Working with Sinatra was the best decision ever. I had zero stress throughout my move - they took care of EVERYTHING. The guys were kind, efficient, and productive. The most peaceful moving experience. I couldn't recommend more highly!!!!

Best guys! Best Price!! We've now moved twice with Sinatra Movers here in LA. Serge and his team are super efficient and professional. This time we were far less prepared and they came in and professionally and carefully packed the extra stuff we had out. Moving pads, bubble wrap, plastic tape, and more. They've got it all and they move fast. They're all very kind and courteous to boot. We will happily use them again.

Serg is the greatest, the movers were amazing, fast, and awesome. Really appreciate them taking such great care of all of my things and really made this move easy.

I just finished moving this very moment using Sinatra Movers. Serg & Max made the process so easy for me even when it wasn't easy for them. Of course it was 90° today. They wrapped everything beautifully damaged nothing and made a very tough situation easy for me. I will be using Sinatra movers for the rest of my life as will my friends and family . Sergey and his partners are amazing! Honestly moving is not fun but they were punctual and worked fast. I had issues with escrow so had to change my move in date with very short notice and they were able to accommodate my dates. Moving takes a lot and these guys were quick and efficient. They have options to pay and the were less expensive paying cash but they take credit cards too. I highly recommend them as i have had issues in the past with a different moving company. These guys were careful with my furniture and tried their best to not scratch the walls or my furniture. Great value and highly recommend them.

First, this company was very responsive to my request for a quote, and we were quickly able to confirm a date and time. It was an easy move, as all I had left was the large furniture and a few boxes, and the new apartment was only around 5 miles away. Aziz and Luis were my movers and they did a great job. They were friendly and professional, and they worked very quickly. They took good care while moving my large pieces of furniture and nothing was damaged. The move took around as much time as I anticipated it would, which I was happy with. Pricing was fair and competitive. I would recommend Sinatra and will keep them in mind for my next move. read more

We had Alan and Xavier. They gave us a two hour window and arrived almost at the beginning of it, which was awesome! They distanced and wore masks the whole time and were really polite and respectful of our belongings. Everything arrived in perfect condition and they even put in the extra work to safely move a large Ikea sofa that needed to be loaded out of our balcony and slightly disassembled to get into the new place. They were also super careful with some expensive equipment and wrapped our TV and glassware for us. I would definitely use this company again! read more

I was very pleased with Sinatra movers. Booking the move was very professional, and the people I spoke to, Siarhei and Andy were very prompt and helpful. Rudi and Alex were amazing, they were very fast and professional. The move took a little under 4 hours, and they wrapped everything nicely and disassembled and reassembled our Ikea bed. They worked with us to find a parking spots that wouldn't block our neighbors, and they knew how to navigate all the stairs at our new apartment without damaging any of our furniture. If you're looking for movers, I recommend Sinatra! read more

I can't thank this company enough for their hard work during our local move. Our stuff (15 yrs worth) ended up being just a little too much for the 26' truck. Ivan, Serg, and Ali worked extra hard to figure out the solution and keep my costs down. I had the pleasure of moving with Serge and John today! They both were extremely professional, timely, and careful with my furniture. I've never completed a move so seamlessly, efficiently, and quickly! They especially went above and beyond today because just my luck, the closest elevator to my apartment was down and we had to make a trek across the building to access the next one. They did that with no complaints and still finished within 3.5 hours! I truly appreciate them helping me out today as I have no family here in LA and took on this move all by myself. I found Sinatra movers simply by walking down a Hollywood street and saw hard workers hauling furniture. To my astonishment I was able to book a couple of movers and these two guys went above and beyond- I couldn't be happier. Even tho my sofa was too big to fit into my complex elevator, Jaun Pablo (JP) and his associate (O) were willing and ready anyway. Dennis and his crew are absolutely amazing!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They moved everything within 4 hours and I have ALOT of stuff!! 5-stars to Sergei and Sinatra movers for fantastic service. Sergei sent Dmitri and Ed (see other positive reviews about them)on 4/12/19 to do a labor-only job to unload a rental truck. They showed up on time, worked very hard, and were very easy to deal with. They were careful with all of the items and even took off all of the blankets and tape. Thought we had a good experience until we discovered they broke the screen of my special TV when moving into my new home. They initially offered me some cash which was a small fraction of the original cost of the TV as compensation, or offered to give me a preowned TV which was a different/older model than mine. When I tried to explain how that wasn't fair as the cost of the TV was much more expensive, and the preowned model they were offering was not the same/was older, they all of a sudden said they would no longer give me compensation and I would have to go through a long process of filing a claim against them instead, denying wrongdoing. I would avoid using this company as they have been extremely difficult/rude to deal with and they offer insufficient solutions and put the blame on the client when they are responsible for breaking your personal items. read more

