4/10/26.. Having dinner with my family. And I order Italian herb chicken with baked potato. I ate quarter to almost half of it and seen my chicken was very pink wasn't cooked all the way it was raw. I felt Disgusted and terrible that I ate raw chicken. People don't eat their food terrible.

If you grew up on Sizzler, then you'll love this location. It's true to its origin. I like going here for lunch and doing the salad bar and 6 ounce steak typically a salad bar is really good and fully stocked and the steak is the original sizzler steakhouse steak Not a bad deal for a good lunch.

I have fond childhood memories of Sizzler, because that's where my folks would take me when we "ate out". However, as I got older, I got disenchanted and stopped going for over a decade. My wife and I went on a whim and we are glad we did. The crew at this sizzle was outstanding. Even though we arrived a little past eight, on the last hour of the restaurant being open, the folks working there were still super welcoming and accommodating. The dining room while dated, was clean and well put together. They worked diligently in ensuring the restaurant was being cleaned, the salad bar stocked, and managed to do all this while still being attentive to the needs of the diners. What I was most impressed by, was when I ordered my steak medium-rare, they nailed it spot on seasoned fabulously. This was better than some "fine-dining" restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised.

I always catch grief when I say I love Sizzler as if it's some low class establishment, But I always have the best experience when I visit the Waterman location in San Bernardino, first off the restaurant is CLEAN the salad bar is very clean and always well stocked and turned over. The Guest service is exceptional and super friendly we always get the same servers and she is amazing I wish I remembered her name she and all of the bus staff and servers are great. I always order the Steak and all you can eat shrimp with a one trip salad bar. The steak is always cooked perfect the shrimps are plentiful. My only gripe is that I wish they still brought a basket of cheese toast instead of the single toast with the meal but that's just me being a fatty lol. Great job as always Waterman Sizzler in San Bernardino I'll be back in a couple weeks!!! Oh and PS the new potato salad on the salad bar is really good and I'm gonna need to know where I can get a gallon of that cocktail sauce HAHAHA!!!

Steak and all you can eat shrimp

Saw this on way through Redlands. Had not eaten here since I was much younger. About 20 years ago. I loved this place growing up as a kid. I got the sirloin with all you can eat shrimp and backed potato. It also came with their famous cheese toast. I will say some of the rating is due to nostalgia. It was just as I remembered. The steak was not a great cut and was overcooked but not bad. It was juicy. The shrimp was good and I liked that since it's all you can eat they load the plate up to start off. I might go back but quality was so so and was a little expensive for what it wad. However if you are like me it was worth the nostalgia.

advertising falsely indicating that the San Bernardino location is one of the participating locations

My only regret (eat your heart out Nathan Hale) is that I can't give zero stars for the obviously false advertising and the remarkable degree of non-repentance/smugness about it. Ever since the death of Souplantation (R.I.P.), no one has really filled in that niche for some reason. I decided to check out the Sizzler's salad bar lunch after I received advertising that they were doing $9.99 lunches. I checked that the local location was one of the participating locations. Once I arrived, the manager at the register simply told me that there was no deal and they would not be honoring any such deal. I'm not particularly annoyed that they don't have the deal - it's their own business decision whether to participate. But that also makes the false advertising even galling precisely because nobody is forcing them to participate in the deal, but they want to draw people in with such false advertising. The elderly couple behind me was also talking about a $9.99 salad bar lunch, and they seemed a bit confused by it as well, so there seemed to be some sort of decision to draw in people with a falsely advertised deal before trying to hoodwink them. When I actually managed to show him the advertisement (listing this specific location), the manager at the register smugly told me to call Sizzler's customer service if I wanted to complain, obviously knowing that as a franchise, Sizzler's doesn't really have a traditional customer service department (nor does it exercise such control over its local franchises). Anyways, I'm not a stickler about "service" at all (I think most complaints are petty and food service workers are often asked to do way too much for too little in payment), but I think this was rather unethical behavior by whoever was making business decisions - and it thus irritated me in a way restaurants almost never do.

Texas Roadhouse has moved its takeout service to a dedicated pickup area outside the restaurant, making the whole process much faster and more convenient. I ordered my steak medium-rare, and unlike previous takeout orders where it would end up medium or even overcooked by the time I got home, this time it was still perfectly medium-rare, juicy, and exactly as ordered. That alone made a big difference. They also included their famous fresh rolls, which are always a nice bonus and never disappoint. I tried the Texas Chili as a side for the first time, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It was loaded with meat, rich, flavorful, and hearty. I honestly wish I had ordered it sooner--it'll definitely be my go-to side from now on. It's great to see these improvements. The food quality, the smoother pickup process, and the overall experience have all gotten even better. I'll definitely be back!

