Recently remodeled and gorgeous. Has a new wrap around bar next to the drink pick up area which is convenient for mobile order pick up. Still has nice plush patio furniture outside with umbrellas that are hard to find at other locations. Friendly barista this morning told me that she triple checked my order without me asking. I come to this Starbucks at least three times a week since it's so close to my work! I've ordered so many times the barista knows my name and order LOL. I've never had a problem here, the staff is friendly, and drinks are made pretty quickly. I would definitely utilize the Starbucks app and mobile order because sometimes the line can get extremely long like on Fridays. Went to this location today and had asked for a chai latte with oat milk. Only to find out two hours later that it was regular milk. I have loads of food allergies so this caused my body a huge reaction. Please baristas make sure you get the right milk. I have hives and I'm itching all over my body. Every time I've been I've had to wait with my drink sitting right in front of me because it's behind the counter and the staff ignore customers. They make you feel appreciated every time you walk in. This is what most restaurants and coffee shops forget. The appreciation of your customer. The location can get crowded sometimes but still probably the best Starbucks in the Anaheim hills area. They have out door seating, which is nice. I usually get the cold brew black. This is my go-to coffee place for catching up with old friends whenever I'm in town. The outdoor patio is a great space to sit - it's elevated and beyond tables with umbrellas, there are a few couches if you get lucky. Parking lot can get busy during rush hours, but it's massive, so you'll always be able to find a space. It's definitely one of the better Starbucks I've been to as it's not crazy busy (or empty) and the location and parking are easy to navigate. When I drop my dogs off at the groomers, I usually have about 30 minutes to kill before they are done. Sometimes I go grocery shopping, sometimes I come to this shitty Starbucks. Today was the worst! I had four people in front of me in line, and probably four people behind me. I placed my order and the bitchy cashier didn't even make eye contact with me. The barista couldn't clean it so he asked the bitchy cashier to help him, and she huffed and puffed and made a huge ordeal about it. The man apologized to her and she didn't even acknowledge him. Get over yourself!! Finally after the place had literally cleared out and nobody else was waiting for their drinks (20 minutes), I went to ask about my Frappuccino. It was sitting on the counter, ready for awhile I am assuming. The idiot barista went in the back, so there was nobody behind the counter at all. He came back out and looked at me and said "we are out of the cookie crumble that goes on top, can I just put whipped cream on it?" Was that seriously the hold up? I see that there are samples right next to me by the register. I ask what they are. Man working there says that it's a banana chocolate chip muffin of some sort. That sounded good so I went to go grab one. I look, don't see tongs, so I just grab the sample closest to me. I look at it more closely. What I had gotten was a piece of a crusty old donut. I put it back down (it was in a little sample dish thing so it's not like I had touched the sample) and then I get a banana chocolate chip thing. Next thing I know the man behind the counter picks up the plate of samples and almost violently throws it away. Then he starts yelling at me for "contaminating" the samples. He went on for at least a minute until one of the baristas apologized to him for not putting out tongs. Seriously, excuse me? I didn't see tongs bitch, and it's not like I touched the actual samples, so don't YELL AT ME. I got no apology and when the same angry cashier handed me my drink he practically shoved it into my hand. This Starbucks is so much better than the one on La Palma. It's bigger, it's not as crowded, there is ample seating outside and the customer service is so much better. The staff were polite and very engaging with their customers. I had the limited edition Lemon Bar Frappuccino for the second time. It's simply just lemonade, milk and ice blended together with whipped cream and crumbs on top. I asked the barista to add more lemonade and he was nice enough to do so. Went to Starbucks this morning and ordered two drinks ahead online. They were super busy and I would check in on my drink every few minutes. I waited 25 minutes for an iced coffee and Americano- people who walked in after me and ordered in line hit their drinks before me. Finally I politely demanded they make my drink instead of telling me "we are busy" and "wait your turn". I waited so long that I forgot to pick up my sons iced green tea lemonade so I paid for it and did not receive it. I'm very disappointed. Starbucks is lucky to be so busy during these times, they should offer a better customer service and have more people working right now given the amount of clients that they have. read more

Stopped by here for a get together with some friends for a long talk around 8PM. It was the perfect setting, as the outdoor patio was probably one of the best of any I've seen at a Starbucks! Their patio furniture had several areas with couches and chairs with padding. I'm disappointed that I didn't get any photos, but I'm happy with the conversation that was had. As far as inside, the service from the baristas was excellent. I ordered 2 Strawberry Hibiscus' and a venti Blonde Roast. I guess they stop brewing the roast after noon, so they did a pour over, which takes longer, but is super fresh. Really enjoyed this location and will be back if I'm in the area! read more

Starbucks is my coffee-of-last-resort because I don't like the over-roasted taste of the product nor Starbuck's pretentious and confusing misuse of Italian labels. Now, they've added a third reason. A useless menu. Menus in the stores have been drastically abbreviated; they've eliminated names, sizes, and prices, for more than two thirds of the purchase options. For instance, you won't find mention nor prices for even a simple latte, machiatto, or cortadito, in any size. Price is at least half of any buying decision and I won't give business to any company who isn't upfront and clear about the price of their product. The practice feels deceptive and is, at best, purposefully unhelpful. To re-coin an old phrase, If you force me to ask, you can't have my money. read more

I met a website client here for a few hours and I was super impressed by the positive attitude the baristas kept as they just kept making drinks left and right since they were slammed all throughout the morning on a Saturday. This store seemed a little bigger inside than most of the other locations I've been to plus they also have plenty of outside seating. And I agree with Chuck below that the natural light inside the store makes a huge difference too. I visit this specific Starbucks multiple times a week since I work in the same shopping center and this morning my drink tasted slightly bitter. The beans seemed more bitter and like it might have been burned. When I called to bring it to the stores attention (incase it was a machine error or if it needed to be cleaned) the store manager Sydney was so polite and accommodating. She recommended that I come back in and that she will remake my drink. When I came back on my break she not only fixed my drink she allowed me to change the order with no issues or time waiting. Sydney truly went above and beyond and I truly appreciate the great service I always receive when visiting this store. read more

I finally decided to do a review after many times of slow service. Often times had to wait over 10 mins for mobile order. Today when I placed the order, my phone said waiting time is 7-9 mins, but I actually waited 19 mins , 10 mins standing in the store, while it's bit that busy at all. The barista didn't offer a single word of apology for having me waiting so long. I inquired about my drink 12 mins after placing my order and he just said they had the order but apparently had no intention making it .
