Extra ice and basically no foam when you can clearly see the order written on the tab
    Brittany J.

This Starbucks without fail gets my order wrong every single time!!! I never want to make a scene and it's always too busy for them to correct but I will never be returning. My order is the same every single time. I get 2x iced quads with LIGHT ICE and EXTRA FOAM!!! It's a mobile order. It's written on the cup. I pay almost $4 extra for the FOAM for both orders. EVERY SINGLE TIME there is ice to the brim and a spritz of foam. I have wasted an embarrassing amount of money and time hoping they will read my order and make it correctly. It is the closest Starbucks to me. It is neverrrrr correct and I'm paying for ingredients that I never receive ever! I am so mad bc this is my money and it's a busy location and the order is never made correctly

    Pumpkin Spice Latte Venti
    Jane L.

It's the season to get Pumpkin Spice Latte. Wanted the largest size available. The menu board reads the Grande size which is the standard. They make Venti as well as all of the other sizes. Not packed at this Starbucks. Great place to get some work done. Outlets available near the table. Can juice up phone. See other patrons on laptop. Definitely, have breakfast and lunch here and use facilities here. Nice size patio outside too. See CVS across from Starbucks entrance. Tables are clean too. Staff came out to empty trash. Bathrooms are clean here. Will be back again for sure.

I'm giving this updated review because everytime I come in Jose has been there and he goes beyond any employee I have ever seen at a Starbucks. He is always working hard, helping customers, answering phones, and helping his co workers. Today while taking my order the young lady whose name wasn't clear Asked Cristina if they had a ham and Swiss and she said idk. Didn't try to help her look. Jose while filling the cold stuff in the front asked her what are you looking for she let him know. He said oh you still have enough of those your only out of some other sandwich. Yes, I'm a fan! The rest of them workers need some training in customer service and just friendliness in general. I came in again, yes I love Starbucks, and Josh was making my drinks, he was was super awesome too. Usually the gentlemen working here are. Yay!

    Pink drink!!

You'll get a welcome from everyone behind the counter here!!! It's impressive! The person that took my order was helpful and encouraging me to try drinks I haven't tried before with a "if you don't like it I'll make another one!" I had all the intention of liking the drink but just in case it didn't turn out like you wanted.

Jess is the sweetest. Starbucks is always pretty solid quality wise in my opinion- it's the employees that make all the difference. She's so sweet to every person that walks in the door and has such a bright personality. I needed a smile today and Jess gave me just that. Xoxo

I love this location. Sitting outside and enjoying the greenway's view. Used to be a guy playing his guitar and singing. But he's not anymore. The reason of my 3* is because I haven't seen any employees outside cleaning tables or even the trash cans. The tables are always sticky, and trash is everywhere.

Good amount of seating inside (mostly 2-seaters; one larger table reserved for bigger groups). Helpful and friendly staff who were amazing with my little one. You have to try a slice of the basque cheesecake. The plain slice (with no whipped cream or fruit topping) is not overly sweet and the perfect amount of "burnt" & creamy. We also tried the madeleines, which - as the café's name suggests - were on point. And the garlic bagel is a garlic + cream cheese lover's dream. The iced dalgona latte was such a treat. Sweet with a creamy foam and topped with crunchy cookies - very well balanced and delightful to drink. The prices reflect the care and high quality of the products. Come support this amazing local spot and enjoy their unique, thoughtful offerings!

She got their garlic bagel--the only type of bagel they offer - and it was generously stuffed with delicious, aromatic garlic. She enjoyed it! The café is decorated charmingly, with little Madeleine cookie designs stamped throughout the space. They have a small section with some gift items for sale. They also sell Madeleine cookies, of course, though we didn't get any. The service was given with genuine smiles. The prices were normal - not a deal but not over-the-top. We enjoyed our breakfast and will happily come back!

I loved the decor and the staff was great as well. We stopped here after dinner on our way back to the convention we were attending. I've been here for coffee and pastries before but it was many years ago and I was not originally paying For a place that charges hearty prices for everything I find it astounding that we have to order at a counter, AND put away our own plates afterwards. It also makes no sense to me that we had to wait for our coffee at the counter but our food is already brought to us at our table. It's not even the employees faults- it's the design of the restaurant process. The food tasted good but almost everyone (7 people) said some aspect of it was cold and should have been at least warm. Both French toasts? Cold. Croissant sandwich? Cold. Either way, I wouldn't come back for food specifically to eat. The employees were all helpful but definitely understaffed on a weekend in my opinion. They did the best they could and were nice. In my opinion after a handful of years- the decor seems tacky. It all is mismatched and just looks beat up- not vintage or antique so that it seems kinda random. I feel like in 2015 this style or idea was popular and kitschy but now ...maybe I've just grown up The pastries were good but also super expensive. So choose wisely!

One thing I always struggle with in Nashville is that they tend to run out of donuts and drinks pretty early in the day. Even by late afternoon, there are very few options left. That wasn't the case here. When I visited, they still had a great selection of donuts available, which made the experience much more enjoyable. I finally got the chance to try their lattes, and they did not disappoint. The Banana Bread Latte was one of the best specialty lattes I've had--rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The Café con Leche was equally impressive and absolutely delicious. The donuts were just as fresh and delicious as always, and having plenty of options to choose from made the visit even better. Overall, this location exceeded my expectations. I only wish the Nashville stores would stock more throughout the day so customers can enjoy the same experience. If you're near Ballantyne, this location is definitely worth a visit!

We get to the car and try to sneak one with a quick pop in our mouths and OMG. Stale stale stale. They were so bad - all of us stopped mid-chew and scrambled for napkins because we couldn't even force them down. It made us very scared for the remaining items, but they were fine - just proceed with caution. Not all glazed sparkling things are delicious. We may try again, but it will take some time before I can convince my family to give it a go. Nothing worse than a stale donut that looks beautiful. *** Sadly the suggested email address doesn't respond *** it's ok, at least folks know to proceed with caution.

A lovely discrete treasure, a blessing to the South Charlotte food scene…read more This easy to find yet tucked away café was the best breakfast I've had in many years. The meal started off with an iced rosemary lavender latte crafted with their in house syrup made with cane sugar and fresh herbs. Rosemary and coffee has been a revelation to my palate and I'll be back for this alone. Which I will happily enjoy in this comfortable and cute dining area. Breakfast was made to order from fresh ingredients, piping hot and intentionally seasoned. As their bright and cheerful owner puts it, the main ingredient is love. And trust me, you can taste it. This is the first time in my two decades of eating tofu that I can actually shoutout how delicious it is. And the aromas coming of this photogenic waffle were mouthwatering. While Charlotte has become over run with corporate and copy cat restaurants, it is truly a thing of comfort to enjoy a delicious meal made by good people that care not only about what's on the plate, but who is eating from it. 6 stars

We didn't wait for too long for the table as people were just leaving. It took a bit for the waiter to come to our table and took even longer for him to get our food orders in, which we noticed he got the food orders in for the other tables with people who came in after us. This then lead them to getting their food before ours. I ordered the breakfast combo which came with 2 eggs, bacon, and waffle. I was a bit surprised that this place didn't have any chicken or turkey protein side options as I've seen is common with brunch places. I also got my eggs scrambled which, as you can see by the picture, came out as an omelette. When asking the worker about the confusion, he doubled down on it being scrambled eggs and even gossiped to his coworker about it as well. Upon the unfair wait and the egg situation, I will not be returning here again.
