Chicken Katsu Bento

Food is delicious and served quickly! Portions are a good size. Ambiance is nice. Might have found our go to ramen place. Definitely coming back!

Sojo has not lost their mojo!!! We hadn't been here for a while and when we went, it was just as good as I remembered! The broth is flavorful and they have added new menu items to stay on top of trends such as the spicy Sichuan mala ramen!! The pork belly and egg on top of the ramens are always cooked perfectly (like melt in your mouth goodness)!! There is a variety on the menu in addition to the ramens, such as yakisoba upon, fried rice, rice bowls, and bento boxes! Service was great and the food came out promptly! :)

Finally made it to Sojo after hearing about how good it was and it definitely lived up to the hype! Space is small, but not cramped at all. Well lit, clean, all good stuff. We were seated right away and I was shocked at how quickly the food came out after ordered! We got the chicken fried rice, chicken karaage, tonkatsu ramen, and spicy miso butter ramen. Everything was delicious! The fried rice was surprisingly so good (even my picky eater loved it). I really enjoyed the spicy miso butter ramen. Broth was rich and flavorful without being too greasy or "too much". The noodles were all cooked perfectly and the pork on both ramens were perfect. Hope to be back sooner than later!

Ok I don't know what they put in that broth but it's the best in the valley if you ask me and you like the more tonkatsu style creamy broth This has quickly become my favorite ramen place I'm literally just putting this review so I don't forget where it is to come back this is my second time and it's great yet again but really in the cut so def save this spot so you can remind yourself to come back later! Service is also super sweet, the spot feels real lowkey and intimate doing ramen really right I havn't had a ton of other menu items but the ramen fries and some fried rice

This has been my go-to ramen spot for at least 8 years. I even go here during the summer. I looove the spicy garlic vegan broth and (I'm gluten free) so I do the gf noodles. It's amazing every time. I ask for the spice and I'm in love with how spicy it can get. The service is family owned so the vibe is veryyy welcoming and friendly. Ambiance - great for any kind of occasion. From first dates to bday celebrations. It's very zen and clean.

Nice atmosphere, good service and nice Japanese music selection. Ramen was just ok. Not very rich and flavorful. The chasu and soft egg good. Hours was good, the tempura was very good, but not a whole lot of shrimp. Enjoyed Hanford tofu. Over all it was good to ok.

Food: today I had the chashu bowl. Plenty of rice. You can add on toppings from the ramen menu to fill you up more or give a different texture. Service: for one lady running the show did a fantastic job. Ambiance: small venue can service up to 20 people. Small location. Plenty of parking. This place is a value spot plus the Japanese food is really good for the price. I got this place bookmarked !

Husband and I are the only two customers at the moment, which is surprising to me because this place is great! Perhaps it's because its a Monday afternoon, but I digress. I had the spicy pork butter miso. I'm far from being a Ramen connoisseur, but I CAN say that Im picky as heck and I'm already thinking about getting another order of this as takeout! This is our second ramen place in as many days. I'm sad that I didnt find this place first, as it's much better than where we went last night. This will definitely be a regular stop when we're in town.

OMG!!! Hands down best ramen I had the spicy miso which was 10/10 calamari was amazing as well and the chicken katsu was perfect!!! Prices were cheaper then the other ramen places. Our server was super sweet and help us with picking out the ramens.

Let me start off by saying that this place is hands down the best ramen spot I've tried in Vegas! Small, family owned, and delicious! I opted for the chicken with udon noodles. The chicken was soooo tender. All other ramen spots I've tried the chicken is either tough or chewy. The chicken here was so tender and fresh. I also had the edamame, which were also good. Service was great! The owner took our order and brought out our food in about 5 minutes! No kidding! There were four other tables with people, and it was during the lunch hour with other customers coming in, so I was very, pleasantly surprised how quickly our food came out. The flavors are on point. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Try it!

Amazing service and delicious food! There is also slushy boba and milk tea that kids would love!

The food also came out pretty quickly too! Ramen Tatsu ended up being a great dinner stop. Delicious food, fantastic service, and an amazing atmosphere. I'd stop by here again for a ramen bowl!

The takoyaki had a nice crisp to it; they seem on the smaller side, and there could've been a little more filling. I got the tonkatsu shoyu, and it was okay. The broth was a little bland the first few bites but then got a little too salty. The pork was tender but didn't have a lot of flavor. I added an egg, but it was overcooked, so that was disappointing.

I didn't order the ramen since it was too hot outside, but my mom and sister did, and they got the classic and deluxe tonkatsu ramen. I also ordered the chicken karaage, and one of the pieces was accidentally dropped by the server. I appreciated that she was upfront about it, let me know right away, and had the chef make a fresh one. The servers were friendly, quick, and provided great service. We started with the corn ribs, which had just the right amount of seasoning, and takoyaki. For our entrées, we ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu, Classic Tonkotsu, and the Oxtail Curry. I had the spicy tonkotsu which had just the right level of heat without overpowering the rich pork broth, added bean sprouts and an egg. For drinks, we tried the strawberry soda and melon soda with vanilla ice cream, and they were both refreshing, fun, and the perfect complement to the meal. The melon soda with ice cream tasted like a Baja blast from Taco Bell.  To finish, we shared the strawberry shaved ice for dessert. It was light, fluffy, refreshing, and generously topped with fresh strawberries, making it the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, every dish we ordered was delicious, the portions were satisfying, and the quality of the food really stood out. If you're looking for excellent ramen and comforting Japanese-inspired dishes in Las Vegas, Ramen Boys is definitely worth a visit. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in Vegas!

I first visited Momofuku at The Cosmopolitan back in April to meet up with friends. I had already…read moreeaten dinner, so I didn't get to try the food or drinks, but everyone in my group really enjoyed their meals. During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.

The service was great and the food was tasty. We got the mushroom ramen with pork added to it since I was also eyeing the pork ramen, Iberico pork, and spicy chicken sando with a side of rice. I was on the fence for a while between the mushroom and pork ramen because I love mushrooms but prefer a pork broth. I ended up getting the mushroom ramen and added pork belly, and it was honestly really good. The mushrooms were great and there was a nice variety of textures and flavors, and the broth was pretty tasty and even better than some pork broths I've had before. The Iberico pork was really flavorful and tender, and I liked the sauce a lot. It had a steep price so because of that, I thought it was nice to try once but not sure if I'll get it again. I tried a little bit of the spicy chicken sando and it had a great crunch factor to it. Overall a great experience here and would want to come again for some more ramen!
