Can someone explain to me why I had a coupon and still had to pay around $40 for an oil/filter change when i went here last time? I don't ask for premium or anything else special. They also tried to sell me on a new part in my car. I'll be frank, i don't know what they were talking about (which is probably what they were banking on) but it was a tube and they said it was dirty so I should replace it. Replace it for at least $80 though. Uh....no thanks, not right now. I drive a 2004 Solara with only 58k miles on it at that time (no trips beyond 30 mins of driving) I think it should be fine. They were quick enough in the oil change and if I was dying for a sandwich or smoothie or anything it's there in the same plaza. But the price is too high for me. Try any of the non-corporate businesses around for an oil/filter change to save some money. I paid $21.50 no tax, no coupons, no specials, today at T&T Auto. No appointment and apparently other people paid even under $20 there. read more

My grandma took in her jeep for an oil change in January. When getting home she noticed a trail of some kinda liquid leading up her driveway. She contacted these people and she requested they come to her house and clean it up. Someone came to her house and cleaned up the mess. She went back to the shop and they tell her they forgot to close something properly so the oil spilt out and that was just the beginning. Since then she has been experiencing issues with the car and had to take to the mechanic. The mechanic informed her that her antifreeze hose had been tampered with, so I contacted this shop requesting to speak with a manager. The manager gets on the phone and tells me the owner will be there to call back in an hour. I call back in an hour and the manager tells me oh sorry the owner just left. Completely avoided giving out owners info, as well as franchise info. He tells me to give him my number and the owner will call me back. Never got that call. I recommend you don't take your car here, it's horrible. They are messing up cars left and right and not owning up to their responsibilities. I tried calling and now my number is blocked. read more

Customer service could have been better. The lady didn't even smile at me at the front office when she was calling my name. She didn't look very happy to be at work nor did she seem very thrilled about having to help me. Oil change was fine, no issues. They suggested doing a tune up but after that experience with the representative at the front office, I would rather take my business somewhere else. read more

This place has a fairly quick turnaround time. Although, that's cause their prices are a little higher than most. They're fairly friendly, good service and they do try to up sell you but aren't as aggressive as other places. Mostly I come here because it's near where I live, it's convenient, and fast. They do recognize issues fairly quickly...and are fairly good as explaining to someone who is not car savvy. read more

If you use the $29 coupon for the standard oil check, it's a decent value. I was about the 3rd car in one of the 2 lines for oil changes during the weekend and they gave me an estimate of about an hr. I dropped off my car and when I returned to the office to pay, the girl at the front could not be unglued from her phone even though I was standing there for several minutes. She eventually called me when my car was ready but otherwise did not acknowledge me. I picked up my car and was about to drive off when I realized they did not even attempt to clean the windshield and rear window nor did they bother to vacuum the interior even though there was a column on the receipt that says these tasks were "completed." When I pointed this out, the guy tried to argue with me, but once I showed him the debris on the seats and rugs and wiped my bare hand across the glass to show the dirt, he had no choice but to admit his deception and perform the omitted services. To be fair, he apologized but it's just annoying they think customers wouldn't notice these things! And dirt/unvacuumed floors are more obvious to spot. Makes me wonder what else they "forgot" to do on their "17-point" oil change... read more

Up until this point I've been changing my own oil with the help of car savvy friends. Lately, between work, school, and general life business, everyone's been keeping busy so I decided to take my car in for professional oil changing service. I picked Speedee because they are very close by, about an 8min drive down the street. I've been using a specific motor oil and type of oil filter, so I bought them and brought them in to Speedee. This knocked $10 off the standard $40 package, which I appreciated. I also printed up a coupon from their website, knocking off another 5 bucks. I got there at noon, expecting a busy lunch crowd. To my suprise, I was in and out of there in, literally, 25 minutes. No bells or whistles, they installed my new filter, and changed out the oil. They also gave me back the unused oil, all 1.5 qts of it, so I appreciated that as well. Overall - good, fast and efficient, service for $25. They didn't try to upsell me, or tell me that I should have a dozen other things I should let them "check out", which I half expected before I got there. read more

Has gone completely downhill. I have used this place for the last 15 years. Service has deteriorated. The following were my last 3 visits, ever....will now go to Pep Boys. 1. had to take vehicle back because they failed to top off my fluids as advertised. 2. They tried to tell my wife that she needed a transmission oil service. they showed her dirty oil. I had just changed it and show my wife the oil was indeed new. 3. Took my vehicle back this week after an oil change because it was leaking. They failed to properly tighten the oil filter. I should have quit after the first incident but I wanted to give them another chance. read more

Not speedy or fast at all. Workers take their time and car usually ends up with a couple tweaks and leaks. Just go to your local garage and wait the same wait time. Shouldn't have to wait an hour for an oil change. read more

My husband and I came here to get a quick oil change and power steering with it as well. Long story short we didn't get our car back till Wednesday n went in on a Saturday . Basically messed up the ignition where u insert the key n had to replace a part inside to have the car turning on and off again how it originally was before we took it to them for services ! Checked in for basic oil change 10am quoted 45min I walked to OSH and back my truck hadn't moved went to Wendy's and got a coffee and sat at a window seat facing spee dee / the time on my phone is now 11:45am my truck still in the same spot / out the window I see the employees standing around smoking and laughing it up and 1 or 2 sitting in there cars / I finally had enough walked up to 1 employee and said I would like to get my truck and go (he acted like he did hear me and walked away) I walked in to the shop a little further and asked the girl there for my truck the only thing she was concerned with was her clipboard I've been coming here for awhile with both my cars I'm to the point I'll be looking elsewhere for another oil changing location read more