Though seemed short staffed, the girl working the late shift was extremely friendly and sat me almost immediately. On business travel I searched prime rib in the area and this was the top hit with great reviews. Every other review raved about their prime rib. Unfortunately when I ordered the prime rib the girl informed me that they stopped serving and instead offered a Tbone which in her own words "was amazing". Against my better judgment I went ahead and ordered it. Unfortunately it fell short of expectations. Despite the promise of a succulent, tender cut, the reality disappoints. She brought me two thinly cut pieces of meat that were not t bine, she said they ran out but instead brought me what they had. The steak was a cheap cut that lacked the desired flavor profile, failing to deliver the anticipated quality one would hope for in a steakhouse. Nonetheless, the redeeming qualities were in the service. The prompt and courteous service adds a silver lining to the meal, while the restaurant's cleanliness and inviting atmosphere create a comfortable environment for guests. Although the the steak leaves much to be desired, the restaurant compensates with commendable service and a well-maintained space. With improvements in their food quality, this establishment has the potential to become a more well-rounded dining destination. Side thumb on this one. I would recommend this to a family on a budget.

There was also plenty of parking and several seating options inside. We decided to order a little bit of everything so we could try as much of the menu as possible. We had the brisket, brisket burnt ends, rib tips, several sides, and both desserts. The brisket burnt ends were definitely my favorite. They were smoky, tender, and full of flavor. The brisket had a beautiful bark and was cooked perfectly, and the rib tips were just as good. I was honestly just as impressed with the sides. My favorites were the spicy mac and cheese and the potato salad. The potato salad was creamy and was the perfect thing to cool your mouth after eating the steamed jalapeños. The coleslaw and green beans were also really refreshing and balanced out all the rich barbecue. The biggest surprise for me was the sweet yams. It was so flavorful that it tasted like it had been slow-cooked in brown sugar and spices for hours. For dessert, I tried both the banana pudding and the peach cobbler. The banana pudding was the winner for me, but I also liked that the peach cobbler wasn't overly sweet. Even the cornbread was delicious. I ended up pairing it with the barbecue baked beans and was a great combo. Our total came to about $110 before tax and tip, but we ordered enough food to try a wide variety of meats, sides, and desserts, so I thought it was well worth it. Overall, there wasn't a single thing we ordered that I wouldn't get again. If you're looking for great Texas-style barbecue in the Inland Empire, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu.

This made us want to cancel our second night stay in the hotel. Manager did end up sending someone over on her behalf to apologize so thank you for that part. Just disappointed.

I wouldn't have yelped you over this on its own, but since I'm already here, the service was pretty bad tonight too. After waiting about 15 minutes after being served, I had to wander 1/2 way into the kitchen myself just to get some ketchup for my kid's hot dog that had gone cold hoping the waitress would return much sooner. My wife's "medium rare" steak was well done and gray. When the waitress finally came back to check on us, she took the steak back and returned 10 min later with probably the rarest steak I've ever seen. My wife was left wondering if this was a low key "f u" from the cook for sending the first piece of leather back. The rest of us were done eating by then anyway, and my wife was over trying any more at that point, so she decided to just box it up and finish cooking it herself. Clown show.

Pulling into the parking lot, we weren't sure what to expect, this place blends right into its surroundings and gives major "if you know, you know" energy. It's literally next to a collector's shop. Walking inside felt like stepping into an old movie, very cozy, dim, and full of character. Booth seating is limited, so we started at a small table with the option to move once a booth opened up. Drinks in hand, we took in the scene and quickly realized this spot has karaoke and a loyal group of regulars who bring the entertainment. We ordered pan seared ahi and potato skins to start, and once we moved to a booth, the food arrived. The ahi was fresh and surprisingly good, especially for my first time trying it. The potato skins were classic and paired perfectly with our drinks. For entrées, we both went with the ribeyes and chose baked potatoes as our sides. The steaks came out tender, juicy, flavorful and honestly far better than we expected. The kind of meal that makes you pause mid‑bite and look at each other like, "Wait... this is actually delicious." And the pricing? Perfect. So much so, we shared a second Crème Brulé Old Fashioned. FOOD: They started us off with a complimentary basket of Cheesy Garlic Bread. We ordered the Sautéed Mushrooms ($14) to share. My mother-in-law got the Lamp Burger ($13) served with fries, and my wife and I both ordered the Prime Rib (Queen Cut $37) served with veggies & fries.
