The way that they handled it is something that any friends should aspire to even in tough circumstances. How is it the work of two reality stars to teach us healthy boundaries, the true meaning of female friendship, and how to rise above it all in the toughest moments of your life? Delicious and filling sandwiches! We ordered The Reese and The Cameron as well as a few to go sandwiches (2 of the Viola & 2 of The Drew). Loved them all and will definitely be back to order The Cameron again. The cashier and Terry were very helpful! Terry told us that The Cameron runs out everyday since it's so popular. If you want to try it, I recommend getting there early. They worked fairly fast and got all of our 6 (4 to go) sandwiches within 10mins. On top of that, the decor and overall ambiance was incredible! I really was hoping to love the food here. I love supporting women owned businesses. I ordered The Diane sandwich (tuna) to go & a small olive oil cake. Olive oil cake was amazing! Call me old fashioned but I like my tuna to be mixed with mayonnaise, maybe some celery and red onion. I knew what their version of tuna was & gave it a try. Totally disappointed. It was very dry and basically tasted like marinated pickled radishes with dill that overpowered the flavors. Bread was ok. I didn't eat much of the sandwich. Hopefully, they will change up their menu items a bit. Mikayla took my order at the counter and was super friendly. Loved that she genuinely had a smile and enjoyed working there. This place is ADORABLE. Felt so nice and cozy, the staff were so sweet and attentive. From what I got a peek of in the kitchen, it seemed very clean and organized. Now the food: no lie this may have been the best sandwich I have ever had??? I got The Viola with no red onion and my boyfriend got The Nancy. Both were very large portions, so consider that plus the quality of the ingredients, this was totally worth the price. I don't think y'all are being honest with yourselves about this places. It's all very unserious. I wanted to love Something About Her, but I was left with not much about her. Let's unpack. I was in Los Angeles for a concert, so there was no way I wasn't going to make the pilgrimage to WeHo. Huge Ariana fan. I bought both her books, her lipstick endorsed line, her merch and supported her from day one on Vanderpump Rules. Literally all this little sandwich shop had to do was make a decent sandwich, I was always totally invested. We found parking a block away, fed the meter and got to the store front at about 11:30am on a Saturday. The line was about 15 deeps already. So we wait. In that time people walk by, take pictures, there's a TMZ tour that drives past and stops every 30 minutes, I think they take people to Sur, TomTom, SAH and probably Swartz and Sandy's (I still hate the name). We stood in like for nearly 2 hours, didn't care, it's the Disneyland of sandwiches for a fan. It did start to feel a little pathetic after the second tour group though. Anyway, we finally make it inside. It's small. Maybe it seats 20 people. You order from the counter, pay and go sit down with a order number. The staff is nice, we asked if we could use the restroom since we were in line for so long. One of the gals said they would come get us to show us where it is since it's not accessible. She never came to show us. I ordered the Diane (tuna) and he got whatever the BLT is named, two sodas and a bag of chips (they don't have any "deli selections", despite that being on the menu) I think the total was a little over $50, so this isn't a cheap experience. As we sit at our little table, there's not much to do but look around. The interior is cute, there's pictures of stock art women around, lots of pillows and everything is a matte green and beige. There's influencers at every table, taking pictures and videos of their sandwiches. Taking a bite or two, getting to-go boxes or just leaving it. It seemed incredibly wasteful, untill the sandwiches came to our table. They're lovely, the logo on the paper, the little ribbon flower on the end of the toothpick, who doesn't love a pickle?! At this point, we're starving too, everything tastes better when you're hungry. So you would think this would be the best thing I ever put in my mouth. We're hungry, it's expensive, we love Ariana, we're on vacation.. optimal.. our sandwiches were so mediocre. My tuna was like sawdust. It's a mayoless tuna. I get that we're in Hollywood and no one actually eats in this town and when they do, they need it to be "healthy." But not having mayo in your tuna salad seems like a crime. I couldn't taste the fennel or much else, this sandwich was dry and bland. The bread is fresh, but aggressive. It's lucky for me my husband was down to share, because if I had to eat the other half, I might have cried. His BLT was, again, lovely to look at and that's where all the mayonnaise went. It was almost too much. The bacon was great, crispy, a little chew, everything you want bacon to be. The giant tomato slices were beautiful. The bread was softer, but the crust was so violent, we both had the roof of our mouths scratched up for the rest of the day. I don't know how sustainable this shop will be. I think everyone will come once to take their pictures and have their Vanderpump girl power experience, but there's no way this would ever be in someone's actual sandwich rotation. Long story, long. This is a novelty. Unless you absolutely have to experience eating inside, order your sandwiches to go, and if you get the Diane, ask for a side of mayo. read more

It was very messy to eat, uncomfortable to bite into in front of everyone. I left most of it. I love goat cheese and it did have a good flavor I just wish the bread wasn't so thick. Pretty sandwich shop. Very friendly staff! I'm glad they got that right! I heard a lot of customers liking the viola but unfortunately I live 1-2 hours away depending on traffic. We got three sandwiches; The Cameron, The Viola, and a Pb&J, they were all insanely delicious and I would eat them all again, but the Pb& was insane, like really really delicious. Completely disappointed by my experience here. I went opening week and every website said the store closes at 4p. I got to the store around 3:45p, I know I was pushing it, but I assumed they were still open considering the time and that the door was open. There were several people in front of me and after waiting 5 minutes I felt odd because the owner was giving me the dirtiest look. She whispered to her employee and the employee came up to me personally and said "hey actually these people are the last in line, and we are going to have to ask you to leave." I felt so odd about that considering I was the only Black person in the store and the two white girls in front of me had only got there seconds before me. I guess I didn't fit the aesthetic they wanted for this store and I won't be back. At least I found out the something in "something about her" was rooted in racism.
