Service was great and staff was attentive and kind. Food was good! Nothing too crazy, but still yummy. A little bit pricy for what you get, but not the worst. Very vibey inside and good energy!

Came here for dinner because the reviews looked good, and it was exceptional! The minimalist and modern decor makes it a perfect dinner spot. We tried several plates and loved them all! Blistered green beans- great flavor and wok hei Crab fried rice- again great flavor and a few pieces of crab meat Pad see ew- changed to vegetables and good wok flavor Tamarind shrimp- crispy and nice toppings and mix of Thai flavors, something different. Shaken beef- great flavors, the skirt steak was cut against the grain so nice and tender, lots of spicy basil flavor Cucumber salad- we ordered a side because it's our kids favorite Would highly recommend and definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

I found myself in the vicinity of Soi and heard great things from a friend so took the opportunity for a late night bite. Ambiance and overall vibe is super cool. It's feels upscale and classy while still feeling cozy and quaint in the evening. It wasn't too busy so we were able to be seated right away. They have ample seating indoors and a small section outside. As well as a large upstairs space I imagine would be perfect for groups. We started with the Yum Makuer Yao, eggplant salad, which also came with chicken and prawns. The server recommended it and said it was one of her favorites. It was a generous portion and had lots of flavor. It was good, but I'm not sure a repeat for me. I don't love eggplant, which is probably why, but for those who are I'm sure it's a bit hit. For my entree I got the Kai Soi, which is a curry soup with egg noodles, skirt steak. It was absolutely delicious! So flavorful, perfect spice, lots of protein and I would absolutely get again. It was enough for dinner and lunch the next day! I wish I had been able to try more and look forward to returning for some of their cocktails and other menu offerings. They had plenty of vegetarian options as well. Service was attentive and quick and overall a really lovely option for upscale Thai.

So... We went to Lom Wong a couple months ago in Phoenix and well, this place was better! We had two small plates and two entrees. They can make just about anything vegetarian and the place is nice for being right next to sprouts. That is an upscale shopping center, though. Enjoyed it all, but my green curry was spectacular. Spicy and perfect.

This place is Soi good! My friend and I visited Soi 4 Bangkok Eatery for a weeknight dinner and were impressed by the restaurant's stunning two-story space. It's perfect for groups or date nights. They weren't super busy, but had a few diners. We were greeted and seated right away, and our server came by to take our drink orders shortly. We ordered the following: Yum Makeur Yao (grilled eggplant salad) $18 Northern Thai egg noodle curry $20 Classic rice stick 'Pad Thai' noodles $20 The grilled eggplant salad came with minced chicken and prawns in coconut lime dressing. The salad was great and had a nice flavor. I chose the classic rice stick 'Pad Thai' noodles which featured prawns, tofu, egg, bean sprouts, peanuts, chives, and radish. It was super delicious, and I loved that it had both prawns and tofu. So many places only give you one or the other and charge for extra protein. My friend chose the Northern Thai egg noodle curry and also enjoyed it. Service was excellent. I would dine at Soi 4 Bangkok Eatery again!

Nice ambiance, the salmon was very tasty, good flavor balance, a bit of spice. It's a bit pricy, but definitely going for more upscale. I would've liked a bit more help with the menu and what was really good there as I always like to get pointed on the right direction when I'm new to a place.

This was our first visit to Soi 4 Bangkok Eatery, and it absolutely won us over. The atmosphere is vibrant and modern--dim lighting, stylish details, and a full house buzzing with happy diners. Our server was super friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions and making us feel totally welcome. We started with drinks and they did not disappoint. The Ginger Lemon Drop was crisp and citrusy with that perfect little bite of ginger--so refreshing. The Tamarind Margarita had just the right tang with a subtle spice finish that made it feel like a true house specialty. We also ordered a Thai Iced Tea, which was creamy, strong, and not overly sweet--exactly how it should be. For food, we got the Dtom Ka Gai--chicken and mushrooms in a rich coconut lemongrass soup, served in the most beautiful steaming hot pot. The broth was so flavorful and comforting, layered with Thai herbs and a little kick of chili. The Yellow Curry with Chicken was another hit--creamy, warm, and packed with flavor, with potatoes and crunchy cashews adding great texture. We paired it with the Coconut Rice, which was subtly sweet and fragrant and honestly could be a dish on its own. We also shared the Spiced Corn Cakes, which were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired with a cucumber relish that totally elevated the dish. The Chicken Satay came out perfectly grilled and juicy, with that classic rich peanut sauce and tangy cucumber side that you just can't skip. Everything from the cocktails to the curry felt thoughtful and flavorful. There's so much more we want to try next time (hello, Pad Thai and Mustard Leaf Wraps!). This place is definitely a gem--we'll be back soon.