I've been here several times for the oil change service. Staff is friendly and wait time is quite consistent, approximately 30-40 mins. A month ago i dropped by and the manager (Mr. Chavez) was helping me with my car tires. He was very friendly and patient. Today I dropped by with an emergency car issue, one of the tires had a nail in it. Several employees acknowledged me for waiting since it was a busy Friday afternoon. Mr Chavez worked on my car and he even checked the tire pressure for the remaining tires to make sure they are all okay. I work in the retail industry and it's great to see another place also focus on customer service. Mr Chavez and his staff are awesome. read more

This place is hit or miss service wise. At times they are great, give you what you need in a timely manner, and other times they try to sell me up the ass offering other things I didn't ask for. I mostly come To this location because it's in the area, but now I will be going somewhere else. Having your service technician unknowingly take your number off the invoice and text you later on is NOT ok and is downright creepy. read more

Fast wait time and very good inspection of my vehicle prices are low and they are good inspectors.

"SpeeDee" describes how fast the technicians talk. They're thorough, though they seemed pretty keen on up-selling us on every service (transmission fluid, power steering fluid, etc.) However, the technician didn't seem pushy so I can't complain. For example, he told us the filter on the engine was still OK, though the he showed us how nasty the cabin filter looked. The dead yellow jackets and twigs spoke for themselves. And, he pointed out that our tires were really worn. Overall, a good experience. I don't feel like I was sold anything we didn't need, but I do feel better about the state of our car. read more

My engine was having issues regarding the ignition coil , they were able to replace and get my car running smoothly. I'm rating this 5 stars because of Team Member Bryan's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! A few days before the 4th of July I made a quick stop at SpeeDee to have my tire pressure checked and my blown headlight replaced. I was expecting a long wait time because everyone else was checking their vehicles for the holiday road trip. I was totally amazed by the great customer service I received by Bryan. I called ahead to get a quote on a oil change. They quoted me 39.99 for synthetic oil. I drove all the way down to get my oil changed but when I got there they wouldn't honor the price they gave me over the phone. The wanted to charge me 79.99. I explained that I was quoted a different price over the phone so I drove all the way down to Speedee to get the oil changed and now that im here, you want to charge more. Dropped off my car at around 11am to get an oil change. The guy told me that it would take 45min to an hour for my car to be finished. I come back 45min later to see my car was in the exact same spot as where I left it. Next thing you know, I'm waiting for exactly 2 hours and 17min for my car. I don't think I'll be coming back here again if I'm going to have to wait super long just to get an oil change. That was so not cool. read more

I brought my car in to see what repairs needed to be done and Uriel broke everything down for me. Not only was he concerned of the well being of my car but also mine as well! I'm so disappointed with this location the level of customer service has scaled down completely. I have been a customer of this location for more then 8 years. What made me a loyal customer was fast service, quality and staff was well trained and very friendly when you had any concerns and guide you for options you my need. Even after I moved to the Campbell area I till drove to this location. To my surprise I was completely disappointed, disrespect and will not come back. When I arrived I was asked what kind of oil changed service I wanted. I normally answer the regular oil change please and have no problems the technician that help me answered in a rude manner "you mean conventional if you say regular we give you high mileage" and went on to say "you need to know what your talking about." I was taken back with his response and let it be because well he may be having a bad day. The service took 30 minutes by the technician. When I saw my car moved and parked I waited for the technician to take the paperwork to the window where the receptionist is located. I then approached the desk and the receptionist in the most rude and inconsiderate way said "do you have a question?" She looked annoyed and bothered. I said yes I just need to pay for my service and pointed to the window where my keys and paperwork were. She rolled her eyes and said "you need to wait I still need to enter that on my computer I will call you when I'm ready." I walked away and waited. She went on to ignore my paperwork and stared to have a conversation with another co-worker that went on for 15 minutes nothing to do with work I may add. it was clear to me that this receptionist was doing whatever she could to make me wait longer on purpose. Finally she grabs paperwork from the window and throws the keys on her desk in a aggressive manner. She call my vehicle and I approach, the first thing out of her mouth is "this is your car?? " for what I answered yes she looked even more annoyed. she had two trays on her window with paperwork of vehicles that had been finished. I'm more then sure she was trying to get the other paperwork and make me wait even longer. To her surprise she grabbed mine. I payed her and thanked her for her service I got no response not a thank you not a come again or even an apology for her disrespect. I don't know her name because no name tag was worn but she is Hispanic dark hair. No matter how bad your day may be there is no reason for this level of mistreatment towards a customer. It only takes one minute and no effort to be kind. As your job depends on the amount of clients that get their services here. It's unfortunate that this location is clearly losing more and more customers because of the staff. As I was waiting I was not the only one bothered by the service provided by this receptionist. After being a loyal customer of 8 years I will not be returning and will be looking for a new place to get my vehicle services done. read more

Went in for a smog check i was the only one for smog check , they said "25min" which took about 1hr 15 min ! The man doing the smog check was on the phone in my car ! Like aren't you suppose to stay focused? To top it off they don't even let you know when your car is ready. Never coming here again read more