Apologies to the fantastic team of Aziz, Marat, Artur and Mario (who moved me in on 12-19-21) for the belated review. I learned about the company from my friend who had used them a year ago & I remember Sinatra did a great job for her, so when I needed movers last month they were the only company I called. The whole company starting with Mary who took my request and priced it - is professional and courteous. All 4 of the gentlemen who showed up were clean (don't laugh but that's important to me) so nice, and caring about my furnishings. They were quick too! I moved about 6 blocks up the road and they had stairs to deal with on the way out & had to walk thru a garage to elevators entering the new place and finished in pretty much exactly 3 hours (their minimum) including taking apart my bed & a bookshelf and re-assembling both at the new place. Some companies would take their time being hourly - not these 4! They wrapped everything quickly, with care and great team work. I had 2 heavy marble topped pieces and they were wrapped & taken care of like newborn baby! :) Everything made it to the new place safely without damages. They were a well oiled machine & really cared that I was happy with the job they did for me and made sure I had everything where I wanted before leaving. They also cleaned up all of the wrap after removal. A super smooth move. I definitely recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys! Happened, I had to move to another apartment in the midst of quarantine. Moving could be stressful in any time , and under circumstances it appeared to me as a task of extreme complicity. Booking the service with Sinatra Movers was easy as a breath. After that company representatives followed up with me numerous times to ensure everything is in line . On a day of move The Team of Sinatra Movers were in my place right on time. Seeing guys wearing uniform t shorts with company logo, mask and gloves was another reassuring sign of a good beginning. Ali, Igor and Zharlgan packed my furniture and belongings very carefully. All my stuff was cared for with the maximum attention. The large couch challenge team handled highly professionally. In my new place the elevator broke down in the middle of the move , and guys had to care things by hands using stairs. They met this challenge without slowing down or complaints, keeping very professional and proud of their work attitude. My heart was aching looking at them at this moment. I think it goes without saying that moving is insanely stressful. My wife and I decided to do it with a newborn just to add some extra spice to the challenge. I reached out to a friend for mover recommendations and right away he said "Sinatra. They're the best." I looked them up on google and saw a rating that would be stellar for a popular restaurant. Within minutes I was emailing back and forth with Serg and scheduling a day for one of his teams. Their rate system was simple and straight forward and there is absolutely no deviation from it. What they tell you it's going to cost is what it's going to cost. I don't have a ton of experience with movers but I know this is a common complaint with others. When Juan Pablo and the boys showed up I immediately felt at ease. We only had half the apartment packed up and we figured these guys would take one look and walk away. They made us feel so comfortable and assured us that everything was fine. They would take care of it. And they did. Now I'm all moved in and it felt so effortless. We cannot say enough good things about Serge and his team with Sinatra Movers ! We were dreading the process of moving from LA to Pasadena. After calling many other movers for estimates our dread was confirmed because of their high costs. We were trying to figure out how we could do this ourselves when we found Sinatra Movers. I worked with Sinatra Movers for the relocation my parents. They moved everything to our storage unit then moved it all to our new location a few weeks later. First of all, I'd like to express how simple and efficient they made this process. Everyone from the office staff to the movers on the day of were very professional, helpful, and punctual! What set Sinatra apart from other companies I've used in the past was their overall customer service and quality of work. We just moved from our 1 bedroom apartment to a new place, and wow, the process could not have been easier. Anton and Ivan were amazing. We definitely had more stuff than anticipated and things kind of scattered, rather than nicely packed. They packed every single thing for us, wrapped all of our furniture perfectly (even the cheap items that didn't deserve to be wrapped haha), took apart our bed, and moved us seamlessly. I found them off of Yelp reviews and could not have been happier that I trusted all of the other 5 star reviews. I would recommend these guys to anyone as professionals, at a reasonable price who get the job done quickly. This was my first experience using a moving company and I have to say I was beyond impressed. Mary, the woman in the office that took my initial call, was very personable and helpful. She made sure to explain everything in detail so that I was left with no questions at all. The men that did the actual move, Serge team, were an absolute delight to work with. They had the greatest personalities which made the interaction easy for me because I do not do well in situations with people I do not know, especially when they are in my house. They were very professional, were beyond patient with me and my chaotic move and did everything exactly as it needed to be done given the special circumstances to where I was moving. Aziz and Vlad were awesome movers! First they texted me the day before to confirm the arrival window time of 8-10am. I did ask if they could come towards the later part of the time frame and they agreed to come at 9:30. An hour before their estimated arrival time they texted me to confirm they were on their way. This was so helpful! They showed up five minutes early at 9:25 and were friendly and very professional. They both worked very hard for our 3 hour move from a 1 bedroom first floor to another slightly smaller 1 bedroom on the first floor. There was a bumping of an outdoor building light that Aziz was quick to put back and fix! They put disassembled and reassembled the Ikea bed in no time. My 85yo dad was so pleased with the movers! Anton and Alex were amazing! My partner and I were looking for movers last minute and Sinatra Movers scheduled us right away and sent Anton and Alex. It was a one bedroom job - they helped tape up everything and wore a mask the entire time. Where as a normal move between me and my partner would take the entire day, Anton and Alex finished the job in 4 hours flat, including the 20 minute drive to our new apartment. They even unassembled my desk and reassembled and we're extremely careful with all our furniture and belongings. They even gave us a large wardrobe box to fill it with random items that we had no idea how to pack. My partner and Alex even ended up talking about their favorite anime together at the end of the move -- they were so helpful and fun! If we move again, we will definitely use Sinatra movers again, 10/10 experience. read more