I had been wanting to try this place for such a long time and I live 40 minutes away so it was hard. When I'm in the area they aren't open for lunch but I finally got a chance yesterday. I went for the kao soi and that's what I ordered off the lunch menu. I don't know if the lunch portion is smaller than normal order or just cheaper but it was still filling and had leftover for dinner. It was the right amount of spice and tasty. I asked for it with chicken and everything was great. The service was great the ambiance was great and took pics of the interior too. One issue I see with kao soi at some places is they don't put enough broth/curry soup and too much of the other toppings but this was perfectly balanced. I'll be back again someday.

I was very impressed with this place. The food was excellent, the place is very nice, service was prompt and friendly. Best of all, our server was so kind to bring outside my left over soup that I had forgotten. I thought the dishes were reasonably priced, so I was surprised to see a $ price for Thai tea... I hope to be back soon to try a few more menu items

    Pak Rad Kang Lunch

Such delicious food and a really cool vibe! The dim lighting and modern interior make this restaurant have a really sleek feel to it. The dishes had rich, deep flavor that was unique from one dish to another. The pad thai was especially flavorful and delicious, as well as the pak rad kang's green curry vegetables. The pad se ew's noodles were so light and perfectly cooked, along with the vegetables in it. The pad tofu offered a twist from the typical spicy sweet flavor you often get with crispy tofu, and was more savory with perfectly cooked tofu. The wait staff were polite and helpful as well, with the food arriving within 10-15 minutes after ordering. Everything came out steaming and was incredibly fresh. Such a great experience!

"Pad Makeur, Stir-fried Japanese eggplant with basil and scallions in red curry and Thai black bean sauce."
    Natasha A.

Beautiful interior, very nice service, great food, excellent drinks, but pricey for the portion sizes. For 2, it was a $100. You must call ahead to add yourself to the waitlist otherwise, it's busy and you'll have to wait. On a Friday night it was packed. We loved the drink, "Thousand Smiles" it had chili, kaffir lime, ginger, and basil, which made it well-balanced. The "Pad Ke-mao" was also great and had rice noodles and skirt steak stir-fried with basil, garlic and chili. The "Pad Makeur" eggplant with basil and scallions, and "Kieow Tod" pan-fried shrimp and chicken dumplings, were good as well. For spice level we got what they recommended which was medium and it was perfect.

Always a great time and meal here! Love the ambiance, service is great and food is amazing. Drinks kick off our weekend with a bang and I think she's found her new favorite go-to next time we visit. Now let's see if I can remember it

    Whole fish, not worth
    Moe G.

We chose this place last minute for a birthday dinner as our top picks were already booked full. I was skeptical because any Asian place that doesn't have rice come with the entree and instead charges extra for a scoop of rice is already a red flag. Inside was beautiful with a loft that overlooked half the restaurant. The plating of food was also stylish and matched the vibe of the interior. The food itself was delicious and the meat was cooked extremely well, especially the braised short rib. The short rib just fell off the bone without being overly chewy or too undercooked. On the other hand, the portion sizes were tiny and the food felt under seasoned or spiced. We would get medium versions of spice, and it would barely have any kick. The most disappointing item was the whole fish, which barely had any meat on it for $40. For value I would rate it 2/5 stars, for flavor I would rate it 4/5. Glad we tried it, but I would not return.

She's from Korea and lived many years in Los Angeles. Currently, she lives here in Phoenix. With our backgrounds, we know Authentic Thai Food. One bite, I was disappointed. The second bite, confirmed the taste was NOT authentic. Many complex ingredients were missing! Where was the tamarind subtle flavor? Where was the Kaffir Lime Leaves? Where was the fish sauce? Where was the thick gravy sauce? No use of cornstarch.... If you want Authentic Thai Food, please do not go to this restaurant. However, if you are a person who likes plain food, with no depth of Thai flavors, this is your place. My friend and I just played with our food after the second bite. Even the Thai Iced Tea tasted like a premixed drink that came from a carton. It was like a Chai Tea watered down by water and ice. I took the food home, hoping that I would be able to doctor it up. Nope! I didn't even bother to put it in the refrigerator and immediately place it in the trash. Very disappointed. As for the service, it was very questionable because no one even SAW that we went eating. Finally, after 15 minutes or so, I say our food was okay. I lied!! And asked for the check, like we wanted to escape an establishment that was based on a sham. The decor was nice and the location was quiet for an afternoon weekend. That should have been our clue to avoid the place. You can definitely get plain Americanized Thai food from this place.

The flavors are bold but still refined, and nothing tastes muddy. The tom yum is another standout for me. It's bright, tangy, and comforting all at once, with layers of flavor that really pop. Even the side dishes shine. I'm a big fan of the chicken wings and skewers. They're seasoned well, cooked perfectly, and never feel like an afterthought.
