Water with and without ice, hot and cold tea dispensers are located by the hallway towards the restrooms and are complimentary / self serve. Vinegar onions are free, you do need to request it though. The food arrives pretty promptly. Prices are still reasonable and on the lower end. The broth is great, I didn't love the noodle texture though, they were a bit too soft for me. I like them chewier. They offer options of thin noodle pho or fresh pho noodles which is flat and a bit wider. There is outside seating available in patio. Newest pho restaurant in Elk Grove. They only sell noodles and drinks, period. They had 4/5 options of different noodles. The line was put to the patio going towards DSW next door. Waited in line for half an he to get to the cashier. You order there and pay and get a table number with self serve water and pitchers ready sitting there. Not very covid friendly. And you find your own table. Outdoor seating with no umbrella for shade, there are some trees for shade in a certain area during a certain time. Servers carry the bowls of soup so scary. And I see them sticking fingers in the bowl they are carrying. Chopsticks napkins and spoons are in a coffee can on each table. Not sanitary either. I understand it might be for convenience so it's less work for the workers, obviously. If people don't eat fast enough and the employees don't notice all the tables are occupied, people who are paying and ordering at the register might not get a table by the time their food is ready. My fave so far for Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodles) is Pho Ivy then Co Do #2. I've been disappointed everywhere else. And I of course had to try that here. Bun Bo Hue- Verdict- SO SALTY- like they dumped a bowl of MSG in there. This bowl already cost $1 more than the other bowls of noodles. There was not a lot of noodles or meat. It felt like a small bowl more than a regular bowl. My dad got the Large and it was $15 for that bowl, he only had a minute amount more than me. Ha Noi Pho- comes with doughnuts- they are the fried stick doughnuts and it wasn't crispy or crunchy enough. Two sticks cut in half. It usually goes with porridge not noodles. It was also SO SALTY and seemed like they poured a bowl of MSG in there. My mom got the Large bowl and had a large portion of noodles and a good amount of meat. There isn't any tendons or brisket in there, just meat. It was the Saigon pho that had the brisket and tendons in it. I saw a lot of people order the bone marrow. They were pretty chunky. The cashier stated that the ha noi pho is more savory and the Saigon pho is more sweet. By the time we finished we had two pitchers of water between the three of us. We had two large and one regular bowls of noodles and that costed me $45. Pretty steep. I am glad we tried it but I won't come back due to it being too salty and the price. The flavor was good besides the saltiness, but it's not worth $13-$15 a bowl for noodles. Music- it should be a family environment I should say- but their choice of music... it was Drake- rap- fine, but it was the uncensored version with the F bomb the entire time for every song. It was loud enough to hear clearly. Better choice of music. It was as if it was geared towards a certain age group to eat there. Play something more pleasant for a diverse group of customers please. Ok , I give you four stars Sit Lo Saigon. We came her specifically for the hanoni northern style pho, Bun bo hue , and bone marrow , and you were out of all three ! Or at least that was what the cashier told us . As we we leaving , I saw a couple at a table that just got their bowls of hanoni pho and fried bread sticks. I was a bit annoyed, but I'm over it now . We ended up ordering the Saigon southern style pho that we are familiar with, a bowl of the chicken pho , and beef short ribs on the side. Food was served hot and tasted pretty good . I would not say it was the best or unique in flavor. I thought it was a standard and expected. I would not describe this place as "authentic " as I believe they cater to more western tastes and lacked some of the traditional ingredients would might find in an " authentic " pho restaurant . I saw this place on my friend's Instagram and had to try! It was packed when I arrived. You order and then take a number. Seating is first come first serve, and water is at your own service. The setup is super cute! There's a light-up Pho bowl and the ceilings are lined with straw baskets. I ordered the Chicken Pho because I haven't had a good bowl in a long time. It was a good pick-me-up. I ordered the Hanoi Pho for takeout. It was accidentally brought out to me, but they quickly fixed that! I did get to snap a picture of it! Side veggies and noodles were fresh. Amount was just right. I could tell they put a lot of effort in making everything proportionate. Chicken was probably Ga Di Bo, and was just the way I like it. 10.31.2021 - finally got to try Sit Lo in Elk Grove, California - I tasted the Hanoi Pho. So delicious. So for many weeks...every time I had the chance to make time to try this place, they close early. Seriously! At 1pm they closed and other times at 2pm they are closed. Why? Their broth would run out. A week after finally trying their pho, I saw them staying open after 6pm. This means they have finally started making enough to stay open longer. Yay whoo hoo! Well - my boyfriend now wants to try them soon in the future. So when I went I got the Hanoi Pho and what I've notice is that the broth was really good. They also gave like lots of noodles. So much! We ate around 11am and I was still full around 6pm. I didn't need to eat dinner. I never ate Chinese donut with my pho before