I have been a Spectrum /Time Warner customer for almost 9 yrs. I recently stopped by phone and Cable subscription, but keept my internet line. The customer service lady told me my bill would now be $45 per mo. However, I discovered my actual internet connection is now $75 per mo. Just another example of lousy customer service. Tengan mucho cuidado con esta compañía especialmente en esta locación , hace algunas semanas llame a Spectrum para contratar los servicios de cable e internet y ya que el día que el técnico instalaría el equipo no se presentó en mi casa por varias ocasiones de hecho lo esperé pero nunca se presentó tuve que regresar el equipo en esta locación algunos días después y el representante que me atendió me aseguro que cancelaría mi cuenta y que tristemente no lo hizo sino que en lugar vendieron mi información a una compañía de colecciones aparentemente porque les debía el primer mes de servicio, es tonto ya que nunca tuve el servicio ni tan siquiera un día .. regresé a la tienda y me dijo el manager que no podían hacer nada ya que mi información ya estaba vendida . Horrible service! I spoke with a rep. Over the phone and they said no appointment was needed. I walk in and there was people waiting. I placed my name on the list and people coming in after me got service first. We asked the "manager" and she told me that I can go to another store which was 10 min. Away or wait. In the meantime she walked around instead of helping anybody out. Then there was 2 reps working on 1 issue. This store is a joke! All I needed to do was exchange my equipment! I called to BUY a new phone from this joke of a company I was transferred 6 times and spent a total of 2.5 hours on the phone and at the end they said "our system of down we can't help you now call back in half an hour" this is after holding for over and hour and then requesting my social security number 4 different times. Taking my business to AT&T. I switched to spectrum for the savings but you truly get what you pay for, what a horrible company. read more

We drove over a half hour to the store to drop off equipment (the nearest location). There was a long line of people and so we put our phone number down to wait our turn rather than sitting in a crowded store since I'm 6 months pregnant. Once we got the text, over an hour later, we entered the store. We were told that they could not see us and we would need to start the process over. What is the point of putting your name in the phone if they are only going to call your name in store? I asked the employee to speak to a manager to be told they did not have any there. If asked the employee their name and they said "Dee" and would not provide a last name. This is exactly the kind of service that would make us not choose Spectrum again. They make doing anything in the store as inconvenient as possible. read more

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. Standing in line for hours and they only have 1 and I do mean 1 customer service agent for 20 customers that are waiting to get help. I am no genius but a Friday afternoon when there is lots of people waiting and you know that's one of your most busy days wouldn't you think of scheduling more staff. Came in to just get a new box. I was # 7 on the waiting list... 2 hours later, I was still #7 out of 26 people.... The list grew to 26 in 2 hours with no movement. There are only 2 staff and one was working with a customer for 1 hour & 45 mins.... With no sense of urgency & care for the 26 waiting customers. This is not the worst part... During my wait, one more staff showed up, saw the room full of customers, walked back into the back room & never came out again... There was also a manager who came out from the same back room... Walked around for 5 seconds & walked back into the secret back room.. & never to be seen again. Leaving the same 2 employees helping the 26 waiting customers... Other businesses, manager & available employees should help.... Whatever in that backroom must be more important than the 26 customers waited for more than 2 hours in lobby. Most customers just getting or changing the boxes. I have never seen anything like that in any businesses... Especially, a big national business like SPECTRUM! The manager at this location should be FIRED!!! He is hurting Spectrum's business & reputation! He did NOT care about his customers or Spectrum! read more

These unethical ******** are constantly calling with unsolicited marketing calls. OK, I can put up with those, but now there are somehow getting our call history and spoofing frequently called numbers. My wife is frequently on the phone with the local hospital and now we're getting calls that have the caller ID showing the local hospital and it's actually a recorded marketing call from Spectrum. This is unethical and no one should ever use Spectrum - ever! read more

I was stuck with Spectrum when they bought out Time Warner..at the time they said existing customers would keep the same rate..they kept at the rate and then started jacking up the monthly bill in $10 increments. I only have Internet service. It went from $49 a month (with Time Warner) to presently $69 a month..I contacted a rep who said the rate would eventually $74 a month. He was unapologetic, unsympathetic and ended the conversation "Anything else today?" I will be searching for another service. read more

