Sizzler has never been associated with quality food, so, my review is given with that understanding. Having said that, Sizzler used to be a place where we would come with the family because their salad bar offered multiple different food options. Sad to say that a lot of their staple items are missing from the salad bar. No more potato wedges, no more taco shells, no more meat to make the tacos, no more watermelon (or fruit slices), no more jello etc etc Very disappointed in the new post-covid Sizzler options. I understand they have to make money and because of that they've replaced their salad bar items with mini corn-dogs, chicken nuggets and nachos (just cheese and sour cream). Okay place. On the good side - salad bar is good and has a lot of options, mashed potatoes are good and rice has an interesting flavor. On bad side - waitress Veronica, greeted us with bossing attitude, trying to command costumers around. Also salmon was burned and they didn't get cheese on the burger even though we paid extra for cheese, so we have to go across the restaurant to ask for it. A friend and I were on the way to the airport and decided to stop here for lunch. She had the Grilled Chicken Broccoli Alfredo with the Salad Bar, and I had the Grilled Chicken Avocado Sandwich with the Salad Bar. I seriously can't believe how much food they give here, but more so what a great deal the salad bar is. It took a while for my meal to arrive but I didn't mind at all. I'm the type of person who loves a good salad bar, buffet or mix of things and was excited to finally try a sizzler. The staff was very friendly which is why I'm giving this location 2 stars. The hot food in the saad bar however was like warm at best as was the soup. I don't know if it's just regulated that it be kept at a certain temperature or something but cold pasta and meatballs wasn't thrilling. The main problem I had was the small plate steak I got. I didn't send it back, however half of the plate was there when I left since I didn't eat it. It was basically mainly fat grizzle (something I can't handle), as well as one of the largest tendons in the middle taking up most of the 6oz of the small plate I purchased with added unlimited salad bar. I also ordered it rare and it was slightly pink but basically fully cooked through. I ordered a side of mash potatoes light butter and again left half because it was saturated with a big scoop. I'm a big return customer but this place isn't on my return list. Maybe I'll try a different sizzler and compare but that was a serious waste of $20 read more

LOL so we all looked and said well it's 8 at night was it cleaned today she said no but kids have came in but if WE want WE can go to table "over there and use the peroxide water!!!! I was so through!! So the manager came by and we asked her she was like oh I can clean it for you, I said wow the waitress said we had to she said oh no I'm so sorry' that's not your job. That was that the food came out about 1 hour later why I don't know because it was only 3 other families in there with us! The food arrived cold!!! We all left with food on our plates! Fried shrimp was cold! Fries cold! Shrimp skewers undercooked and cold! Food in my sons and mother n laws cup! Stuck on the cup. Soup cup was dirty! I had all 12 chicken wings left because that was cold! Steaks was not done! Lobster wasn't done! Just gross!!! Bread was cold thin! I mean everything about that night in sizzler was pathetic!! Years have passed since I last stepped foot into a Sizzlers restaurant. We no longer have a branch in my hometown. I didn't even know that they still existed. So what brought us here? My Dad was craving Chili and Clam Chowder soup on a Monday of all days. I searched online, and Sizzler was one of the first places that popped up. Called their number, and found out that they had both available that evening at their All You Can Eat Salad bar. I forgot that Sizzler is not a traditional sit down restaurant. You place your order at the counter, and then find a table to dine at. Both my Dad and I chose to go with the All You Can Eat Salad bar. My nephew ordered their Steak and Pasta. He enjoyed his meal, and said the steak was cooked just right. He also liked the Cheese Toast a lot. Both Dad and I were pleased with the Salad Bar. It had more options than I thought it would. In addition to salads, there was also some chicken wings, mac & cheese, and a taco bar. Even some desserts were offered such as soft serve ice cream with all kinds of toppings. I especially liked the yummy banana pudding. It was a very good experience. Service was fine. Nice clean environment. My friend and her husband came to Los Angeles for a visit this week. She lived here before moving out of state so had huge circle of friends! How to find time to visit so many! Simple solution was to invite friends to meet her at a restaurant. She decided on this one and it was a really good choice. All you can set salad bar was open, and the offerings were fresh and plentiful. Each person could chose what they wanted, pay and join our tables, in total there were 25, plus, visiting her, family and friends. Sizzler was my dad's default restaurant. When he wasn't sure what he wanted, we'd end up going to Sizzler. I haven't been to one since before he died, so visiting this location was a bit of a milestone. (I had intended to go to a different location, but I found out that they had shuttered that location.) The layout of this Sizzler is like every other. I ordered a shrimp plate. (I never order shrimp, but I wanted something fried.) I got the salad bar updgrade with it. The shrimp were fine. I asked for a baked potato, which I haven't ordered in years, but I very much enjoyed it. The salad bar had some fresh offerings, which I enjoyed. The hot appetizer stuff was typical fair, but the little fried chicken drumettes were super salty. The highlight of the dinner, for me, was the hot buttered yeast rolls. Super light and fluffy, with a slight hint of saltiness from the butter. Mighty tasty. My family and I wanted to sit on one side of the restaurant, but it was reserved for some kind of party, so we were forced to sit nearer to the door. We frequent this place pretty often. The food is...well...Sizzler food, meaning just ok. But food is always fresh and the service is very good. The staff is friendly and the place is kept very clean. How ever she never excepted that she was part of the problem she kept telling me how someone did not show up and someone else had to take a break. How she ran out of ranch dressing. Sizzler and this manager just do not get it. If you train your staff to comunicate with each other then you do not run out of product. You have options between the unlimited salad bar with random food options like spaghetti, chicken, macaroni & cheese etc. or order an entree upon entering the building where you pay first. I chose the steak skewers a top of rice pilaf with sautéed mushrooms & a side fully loaded baked potato with a peach tea lemonade & my friend chose the bbq ribs & chicken with fries & a strawberry lemonade. A few days ago was my first time ever coming to a Sizzler. It's a decent little spot to come in and have a bite to eat. I was so unaware of how it works here though that I didn't get the salad bar option added to my tab. :( I was sad that no one here informed me how to go about things. I'm not sure if it was because I came on a Sunday or not but I noticed the "elderly" really seem to love this place. It's almost like Marie Calenders on Sunday Morning Brunch Special Days. My husband ordered a burger and found it to be too salty but since we had salad bars as sides he did not really complain. He finally got to the almost end of the burger and decided to tell the waitress who stated next time let them know and she was sorry. She offered nothing as a peace offering not even maybe a coupon for a discount for a next meal.