but I recall my boyfriend telling me that he would put that donut in his porridge. So I did it with pho. It's even more filling. Also we ordered pickled onions which would taste good on the side. It gave that extra flavor on the side. So good! I'd go again with my boyfriend next time. The only thing I didn't like was the music. The music was like workout music and it made me feel like eating fast. Also if you sit outside, don't sit by the gate because people tend to not close it behind them. You will feel this need to close it which disturbs your pho eating experience. Sit Lo is a new edition to the Elk Grove region that is redefining what the typical Vietnamese bowl of pho is, while staying true to their roots. It is currently their soft opening, and we tried all 4 noodle broths along with their bone marrow. Broths were flavorful, on the sweeter side and I would definitely prefer more salt and flavor. However, it is definitely a clean broth. One thing that was mentioned in our group was there was a lack of protein. I do believe the cost is high, so there is less protein, but I think what makes a great broth is some extra meats and textures! However, I really enjoyed the ambience and bone marrow! You must order the bone marrow and suck out the bone marrow with a straw and devour the meat off the bone! It's the only way. Overall, it is a good edition to Elk Grove. It is not meant for older Vietnamese generation, but the up and coming generation will enjoy the clean and simple flavors. I hope the make some improvements with the soup broth and add some additional textures! Also the vegetables for the bun bo hue needs to be fresher, but to be fair I came late close to closing. The menu is condensed, but that doesn't bother me. I'm always so indecisive of what to eat. Quick service, the food came out relatively fast, within 5-10 minutes. I ordered the bun bo hue ($12 - regular), and it was flavorful. It comes with vermicelli noodles, beef shank & tendons, cha lua ~ Vietnamese ham, and a side of fresh veggies. Ordering went smoothly, but when I asked for some tea they explained to me that they already disposed of everything for the night. I asked for some cold tea, then hot tea, and was told no to both, which I found odd for a place with 45 minutes till close. After a lot of pleading, my bf was able to get us a single cup of iced water... So I hope their hours get updated soon or begin some mention of a last call. Came here on the second day of soft Opening around 1100. Not much of a wait. You order first then grab your water self serve. I got #2 Regular size Saigon Pho minus tendons. They default to fresh noodles instead of the normal rice noodles at other places. This is a big plus as I am bias towards fresh noodles. The broth was flavorful and clear. So good! The meat cuts were of great quality and very tender. I ended up having more meat than noodles toward the end. I used bean sprouts after I ate all the noodles and had beef left over. UNHYGIENIC. Hair & insect in my pho. I'm done with this place. I've only gone twice but those two experiences are more than enough. I gave it a second try because my mom wanted to go again and now there won't be a third. Food comes out fast but I feel like that's part of the problem. The food being prepped too quick may cause them to miss something like the hair or bug in my bowls. ._. During my first time at this place, there was like a one inch hair with my pho noodles. This was about 2-3 weeks ago. In the first photo, I already took the hair out and it's near the side of the bowl at the top of photo. Gross & threw me off but whatever. I don't like making a fuss & it's just a "mistake" that doesn't occur every time (HOPEFULLY). At the same time, my sister went to go get a different cup for water because it was dirty or something. (Water is self serve. They don't inform you of this so if you go sit down, don't wait for them to serve you water.) TODAY, I found a tiny bug in my pho noodles. Lost my appetite and everything. I didn't even want to come because I already knew it was quite unhygienic but seriously? I'm not even going to say anything to them because I know nothing would basically change in their routine. The whole time, from the beginning til the end when I left, I was watching my bowl so I know it didn't just land in there afterwards. When I'm eating, I'm looking for any other hair or bugs. Even with takeout, the pho was so good. Pros: quick ordering process (online) and the order was quickly filled (about 15 mins). The bone broth did not disappoint! It was full of flavor and blended so well with the pho noodles and meat. We ordered the large of the chicken pho and Hanoi pho, which was a huge portion of food. I would love to have the full dine in experience soon once the crowd dies down. Cons: this place closes at 3 pm on a Saturday. I understand these are Covid hours but it definitely makes it harder to try this place out when the wait is long and the restaurant hours are short. read more

I looked up online to see what the hype was about because this place had northern style Pho. Also, I heard they had BBH before, but now they don't. I've wanted to try their BBH too. My fiancé ordered the Pemium Pho. The Premium Pho has oxtail, short rib, and tendon. We paid and sat down. The food was ready in a few minutes! The bowl was huge. Definitely worth the price. The Pho was delicious l. I can tell the difference between my family's Pho though. This was up there for me. I really enjoyed the service here as well. The menu expanded a bit and the quality, service, efficiency, and portion size are all beyond my expectations. Quality: The beef was exceptionally tender and flavorful.