I had an incredible experience with Sinatra Movers, especially Sergio and Hector. They made what is usually a stressful time, an exciting and easy process for me. They saw me struggling to carry things on my own and told me to let them take care of it. My sister was helping me and noticed it was the same two men that had helped with her move. We saw what a great job they did for her so that is why I went with Sinatra. Hector and Sergio were so friendly and energetic despite the fact that my old apartment was not as accessible and they had to bring everything down a narrow flight of stairs. I had a few white colored pieces that I wanted to make sure didn't get dirty and they wrapped all the furniture before I could even ask. I hope I won't have to move for at least a few years but if I do I will definitely be using them again! read more

Anton and Alex were amazing and I'd definitely use them again with any of my moving needs. We moved from one apartment (on the second floor) to another unit (with 4 stories ). We had multiple dressers, a heavy sectional couch, a large bed frame with multiple drawers, and plenty of boxes and small items. Anton/Alex arrived early, were independent/efficient/self-sufficient, gave us advice on packing and prioritizing, and took great care with our items. They wrapped the furniture up, used blankets for delicate items, and helped move items throughout our homes to the appropriate rooms quickly and carefully. They didn't have a problem with stairs or difficult parking situations (they had to move their truck several times in our alley for passing cars). They were also very kind and friendly. This was my best move ever, thanks to these guys! Johnny and Alan were so professional, and thorough, and efficient, and friendly on top of all that! They went above and beyond, including rushing to sweep up the pieces of something that WE ourselves broke. They wrapped everything so safely and were so careful to not damage the items or the doorways. They finished well under the three hour minimum, and even offered to move a few things in our house from one spot to another, since they were done so quickly. The whole experience, from first contact to booking to the move itself was so smooth and easy and professional. I would recommend them highly, and would definitely hire them again. I'm someone who NEVER writes Yelp reviews - I have too much else to do. But these guys really deserved a good thank you. read more

Best moving company and highly recommend Dennis, Mike & Mark! They helped me move today from a 3 story house (no elevator. Master bedroom in 3rd floor) to 2nd floor apartment with a loft (no elevators on either). From heavy books, to furniture to kitchen delicates & mirrors... they got it done quickly and with care! They even lifted a heavy couch and 2 desks using ropes to get into my loft (that has an impractical spiral staircase). Dennis, Mike & Mark In particular are hard working, professional, efficient and friendly ...and best part: at a very reasonable price! They even made a stop to drop off some furniture at the Goodwill down the street for me! Couldn't have asked for a better moving team! I will be telling all my friends to use them. These guys went above and beyond in a pinch for us. Hard working, caring, and reliable. What more do you need from a moving company ? We moved from studio city to deep in Orange County and they didn't charge us an arm and a leg like other movers quoted for the long drive. They were very patient with my picky mother who kept asking them to move furniture (that they didn't even move lol), and they helped with every request without complaints. Every item we moved came without any scuffs or damage, so it really shows they cared. They moved everything in within 1 hour, which is amazing ! They even set up our bed frame.... A to Z service!! From the initial conversations, I was pleasantly surprised at how communicative and reliable the team was, especially compared to other companies we were considering. I felt super in the loop in the lead up and on the day-of, I knew exactly when they were going to show up. We have a treadmill that proved tricky to move and they effortlessly de-assembled and re-assembled with such ease that makes me want to learn my way around power tools so I can also be so just f*cking helpful :) The move was done efficiently and professionally and well worth the money. WOW! I cannot express enough gratitude to these guys. I had a move planned right after the holidays and unfortunately had a close family member pass away 2 days before my move. I had packed NOTHING and they were so kind, didn't complain, and did a FANTASTIC job moving my 1 bedroom (up a flight of stairs with no elevator) to a 2 bedroom on a narrow walk street in Venice. They managed to get my oversized couch in through the window in addition to my other very large furniture - into a narrow hallwayed, super old 2nd floor (again no elevators) 1920s Venice place. I cannot thank these guys enough - they didn't complain, took such good care of my items, were very kind and professional, and made a stressful time so much better. I was recommended Sinatra Movers to move our office furniture and supplies into storage. It was a two man team that moved the whole office into the storage container in under three hours. Guys showed up right away on time and within a few minutes started packing and loading all the boxes and furniture into a truck. The storage container was a few miles away and I met them there to let them in. I was worried that my container was too small for all our stuff, but they managed to pack everything and still leave lots of free space in case we wanted to store more furniture later on. George & his team (Yura & Sergy) we're all so amazing & professional!!!! They were efficient & definitely hustled & bustled to get the job done quickly! Usually you would think companies take their sweet time to make more money hourly, but they were working extremely fast! I also spoke directly with CSI and was told the claim was closed at your company's direction--not due to any lack of response from me. The floor damage was hidden by boxes your movers placed throughout the area. Once the boxes were removed, the scratches were visible and I notified you within two days. That is reasonable notice. The $0.60/lb valuation is irrelevant here. This is not about damaged household goods--it's about property damage caused by your employees. Scratching new granite flooring with dollies is negligence, and that liability rests with your company, not the customer. Very disappointing handling of a clear issue.

