I came in here after I got back in from burbank airport, it's to the right of when you exit the airport. I wanted something for the drive home so I walked in real quick to grab a hot chai. It looked crowded but didn't take long to grab your drink. Great Starbucks to visit when it's not busy! I came on a rainy day, and the left side of the store was closed due to some flooding. Despite that, the space feels cozy like a small Starbucks, but what I really enjoy is the ample outdoor seating, perfect for nice days when you want to sit outside and relax. Very nice staff here! They always do a good job mixing my drink completely and it's almost always ready when I arrive. There is plenty of parking since they are located in a shopping center. We come here often and plan to keep coming in. Thank you for the great service! read more

This Starbucks is on the smaller side. Staff is super friendly - shout out to Tobi. There are two restrooms here and parking's not bad - this Starbucks is located in a plaza. It's also right next to the Burbank airport so a good quick stop. There's no drive through for this Starbucks. They're quick to fulfill orders. The ambiance is super casual and saw people doing some work at this Starbucks. There's both inside and outside seating. read more

You walk in to get that cup of Joe and you are greeted by Denver. Service with a smile always. The breakfast items are delicious and I do have my favorite. Great little Starbucks inside the airport terminal. There's no drive-thru, for obvious reasons, but honestly the service is so quick and the staff are so friendly that you don't really miss it. Everyone I interacted with was upbeat and welcoming, even during the morning rush.They do offer mobile pickup, which is super convenient, especially if you're trying to grab your coffee and go without waiting in line. By far the bestest Starbucks in LA. At least I know it's been the best customer service and location where I feel home coming to! The workers here work very hard and they are friendly and so welcoming to their guests every single time I've visited so far!! The location is great, I love their outside seating as well. I already love Starbucks items so what makes this location so unique and superior to other locations is their warm customer services and hard works / disciplines with caring hearts :) Love you all, see you soon! lol :) read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks for years. Staff always very friendly. Won't be coming again, thanks to "Supervisor" Jasmine. Ordered an Ice Lavender Cream Matcha. Pleasant young woman took the order. But as soon as I went to the pick-up counter, seeming from out of nowhere, a crowd of (not kidding) 14 young people were gathered at the pick-up. (They weren't there when I walked in!) After 5 minutes, I needed to move on, so I went back to the register to cancel my order, but when I was told it was already being made, I said, "In that case, okay." Eventually, the entire crowd was served, and then I noticed everyone who had ordered AFTER me had been served (about 5 others). I was now left standing alone. I asked the barista what happened to my order, and he didn't know. I went back to the woman at the register and she was shocked that my drink never came, so she put in the order again, and they finally started making it. (17 minutes later.) I asked the first woman, politely, what happened, and she wasn't sure, but was apologetic. Then Jasmine barges in, annoyed, saying, "What do you want?" "Well, we can start with a refund," I said." "Fine." She starts to issue the credit, and I say, respectfully, "Do we know what happened to my order?" "I'm taking care of it," she replied, "I'm giving you a refund." I said, "Can I tell you what happened?" Sarcastically, she asks, "What, do you want to tell me about your feelings?" Instead of lashing back, I bit my tongue and asked, "As a supervisor, you take no interest in what took place?" She had no time, no interest. "Nice customer service," I said. "Thank you," she answered. "Yes," I replied, "Sarcasm is always an effective way to deal with customer support." Some people say, "The customer is always right." I don't believe that. Some customers can be jerks. But I was being very respectful after a blunder by employees, and didn't think it was asking too much for management to take an interest in a problem that they might possibly avoid in the future. The fact is, sometimes staff can be jerks. I won't be keeping my business away from Starbucks, but with about three on every block these days, no more need to go to 2575 N. Hollywood Way, Burbank. Ordered a banana loaf cake with plastic wrap n middle loaf. A girl - AMBER - gave it to me unwrapped and warmed up. I told her there was an error and asked for what I wanted. She said, "You can't choose." The nerve! I went back to the cashier, a guy, and he just gave me the cake without any issues. The point is, this white individual is privileged and rude! Staff needs to work on providing better customer service. Never returning to this location. read more

One of the worst Starbucks' I've ever been to. The interior and exterior are filthy. The outside stinks of trash and there are giant flies everywhere. The interior is a mess - trash everywhere, sticky counters, dirty tables. There were 5-6 staff working but all goofing off and barely paying attention. My drink was made ridiculously fast not because they are "hard workers" but because they don't pay attention to what is being ordered or made. I ordered an iced dirty chai latte with almond milk and light ice. Half my cup was ice. The coffee was overly burnt. And there was no "chai" just straight almond milk. read more

