Went in for an oil change. They completed the service really fast, printed out the receipt and I…read morepaid. Went out to my car and the notification that they reset the oil life was on the dash. While clearing that to the main screen I saw that the tire pressure was at 28 psi for one of my tires. The receipt said they checked and all tires were at 38 psi. They claimed that they topped off the fluids, my window wash fluid was still empty, my coolant was low as well. They put that they checked the cabin air filter, I know they didn't because nothing was disturbed in my glove box where that filter is located. I actually pulled over to check the oil, it appeared that they did change it. I know that most of these are considered complimentary services but they also are safety items as well. For what they charged they obviously did not do what they claimed. I've been to a few other locations in the Grease Monkey chain here in the Denver metro area, the constant thing is less than honest customer service and they all are owned by the same franchise. Terrible customer service and dishonest practices seem to be the norm for these guys. I definitely will not be using them in the future.

The guys were wonderful and so kind about it, and they ended up finding a different puncture that was right next to a spot that was previously patched, so they had to take that out to redo the whole area. They stayed after close in order to make sure it was properly repaired, and the guy there did a wonderful job explaining what happened and that my TPMS meter would still be freaking out for a bit until I drove on it enough to get a proper read. That would definitely have freaked me out if he hadn't said anything, I am not a car person haha. Once my TPMS meter started working again, I realized that he had also filled up my tire pressure on my other 3 tires to keep it even with the one he patched because they had all been a little low. That was the final cherry on the cake that made me come to Yelp to write this review - they went above and beyond to take care of me for a FREE!!! TIRE REPAIR. They were not going to make any money on that, the store was about to close, and they went above and beyond anyway. Today there was only 1 car in the bay, and nobody waiting to get in. I was not able to get in today as the girl behind the counter insisted that I leave my car there all day. I told her that wasn't possible, never offered another option, so now I'll need to go elsewhere. This is not how you should treat a loyal customer! G swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. Tried starting it earlier this year, and it puked gas all over my garage.
