Amazing customer service ! A rock hit my windshield and left a crack. Chris and Russell looked at it and while Russell was explaining to me how they will be fixing it and how quick , Chris was already warming up the glass , I was like "ok I'm sold" . In less than 30 min it was fixed, I didn't see the time go by as Chris was chatting with me about anything and everything . It happened that my insurance agent is in their data base so I benefit of 50% discount "hell yea!" - I didn't even know! Super honest people and great great service ... Which is now days pretty rare! They also fixed the repair done at Jiffy Lube that didn't work - for free! There was no up-selling - just a friendly handshake and I was on my way. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make that next appointment but they were so understanding and scheduled me for the same time the following day. 2009 TOYOTA PRIUS // FRONT WINDSHIELD REPLACED Of the three stores that were said to be open on Saturday, Speedy was the only one that picked up the phone. One had a completely different named business when the call was picked up by an answering machine. OUT... The other (5 star rated) was also picked up by an answering machine at 8:03 am three minutes after opening, and said "We are busy with customers, please leave a message and we will call you back" completely understandable, they finally called back on Monday morning @ 8:36 am. Gave me a quote, same quote I got from Speedy, but it was obviously too late.. The girl on the phone was awesome, she gave me a quote of $248 + $5 for them to do the work at my home (which was $140 less than "****Lite Repair ****Lite Replace" and the earliest they could be out was the following Thursday), so we scheduled an appt. for Monday between 1-5 PM. Called at 1:06 on Monday to get an ETA, said he was just finishing another job and would be there within an hour, he arrived in 30 minutes. Frank was awesome; kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He said he'd take an hour he was done in about 50 minutes. When he presented the final invoice, it was $233 all in. Use this company with complete confidence!!! read more

Over a week later, I hadn't received an estimate, so I called and the lady I spoke with said she was really behind but that she would send it right out. That was over a month ago. I had been scheduled for auto glass work at Newberg Ford. An outfit that doesn't know how to treat a customer right. But I have a Ford Ranger, and wanted Ford techs to work on it. Always have. Instead, after another disappointing visit with them (they had my vehicle all day for an estimate, never called me back until after hours), I looked for a better deal. People, if you need auto glass work done, "Speedy Glass" is the place. Unlike Newberg Ford, you get an appointment time that works for you. They inform you prior what the costs will be. What they will do. All the particulars. What you want to know, they fill in the blanks. Simply some of the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. I had my vehicle in at 9:30 a.m., and was on my way by 11:30 a.m. Also, very important, the cost of the work was $250 LESS than what Newberg was going to charge me. Don't screw around looking for a better deal. Speedy Glass is the ticket. And a great experience! Thank you. read more

I have a conversion van that needed a new side window, not your standard install. My insurance company called Speedy & gave them all the info about our van. Speedy told them they could do it so the insurance company recommended Speedy to me. When I called Speedy to set up the repair, I was told since it was a conversion van I need to bring the van in for them to see what needed to be done. The person that could figure that out was not working but would be in the next day. When I took the van in, Speedy's employee took a quick look at the window & said that since it was a conversion van I would have to contact the conversion company & get the glass myself. After I got the glass, Speedy would be happy to put it in. I thought Speedy was an auto glass replacement company. They should be able to obtain the neccessary glass to do the repairs. The customer should not have to bring in their own parts. A quick google search showed the parts are readily available but I guess Speedy can't be bothered with that. If you need a standard windshield replaced, maybe Speedy can handle that, I don't know. But if it is something nonstandard don't bother with Speedy. Find a real auto glass company that knows how to replace windows. read more

I dropped in to see about getting a rock chip fixed and ended up having to have my windshield replaced due to its location. From the moment I walked in the door, Russell was super helpful and friendly. They took care of my insurance, making the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend them. Awesome service! I made an appointment online on a Sunday and on Monday morning they called to confirm. I was in at 12:00 and out by 12:30. I had just a small chip and it was fixed flawlessly. Nathan took my wife's call and was very professional and courteous. They got out to us within a day of the call and was sympathetic regarding the fact that we had a broken window and it was raining. He explained to my wife what to expect and that is exactly what happened. We were told who would be showing up to do the work, his name (forgive me I forgot), and what time he would be at our house. The technician was on time and walked me through the process and what was involved. I asked him if I could watch and he had no issues with it. We had a broken driver's side window on a Ford Expedition and the entire job took less than an hour. The technician completely cleaned up the broken glass inside the door and the surrounding areas. He was knowledgeable on the door panel removal and took care to leave the truck just as he found it. Meaning, it is very easy to damage a door panel and he took the time and care needed. The price was lower than most and the service was beyond reproach. Absolutely recommend Speedy Glass for whichever window needs replacement. Very impressed! Great job guys.
