It was my first time ordering a London fog tea latte (no modifications) at a Starbucks, and I was pleasantly surprised. My latte was creamy and has the right amount of sweetness. I was able to taste the tea's earthly flavors with a hint of citrus that pairs nicely from the added vanilla syrup. Additionally this location is well-staffed and clean. I called the day before about a mistake that was made on my drink. The manager answered and said I could come in and have it remade or refunded. I told her I wasn't able to come in that day, but I could come in the morning. She was very sweet and told me her name and that she would be working at that time. So today I went in and asked for the manager and had my drink remade. I explained that my daughter had picked up the drink so I didn't know that there was a mistake until it was brought home. She was very kind and reassured me that things like that happen. She took my complicated order and made it very quickly, even though there were many customers a head of me and having just dealt with a very rude lady who couldn't confirm her order, but took her drinks and ran off very quickly. I came here when I was visiting my sister in law. I saw coffee at another place and it was a bit sketch. So sketch, that my husband wanted a Starbucks coffee and he's not the biggest fan. I didn't order any food but the people there were nice. This location is in a plaza and they have some cute restaurants, a mothers grocery store, and a nice restaurant. Terrible experience, slow is one thing, but rude is another. Gabriella specifically was rude as was an older middle-agish curly-haired barista. Mobile ordered, drinks were right on time. Great. Food order, nowhere to be seen. No one was working in the food area either. Poor woman at the register was dealing with a long line alone and apparently was the one expected to handle the food as well because when reinforcements came out and helped her she rushed to the food. I had asked about the food and irritated Gabriella with an irritated tone responded "we have a lot of food orders right now." No kidding? And yet all Gabriella was doing was standing at the counter and repeating the names the baristas would say when they sat down the drinks and I guess organizing them by moving them 2 inches to the right letters posted on the counter? There is no network service that app says, however I can use other apps, e.g. Yelp. didn't have to wait too long. This is a beautiful Starbucks location. Situated near a busy gym, restaurant, and stores, I often find myself in this shopping area running errands. Although the parking can be a challenge, there's a lot of wonderful tables outside, and the service is fairly good. I often stop by here as I leave Mother's Market or one of the restaurants. I don't usually do reviews but I feel this one is very much needed. I have ordered from this location in the past, mainly because it is the closest Starbucks to my work. There hasn't been any issues until recently. I made an order Monday morning and let me just say I was shocked. First off, picking up my cup I noticed it was very light for being a grande and upon checking I see this (picture below) okay fine smaller drink I'll take it. But once I took a sip of my drink I tasted nothing but bitter and cold coffee. Then I checked the time just too see if I came later than the estimated pick up time. To my surprise I was a couple minutes early. Okay fine half cup of bitter cold coffee, let's just move on to my food items. Butter croissant and potato chive bites, COLD, still frozen in the middle COLD!!! At this point I am upset because as we all know Starbucks IS NOT CHEAP!! So I gave the location a call and spoke with Edward. He informed me his shift lead was on her break and when she returns he will ask her what to do because, and I quote "we take this things very seriously". Well not serious enough Edward because I have given you guys 48 hours to get back to me, and no call,. They can't say I left them no form of contact because I gave Edward my name and number and he read it back to me to confirm he got it right. I'm just truly disappointed.
