaged. I let it go. A month later, our functioning AC broke and stopped working in the summer. We had another vendor install a new AC Cooling coil. Through their inspection, they found that the plastic condensate drain pan of the older AC system was cracked and broken, leading to water dripping onto the new furnace. According to their assessment, it appears that this damage could've only occurred during the installation of the new furnace. We identified a few open items and visible damages right after installation with Jazz home services and we let the broken wash basin go (Repair cost $1,000). The broken drain pan was not visible when they left and this breakage ended up costing an additional $2,500. I attempted to reach out but no response. This was totally unprofessional, resulting in poor quality service overall that ultimately cost us more headaches and additional damages that we had to fix and pay for.

Called Chris, and he was able to come out immediately, based on our schedule. He spent some time checking everything out, and immediately identified that the issue was with a capacitor in the AC unit. He swapped out the part, and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Pricing was VERY reasonable, especially since we had just been quoted for a whole new system! I cannot recommend Affordable Heating and Air enough, incredibly satisfied on all fronts. He took the time to talk with me about ways to identify future issues myself, and provided general education on things that I didn't even know to ask about. VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY GUY!

He figured out that the mother board had overheated and fried so he ordered us a new one and came back with his team a few days later to install it. It turned on right away and the problem was fixed. They also checked everything else and for leaks or anything else that may be wrong. Now our Ac is back to blowing cold again and good as new. Robert and his team was prompt, efficient and solved the problem, they all explained everything very thoroughly through every step of the way. He's been in business about nine years. Lalo's prices are competitive and we are delighted to have a working garage door opener again. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness, the furnace from Simpson Sheet Metal is AWESOME!!!! I'm so happy with the appliance and with the excellent service afforded me by Simpson. I had a new furnace as well as new furnace ducts throughout the entire home. Boy howdy, was I surprised at the professionalism this company offers as well as the fine workmanship. It started when Jon came to do the estimate: he was on time, professional and the estimate was detailed and well below the other estimate I received from a competitor. After the work was started, I expected to come home after the furnace vents were cut to find a fine layer of dust over everything. Sheetrock is a bugger to cut and it's so darn messy. But much to my mouth gaping surprise, the holes were neatly cut and there was NO MESS! I knew the crew must have vacuumed and cleaned up after the work was done and this was such an over the top effort. Simpson, whatever you are doing for your crew, keep it up! In my book you are priceless and your estimate for the furnace and ducts was well below my other bid, so a double bonus! They are local, stand behind their work, and were in touch with me via phone through the whole installation and inspection process. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Simpson Sheet Metal for replacement of my 20 year-old gas furnace / AC setup that had seen finer days. Took several bids. Simpson's bid was delivered with the least amount of friction. First shout out to John R. - who came out almost immediately and provided a couple of solutions - but he listened and provided a stellar solution we accepted. John is a straight shooter, extremely competent, delivered a reasonable quote rather lightning fast. Very easy to work with and excellent communicator, couldn't be happier with John as our interface. Next shout outs to the guys who installed our project: Bernie, Nick and Jose. I really cannot praise these guys high enough. Totally awesome team. PLEASE READ--Posted a legitimate negative review about this company and somehow it was removed. Conclusion--don't believe everything you read. These folks did not complete the job years ago in accordance with County requirements and this is now costing me. Have spoken with several other legitimate HVAC Contractors and they agreed that this company did not complete their work. We contacted them in a very professional manner and they did not respond. We gave them a lot of time and finally had to send a message that we would file a complaint with the Contractors State Licensing Board. John immediately left a voice message stating without ambiguity "we will take care of this". Later they backed out and have decided to do nothing. The CSLB complaint is now going out. Also the Better Business Bureau and SR Chamber of Commerce. As Consumers these are our rights and I encourage anyone that has these same issues to do the same. read more

After being left in the lurch by our builder, who left our chimney chase exposed, I found Simpson. Nancy and Matt set the emergency chase cover in motion, Frankie fabricated it with stunning speed, and Chris and Raymond (Santa I and Santa II) landed on the roof at o'dark:thirty this morning to install it, saying they wanted to get it in place before today's rain. A more cheerful, charming, cordial and professional crew I've never seen. Huge thanks to all who took this frightening vulnerability and changed it into a wonderful experience with a local company. Our Carrier heat pump failed and normal diagnostics could not reveal the problem. The technician, Emilio, did an outstanding job of working with the manufacturer to determine the cause which was a faulty circuit board. A replacement was ordered and installed quickly and efficiently. Excellent communications regarding scheduling and resolving the problem was provided all along the way by Nikki and Emilio and we were most grateful for their efforts. Matt saved me over $50,000 over another company's estimate. The other company wanted to do so much work with the most expensive materials that was total overkill.