This review is to specifically commend Pedro for outstanding customer service. My husband and I were changing our mobile service from Verizon to Spectrum , including the purchase of new phones. Because Verizon has such horrible customer service, the transfer process was frustrating and time consuming. It took over two hours to complete our transaction!! Lucky for us, Pedro was there to help! He was knowledgeable, respectful and extremely patient with us and our needs. We would recommend this store purely because of our positive experience with Pedro. read more

I would like to make the community aware that Spectrum bills you one month in advance, and they do not provide credits for monthly subscription services that are canceled prior to the end of the current billing month. I did not know that my monthly bill starts from 12/12/21 through 1/22/22. I called to disconnect the services on 12/13; they did not let me know this and now I get a bill for the whole month I am not using. There is no courtesy with Spectrum. By the way, the reasons I disconnected the services with them were their bad internet and price constantly going up. read more

Because we are moving out of state, we had to change our internet service provider, which meant calling ahead of time for service to be turned off on 8/2. Unfortunately, just when we needed it most, Spectrum turned off our phone and internet service 7/30 - 3 days early. After holding (on my AT&T cellphone) more than 2 hours to reach someone who could help re-instate our service (after speaking to 4 separate people who couldn't), they disconnected the call. When I originally called to have the service disconnected, the man I spoke with said the only thing left for me to do was "drop off the equipment" at a nearby Spectrum. Once here to just "drop it off, they've had me wait another half hour - so far, and there are still 7 people ahead of me. They are obviously short-handed, with only 2 people serving 16 customers currently on the board. Given a choice of Spectrum or Any Other Service Provider, I'd go with Any Other every time read more

well I was only able to fix my input to watch TV but after an hour on the phone i got my cable cheaper but i still have nothing to watch on tv and took out my disney channel, and said mtv would be added but it's not so thnx i still can't watch anything i'll have to call back next week to add disney channel or do something i'm tired of this company not helping read more

Very Rude customer service.I just went to this place today trying to see the mobile 's plans to switch from my mobile provider to spectrum mobile.Surprise they have a security guard at the door of the store who asked me more questions than the FBI investigator.The store was completed empty , only one representative was working with a client and the Vietnamese security guard told me , in order to enter to the store ,you need to talk to her first. Since Spectrum mobile didn't want my money,I just left this place angry and renewed my mobile plan with Verizon.All the time , I had this interaction outside the door, I was following all Covid 19 protocols. My family is attempting to get back on our feet after COVID so we signed up for the free internet Spectrum Internet offered. The service would be better if we did not have any service. We are always having to reboot it. At least 30 x a day. We have called Spectrum, no resolution to the problem. Previously, we were long time Spectrum customers, so when we can afford internet again Spectrum will be the last provider we will seek out. read more

Internet and TV are horrible! Tv buffers frequently and sometimes kicks me out of Netflix and IMDb for no reason. My computer is slower than it was with ATT, believe it or not. And don't believe the ads about "no hidden fees" on your bill. I'm so disappointed with this system. I signed up for TV, internet and home phone, which isn't working now and they are coming back in 2 more days to fix that, I hope. They said they couldn't send anyone to fix my phone for a week due to the fires in N. California!! Go figure. read more

I was returning faulty cable box. Was given the a box that was not compatible with my television. Loaded all the equipment back into the bag I had brought with me. Went back to the store and was given different equipment which was loaded into a spectrum bag. I said wait I can't find my car key. Went out to my car and the car would not open.. was outside for less than a minute and the bag had been taken to the back and I said my car key is in that bag. The girl came out and said there was no car key. you could have dropped it. I wanted to check the bag and the boxes that the equipment I returned were in. She gave me a trash can to go through. Then brought my empty bag. I spent hours there waiting for roadside service no key detected when I got in the car. A neighbor went and got my extra key and brought it to me. My husband who has Alzheimers was left at home for an extended period of time. The key was on a valuable chain because I wear it around my neck when I go out. My key was at that store and there was not any help from any employee there. Worst experience ever. read more
