This is by far the worst Starbucks ever. We always go and it's always slow no matter what time of day even drive thru. They "forget" drinks and at one point they got my order wrong and tried to convince me that IS what I ordered. Lack of customer service which is really disappointing as a former barista. I love coming to this Starbucks because it's faster than the one on Olive and Calloway and today was the first time I went and I didn't have a no ice, no sweetener, and no extra water and I am sure they heard me because they got the first 2 drinks correct except this one. Not only that, but when I ordered my drip with heavy cream they handed me the coffee with the lid barley on and no stopper so now my car is more coffee stains than the actual upholstery color. read more

Lost brain cells at my visit to this Starbucks today. I ordered an iced blonde vanilla latte. When I picked up my latte, there was a Frappuccino lid on the cup.. so I asked for a straw, to which I was told that "straws are only for Frappuccinos, not lattes" I told the girl working yes, I understand that, but my latte has a Frappuccino lid.. again they said "sorry straws are only for Frappuccinos" I would really love to know how these baristas expect someone to drink a latte, through a Frappuccino lid, with no straw. I live in the Rosedale area and this Starbucks is my go-to. It's not as busy as the other one on Rosedale (near Target) and it also has a drive thru. The baristas are attentive and make sure they have your order correct. Inside, there are different options when it comes to seating. In addition to smaller tables, they have a large table for a bigger group. Bonus: it's near an outlet if you are there to study. Recommend. read more

After sending off my Mobile Order, ALL MY ITEM WERE WAITING FOR ME WHEN I ARRIVED! These guys are lightning fast! Now, let me tell you that many others were awaiting their orders, and many Mobile Orders had also been sent in, as they too were waiting for their owners to come in and claim them. I would totally like to commend the manager of this store for giving back to this community and to a cause near and dear to the hearts of most around the world with the Tunnel to Towers run yesterday. She selflessly gave her time to hand out coffee to the first responders and the runners whom competed at the event. I didn't catch her name but did get to chat with her a min. Worst Starbucks in my opinion! I waited for 20 minutes for a simple caramel macchiato and there excuse was "sorry one of our bars is broken" but they just handed a caramel macchiato to this girl who ordered way after me. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because it is starbucks. But the last two times I have went there they have not gotten my order wrong and they don't put the sticker on the side when you go thru the drive thru to confirm what it is. It's correct on the screen but almost undrinkable when I get down the road and start drinking it. It's as if they count on you not willing to take the time to go back and complain because your using drive thru. Lesson learned and future buyers beware. read more

Totally need to update my review! This Starbucks is closest to my home and they GET IT DONE! Since my last review, things have definitely changed. The partners here are always super friendly and receptive, and if there are any issues, they fix it with a smile. I'll be honest: I only come into the cafe though, so I can't speak to the speed of the drive-thru. I do, however, always love being treated like a regular. This Starbucks is great. read more

I just went to this place at 5:17pm, as I am on my way to work, and the lady at the window semi rude. She didn't tell me my total when i got to the window and she handed my change like I have a skin disease and then she didn't even say anything when she handed me my drink she was stone faced. The Starbucks is right in my neighborhood which is the only reason I ever go to this particular Starbucks. It is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, yesterday I went through and ordered a tall tea. There was no one in the drive through and it took over 5 minutes for them to make my one drink. It almost always takes a long time to get your drink at this location. I went through the drive thru Ordered a venti cold brew and two venti waters and told the lady I had a reusable cup. I gave her cash and told her I want water in my cup when I took the lid and straw out and gave her the cup she yanked my cup with her thumb and index finger, her index being in my cup, I was disgusted because she's been cash handing and it's common sense to grab a cup from the outside, I then had to ask for my other water for my passenger. Favorite Starbucks in town! It feels cosy because it's smaller, but I don't mind! I like to come here more in the afternoon or in the evening time because the morning rush gets insane! It's more relaxed in the afternoon so the drinks aren't rushed which is great! Another plus is that they have some of the best employees at this location! I've been coming to this Starbucks location for the past week every day because I got a new job and I've started work earlier than normal, anyway this Starbucks always comes through! Even when they are busy they have always been very nice to me and proficient. Today, Corinel, I believe is how you spell her name caught my attention because she was multi-tasking very efficient and effectively. She was able to keep a smile on her face and good attitude while still greeting customers as they walked in the door. The drive through line was pretty long today so I walked in and the cashier, I didn't catch his name (dark hair, white shirt, tattoo) was very friendly and attentive. I also noticed a guy with blonde hair that was really friendly and connecting with a regular with short conversation. It made me feel comfortable and happy while I waited for my tea. I've been in customer service for several years and I believe this location has a great team that benefits the company and I hope it stays this way for as long as possible:) oh! This is your standard Starbucks but it is my favorite when it comes to having to find a place to study or do work. This is a drive-thru location but I prefer coming inside to order. Someone told me once that this is a training location thus the reason why they do take a little longer for orders. None the less, still a good location. read more

This is a popular coffee destination so it figures it can be busy. They move product and get you out the door! Did I say fast? I love Starbucks, but this is the worst one I've been to. I've given it many chances, yet there never seems to be any improvement. They have gotten my order wrong multiple times, once I even waited in the drive-thru 30 minutes, only to receive the wrong order. Today I tried mobile-order for my mom and myself since I figured that would be hard to screw up. They did get my drink right, however they forgot to make my mom's order. When you're running late and forget to grab breakfast, you obviously stop at Sbux. This was my 7:45a Saturday morning struggle. I ran in expecting a faster outcome than drive thru, and I noticed the cafe to be empty! I promptly was greeted and ordered my beverage, cashed out and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I was greeted politely, I was sent off with "have a great day!" And they even used my name. I don't ever do this but I have a sick baby that might have gotten a whole 3 hours of sleep last night so I decided I needed my over priced basic iced coffee. Extra cream, extra ice and simple syrup. 3.45$ for that. Well there was no extra cream and no simple syrup. Normally I just go home and try to get it how I like it but today I just needed it done right. So I went inside to ask if they could remake it for me, another thing I never do. So I stood in line behind people ordering, I was next at the counter. No one looked at me. No one talked to me. No one told me "hey give me one sec I'll be right with you" I go to this Starbucks everyday. Two days ago they even double charged my order and I didn't say anything.
