Everyone myself and my wife dealt with at Soeren's Ford was unbelievable, just a great buying experience. From the moment we arrived we were never pressured by the dealership, which we totally appreciated. Once we looked around on the lot we came inside where we greeted with a friendly hello by every Soeren's employee who walked bye us. Dealing with John Schultz was like a dream come true. He is very friendly and made my wife and I feel very comfortable in the buying experience. John made sure that before we selected the 2018 F150, that we understood the workings of the truck and that my wife felt at ease with owning a pickup. The dealership also allowed us to take some other trucks out for test runs before we zero in on the one we bought. Once we made the choice, Mike Walsh the sales manager worked with us on trying to find the right price that would work for us. Mike again was more than willing to answer any additional questions that we had. We left that night having not finalizing the purchase. When I got home I call John and Mike back with some other questions, Which they were able to answer right away. It took two additional days to finalize the deal on the truck and in the end I believe that a fair deal was had by both parties. Another plus in our experience was Anne Fredrickson, the business manager. She took the time whenever I asked to answer our question on what the final numbers would be when the deal was finalized. Before we finalized the deal I had asked Mike if I could come in on the holiday to look the truck over and take it out for one more test drive. Joe Goodson was the sales manager that day and was more than happy to help us out. Every time we took the F150 out, it had to come off the showroom floor. Whether it was John, Mike or Joe they were always willing to go the extra mile for me and my wife. Even though I am a repeat customer at Soeren's, I am truly amazed that every time I walk into this place, I get the same great experience. I have never been disappointed by my time a this dealership, never. I have recommended many friends to Soeren's in the past and they always come back to me saying they wish they had found this place earlier. Matt Borkowski @ Soerens Ford sold me a beautiful pearl blue 2008 Toyota Tacoma last month. He's a grerat salesman, very knowledgeable, and the thing I apprecieated the most is that he was very no pressure. Soerens Ford has this incredible lounge where you can watch tv and relax while your waiting, a playroom for the kids, snacks, a coffee machine w/several different flavors, and the most incredible Harley Davidson customized Ford truck on their showroom floor. Matt called me the other day and asked how my 1st month w/my new truck went. To me that shows professionalism because he wasn't obligated to do that Anyways I told him that I was very happy w/it and that something wasn't working correctly. He told me to bring it in and let his service guys check it out. They did and offered to fix it at no cost to me but they had to order the part and offered to give me a loaner car. If I could I'd give them zero stars ! Service is the biggest ripoff, they quoted me $280 on the phone for a specific for a solenoid. Once I got there they said the bolts were rusty and it would be double! I asked the service manager to show me the rusty bolts and he couldn't find them big surprise ? Then the mechanics he explains work on some sort of commission so they often imagine repairs, which is wonderful. Second time, idk why I went back I thought I'd pick up a coil pack that I needed for cylinder 7, I called and they said they would match prices with other ford dealers and even online prices if it was oem exact same part. Well once I arrived they looked at it and said they couldn't match it cause it was too cheap at other dealership! Stay away from this place they are trying to make everyone pay for there fancy remodel Update, I found Gordie Boucher Ford in menomonee falls is the best dealer for Ford parts, they are by far cheapest, they match online prices and go above and beyond to accommodate you. My experience with Soren's Ford was a wonderful experience. I was in the market for a new Mid-size truck. I worked closely with Adam my sales rep unfortunately we were not able to find a truck with the options I wanted. After I left I received a call a few days later, Adam called to asked if I would consider a pre-owned truck. I agreed to come in. Much to my surprise the truck was everything I was looking for. I took a test drive and was convinced it was a good fit for me and my needs. Adam spent a considerable amount of time with me going over all the functionality which was a bit overwhelming at first We then sat down, negotiated a fair price. Just bought a 2017 Ford Explorer from Soerens, using the TrueCar car finder via my bank. It worked out well, and found numerous options at Soerens that were close to my request. Tina reached out and we checked out a car with her and Kerry, and loved it. They didn't try to upsell me, and just let us get to ordering to our exact specifications. They felt confident enough about the order that they also told us if we didn't like it, we could transfer that deposit to a different purchase. The whole car ordering process took about 30 minutes, and the next time I was in the dealer was to pick up the car, which only took about 30 minutes - goodbye 5 hour wait times with upsell. While I did not buy a car from Seoren's I felt it totally necessary to write a review. After finding out my car was a total loss, I had to remove my personal items from it. Dean Hoyt, the receptionist, and a gentlemen from the service department helped me get into my car (which was not at all easy and there was a hanger, broom handle and bungee involved in releasing the trunk). Several trips to the dealership to go for some test drives with 2 younger children is no easy feat. However, Dean and the entire staff there made us feel welcome and were AMAZING to work with. Dealing with Adam Thiele (Internet Sales Manager) was a satisfying experience; he was upfront and professional throughout the transaction. I disclosed the details on my trade, which Adam quoted a value sight unseen and stuck to that offer; in my past experiences most dealers change the offer once you bring the vehicle in. The price of my new truck was negotiated prior to me viewing or test driving the truck and that price also remained the same once I arrived at the dealership. My experience with Sorens Ford was wonderful! I was originally looking for a new mid-size truck. Unfortunately I was not able to find one with the options I wanted. My sales rep suggested I look at a 2023 they had available. Much to my surprise I liked the truck. After test driving it I was hooked. We recently purchased a car from Mike at Soerens Ford in Brookfield. It was the easiest, low pressure car purchase we have ever experienced. We took a test drive on one visit then called a couple days later to tell Mike we would take the car. I just want to say I had the best experience ever with Bob. Never have I bought a car and had a salesman spend an hour with me going over the complete car gadgets and making sure I understood everything. He has even set up a time for me to go over the things I thought I understood but got home and didn't quite remember everything.
