Now I've had a natural bias against Sizzler for the greater part of 2 decades, because my mother had refused to go there after a bout of food poisoning. However, I had just finished 2 12-hour shifts at the Airport and I was looking for a good meal that wasn't from 7-11 or Burger King. I decided "why not try Sizzler for once," and In I went. I was kind of unfamiliar with how you order, but the cashier at the front was very helpful. I ordered the ribs with the salad bar. The ribs were kind of dry and really hot (aka overcooked), but the rest of the meal was actually very good. the Salad bar especially was delicious, and the hot items like the taco bar and chicken wings were a great bonus. I am intrigued by the endless shrimp and malibu chicken. The waitress gave me an option of bread or cheese toast. The cheese toast is a decent appetizer, and they are attentive with refills. This place is very close to my job so I suspect I'll be coming here again, it's just a word to the wise to be careful about what you intend on ordering. The good stuff is good, the bad stuff is bad. I therefore assume my mom tried ordering something that wasn't in the standard scope of what Sizzler orders. You don't go to a burger place to get fish, for example. read more

They are open for Dine Inn. They are doing a great job social distancing the tables and made me feel safe. Everything gets brought to your table. The drinks, the salad bar which you order now checking an itemized paper. My server Angela was extremely helpful, friendly and curtious even behind a double face mask, over the mouth, eye guard, gloves. You can't ask for more, made me feel safe and relaxed. Like in the good old days- 3 month ago- before this virus- when I used to go to Sizzler about 2 times a week. This is Sizzler so I would never order any entree here. Their lunch salad bar, however, is worth having if you have a $2 off coupon. This is what this review is based on. The vegetation is relatively fresh. They even have mixed salads now. The soup is ok with a variety of three. The best item, though, is the fried chicken wings. They provide Frank's hot sauce so it's sorta like buffalo wings. The cheese bread is always good. Starving when we arrived! Ordered my favorite: Malibu Chicken! It was perfect, and the garlic mashed potatoes were delicious! REAL mashed potatoes, too, not from a box! My companion got the steak and crispy fried shrimp with mushrooms and fries. Steak was cooked perfectly, the shrimp were yummy, and the portions were huge. The iced tea was obviously fresh, and based on the lack of gacky taste that often accompanies iced tea in other places, they keep their tea machine very clean! I sure appreciate that! This is the first sizzlers I've been to where you order & pay for your food before you sit down. The menu seems to be all over the place. Reconmend you sort your menu where the specials comes first then the regular entrees. I had trouble locating where the sides & drinks were. The salad bar was okay. I was kind of disappointed that some of the greens were kind of brown like it's been out for awhile. Other then that everything else at the salad bar was good During the wait at the table, the server was very nice and professional. He made his rounds and check ups routinely. My drink never made it pass halfway. Good job to him. The dinner rolls seemed okay. It kind of tasted like it was reheated and glazed with butter to cover it up. The steak is on point! Cooked medium-rare to perfection. The baked potato was kind of disappointing since you had to get the salad bar (extra charge) to load up your baked potato. We had not visited this Sizzler for quite a while and decided to have lunch there yesterday. Unbeknownst (first time to ever use that word!!!) to us, it had been remodeled. What an improvement it was over its previous condition! It was clean, modern and well laid out. The manager(?) took our order and we started with their new, large and fresh salad bar. It was well maintained with products and kept clean the whole time that we were there. Our waitress was Liz and she was so nice. She took great care of us and was always ready with napkins, more drinks or plate removal before we even asked! Both of us had perfectly cooked steaks and our potatoes were hot and tasty. My family and I came here for my Grandma's Birthday a few days ago. The service was great from beginning to end, starting with the friendly cashier who placed our orders. Our waitress was Nikki. We had a pretty large party, but this waitress never looked or seemed overwhelmed. Our food came out fast, and everything tasted great. Anyhow, the nice lady at the register was very accommodating, and was all smiles as well. Waitress named Claudia was nice, and made sure my steak was cooked exactly as I ordered it before she left.