2.5 rating for this location. I have been here so many times and never reviewed it but I think the only reason I go here is to watch the planes take off. Every drink I've gotten here is good but the ppl who work at this location have a very annoying laugh and I can't stand it. Richie here is awesome. Probably one of the best service I've seen at a Starbucks. He even took a complex order from one of my Dr offices such as 25% oat milk and 75% coffee and nailed it on every modification. He is also such a fun and uplifting personality. Honestly, he deserves a raise. At the end, as a frequent Starbucks user due to medical sales, this is probably the first to get my entire order and food order right. I have noticed with the food orders at other locations, the employees leave some of the food out creating havoc for my offices. Sometimes, it looks intentional. Richie was very honest and thorough and accurate. He is also a great communicator and has transparency so I'm wondering if that's why all the drinks and food coordinate accurately at the end. It's no easy feat at other locations, meaning nearly all. It was my first time at this Starbucks location. I'll be coming back again and trying to drive my Dr business here. read more

For an already overpriced experience let it be known the service I had was less than ideal. With the workers messing up my order and not informing me they were correcting, and then forgetting the order existed. To one workers clear as day talking to another co worker and then when I tried to communicate he acted like he couldn't hear me or speak. The food itself felt like it came out of the deepest depths of the freezer it came from and my drink was all foam no drink - I ordered a latte. It took near 30 minutes for them to even ask if I was waiting on an order THEY forgot about. Don't waste your money here. There is other coffee and pastry shops super close to this starbucks. read more

Great location, right next to the Burbank Airport. The store is a nice size with plenty of seating inside and out. I was surprised being right next to the airport the noise level was minimal. Looked like most were enjoying their coffee and breakfasts while chatting, not really traveling per say. It was quite busy when we were there (around 11AM on a Sunday) and the Starbucks was well staffed. They were filling orders in a timely manner and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I grabbed a coffee and a few Los Angeles cups for my kiddos. They had some mech we have not seen elsewhere so figured why not. For sure stop by if you are in the area, a very nice Starbucks with some great people. read more

Wow! This place is terrible. If you have to get coffee while at the Burbank airport, I guess you can go here, but I wouldn't recommend it. Firstly, they didn't open until 6:05am because they were waiting on the manager. When she did get there, she was chatting "girl talk" with two other employees. I could overhear the whole conversation and it wasn't work related. Then I finally ordered and they couldn't give me a receipt. As this is a work trip, I have to have receipts for everything and then they started telling me I could call some phone number to get it. Screw that! Get your shit together. So then it takes 15 minutes for them to get me my coffee and oatmeal (yeah, I'm the dude who was pissed cuz you took so long and didn't want the blueberries). You were out of dried fruit which was a further annoyance since I wouldn't even have ordered this without the fruit. Now, it's been over 3 minutes and the water in my oatmeal was cold and it's basically soup. Completely freakin inedible. These employees are literally some of the worst I've ever come across. Oh! And all I ordered was a drip coffee and an oatmeal and it took 15 minutes to get it. So wtf are they even doing? read more

I put in a mobile order for Shammy the same rude bitch I always get with glasses and a long ponytail that's short. Hears her Manager say Shammy's been waiting for her mobile order and I'm watching it sitting on the back corner already done just needs a lid to be put on it. The manager walks to her again Shammy's waiting on her pumpkin chai. OK she decides to finish up another person's drink then goes and gets my drink puts the cover on and instead of handing it to me, put it in the mobile order area says Sammy mobile order. The first issue came when my matcha was made hot instead of iced and had to be remade. Even after the remake, it tasted like straight matcha powder and wasn't well mixed. The banana bread was served cold and wasn't warmed up, which was disappointing. What stood out most, though, was the cleanliness. As I walked into the shop around 7:30 a.m., the outdoor trash area was already overflowing. Inside, there was a trash can right next to the pickup counter that smelled bad and had visible stains all over it. For being so early in the morning, I was surprised that the trash hadn't been emptied or the area cleaned before opening. The salted cold brew cloud was decent, but overall the drinks, food, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Hoping this was just an off morning, but based on this visit, I wouldn't rush back.
