Best Starbucks ever. They remember me and make my drink quickly. They have free WiFi. The staff is friendly and courteous to customers.

I like this place but OMG I was sitting there with my friend and Justin who was making coffee kept smashing and throwing the dishes so hard that we had to leave because of the loud noise he was making all the time. He can destroy the whole store in one week if work like that with anger. He looks like he is emptying his anger on the dishes and supplies. read more

I come here all the time. Weekend lines can get long, but I order mobile and they're good about having the drink ready by the time i get there. They recently remodeled so it looks really nice. This is my second office! Never too full to find a place to work and I have only had an issues with their wifi once. All and all it's a great place to get things done on your laptop and service is always good. There are more than 2,010 Starbucks in California. I may have dreamt I've been to most of them. However, I do start my day at a SB near my home before heading to the office. During the day, I stop by multiple SB for either meetings or conversation with friends. Of all the SB I have experienced, I have to say that this SB (5714 E. Santa Ana Canyon Rd) is the best of the best. I feel the warmth and comfort as I walk in and everyone knows your name. It feel like an episode from CHEERS...for those who are not as old as me, CHEERS was a show in the 90's. :-) This SB is worth the time to stop by and get to meet the staff who treats you with respect and professionalism. They go out of their way to make sure they know what you like/don't like so when you stop by in the future, they have your order ready. :-) Good job! I only get Starbucks on special occasions, and when I do I treat it as a gift to myself. I went into this Starbucks the other day expecting to get my usual yummy drink... but I got so much more than that. I went to the register and ordered my Java Chip Frappuccino. I was a little nervous because it's not something people order often so I have to hope they make it right. (I've had experiences where they had never made it before and it sucked.) As I was waiting for my drink, I was watching the barista do his work (I find it fascinating) and Paul, the barista, noticed me watching and asked me if the Java Chip was my order. I said yes. He looked me square in the eye and asked me, "Do you trust me?" I was feeling adventurous that night, so I looked him up and down, and in sheer confidence, I said Yes. I waited in excitement, and watched him craft my drink with skill and ease. He finally handed it to me and told me to try it out. I took one sip, and let me tell ya... It was almost as if the Gods had led me there that night, just so Paul and I could meet, so he could serve me the most perfect treat my taste buds could fathom, so I could die in happiness that night. Came in 3x this month and its all the same outcome.. WHACK!! I truly believe the people in Anaheim Hills think this is Beverly Hills and the entitlement attitude runs wild out here! The people here are ridiculous! They never look happy to work , they never have a smile on their face. Came in yesterday for my usual drink {chai tea latte iced with 2 pumps of vanilla and 1 pump cinnamon dolce} they always make my drink soooo THIN AND WATERY! Even though the Starbucks by my school on Main is whack, they know how to make my drink :) . I come in today for a drink and a giftcard for alexis b. I stood in line for 30 minutes! Only one person ringing people up! Right when its my turn the system freezes and no one can buy giftcards! They didn't apologize or anything! I walked out immediately! These people have 0 customer service skills whatsoever! I understand its Christmas but these people are like this 24.7 365! Today they have clearly made me see why I don't come to this one!! AMAZING! The Baristas are so friendly, and genuine. The store is always clean and cool. The baristas are always on their toes, making drinks with both quality and quantity on their minds (the amount of drinks they make are beyond me, this store seems to always be busy!). Love studying here, or just hanging out on the couches outside. Customers are also very nice! This is my favorite starbucks out of my 5 local starbucks. Honestly I have worked at Starbucks and I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a white chocolate mocha iced latte. The drink was no mixed together at all. All the white chocolate syrup was on the bottom and when I asked if they could mix it better the guys said no. Then put a dome lid on proceeded to put whip cream even though I said no whip and it was written on the cup. The only reason I continue to go there is because it's so close to my work. They have messed up on multiple orders. read more

love this starbucks..employees,baristas are always super nice.this place is a little larger than some.lots of seating outside.little sofas and coffee tables and heaters for when it gets cold. sometimes at noonish and around three it can get packed with teenagers from across the street coming after high school gets out..and there other draw back sitting outside is that some old men come here and have their cigar time...which is rude,stinky and inconsiderate...when that happens its hard to escape that smell and you will end up inside or across the way sitting closer to corner bakery...other than that i like the location of this place due to the fact its off the freeway and easy to find it you are having a meeting here.people can easily locate it. if you get hungry you are able to order from corner bakery,Zpizza,reunion resturant,rubios,or mothers market ives bistro..even jamba juice all in the same shopping center. read more

Ever since the remodel, I feel like the service is way slower. We come here every morning and there's only 2 (max3) people working. The worst is on weekends when the line is out the door and only 2 people working -- 1 cash/1 barrista. It's kind of ridiculous; they can spend all the money on remodeling but forget to staff it on the most busiest times of the day. The staff is super sweet but they just need more of them!!!!! read more

I have been to this location several times, and from what I've noticed, they are incredibly under-staffed. Also, a rather large problem, their employees come to work sick. Um, yeah, kinda gross to be near food and making drinks while your sick. Seriously disgusting. I understand they probably don't have enough people, but really, the last thing I want to see when I come in to get my favorite latte is someone coughing and who is obviously ill and should be at home, making my beverage or touching anything that I will touch. No offense, but seriously, get the sick people out of there. read more

I have more problems with this location...this location is generally slow and usually some part of the order is wrong. On this last trip I made a mobile order it was not ready and when I asked for it they started making an iced tea when I ordered just a simple hot tea. read more

This use to be my favorite location, and they had great baristas. Now, they are very slow consistently and the customer service has decline dramatically. My coffee was not warm. Working from home for 8+ years had transformed me into a Starbucks junkie, meaning I tried most location from Anaheim Hills to Tustin & Irvine area. This Starbucks is definitely my favorite, the barrista's have elephant memories (after not seeing me for 3 months Ms. Regina remembered that my doctor said I should always eat something with my morning coffee. I am an avid Starbucks drinker. This is my favorite location out of all of the ones that I have been to. The staff, especially the morning staff, is one of the best group of people I have seen. Jerry, Sandra, and Carrie are amazing! Every morning when I walk in they know exactly what I want before I even order it. My order is generally waiting for me at the counter before I even get there. Its very unusual in this day in age to see such great customer service like that. I really appreciate this staff and I want to go out of my way to go to this location even if other locations are closer to me. read more

I understand this location gets busy since location and atmosphere here is good. But what I noticed was that employees were cutting corners/compromising by lowering quality of services. I wish that they would not refuge to put honey in my tea next time even if they are busy. And they would charge what most other stores would not charge such as a bit of steam milk to maximize their profit. read more