The moving company should be professional, efficient and handle your belongings with care. I packed all of my belongings, labeled the boxes and made sure they were all in one area on the first level of my house. In total, I was moving 19 boxes, several duffle bags, a dresser (the heaviest item), a credenza, I disassembled a small dining table and twin bed for them, and some lighter chairs and benches. I asked ahead of time if they move potted plants, and I was told yes and was assured they take great care in packing them. I was told it would take a minimum of 3 hours with two guys. The day of the move, they arrived with a truck that could not fit in the driveway and could easily accommodate three households. Since I wasn't even moving a sofa, it seemed odd. I walked through and showed them exactly what was moving, and they decided to leave and get a smaller truck. When they came back, he asked me (again) to show him what was being moved. They were not using moving blankets, protecting my floors or protecting anything. When they moved something out of the way, it caused the wood dining table top to fall over and chipped the walnut wood. After that, I asked if they could wrap and protect the wood items. One of the guys started wrapping an item with saran wrap but loosely, but it did not make a difference. They used a Dolley to put one of the planters on, and spilled dirt everywhere and never bothered to wrap or protect the ceramic pot. I finally picked it up and carried it myself to their truck. The heavier potted plant they put in the truck, but again never wrapped or protected it. They repeatedly used my bathroom and splashed water all over the mirror and walls. In short, they were completely disrespectful. When we arrived at my new apartment, the had broken the pot of one of the plants. It was shattered into pieces and the plant was ruined. It cost $500. Edgar was genuinely sorry, and gave me a discount which I in turn applied towards the tip for the two guys ($70). However, I would never recommend them to anyone and obviously not use them again in the future.

The reason I am giving them five now is because I just used a different local moving company to pack my apartment and load a truck I rented, and I was highly dissatisfied with the service. I won't name this business, but the work did not reflect the cost and I wouldn't recommend that business to anyone. Comparing it to my experience with Stear, I knew I had to sit down and write the review. In July of 2021 I hired two workers to pack my 1 bedroom apartment, load their own truck, unload the truck at my new apartment, AND they drove the truck over to the nearby Goodwill so I could drop off four pieces of large furniture that I was donating for no extra charge. It took a total of 6 hours (my new apartment was only a few streets from my old one), and cost $800 pre-tip. One of the guys definitely worked his ass off the entire time, but I saw the other guy on his phone many times and slowly packing items. My roommate said she saw him chilling downstairs over to the side, and when he saw her he pretended to be working. That was the reason I was going to knock them down a star. But again, comparing the amount of work they got done in the time they did, and at the price they did it, to that of the company I just used, I am locking in at five stars. On top of that, all items were wrapped well enough that nothing was broken in the move, nor was I worried about it. They also knew obvious things like "wrap glass in wrapping paper before packing" and "don't pack living plants in boxes". That is in stark contrast to my recent experience. Here's a breakdown so you can get an idea of the competition: Stear (2021): -hired to pack 1 bedroom apartment and move items to new apartment (0.3 miles away) -I had more items in this move -they drove to a second location so I could drop off some furniture to be donated -all boxes and wrapping materials included in rate -2 men -I hardly did any work -$800 total -6 hours total Company #2 (2022): -hired to pack 1 bedroom apartment and load truck I rented -I didn't have items to donate and I had less items in this move -my dad and I were helping by packing and organizing the entire time -charged per box, wrapping materials "included" but they didn't have wrapping paper for fragile items (they used mine from my last move) -3 men (plus my dad and me) -they only had to pack and load a truck, didn't have to drive it anywhere -$700 total (was going to give me a "discount" at $760, I was like no) -4 hours 50 minutes total
