1:20 pm Monday I walk in and the first thing I noticed was the dirty floors , I mean these floor looked like they haven't been mopped or cleaned in weeks , sticky stuff all over the floors . Go to the location on Dysart and camelback! This location is horrible. Every single time-my drink is made wrong. When I ask the barista to fix the drink- they give a horrible attitude. If you go through the drive through and get the middle aged lady with grayish hair-good luck!!! She's rude and you can tell she hates her job. read more

They never help me in a positive manner and today when I asked the girl in cashier for help she just told me to keep waiting even though I had already been waiting 15 minutes after my pick up time. I got a white chocolate mocha yesterday during happy hour. It was pretty busy so I wasn't expecting anything special. I don't know what the barista did with my drink but he's a freaking wizard. I swear it was the best white chocolate mocha I've ever tasted! Usually Starbucks is just kind of "okay" plus a butt ton of sugar that makes it good but my drink tasted like heaven. The only thing that I didn't like was the bathrooms. They were a nightmare. I don't know HOW because I've never even seen mud in AZ but there was mud all over the floor (Maybe it was poop idk). After a year of weekly coffee dates with my husband and meeting friends and clients here we refuse to go back because of a group of business owners from a local shop who seem to just hang out there all day and smoke within the legal boundaries and they don't seem to be able to control these repeat offenders. If they can't control these repeat offenders we won't be back. Sad because we really liked this store. I ordered a drink through uber eats, early in the morning. It was taking longer than normal to notify me that someone was delivering my drink, so I called the establishment. Young lady that answered the phone, sorry miss, told me the drink was prepared and waiting for a driver to accept. More time passed and finally someone came to pick it up. I assumed the need to reheat my drink. To my excitement, my drink was still HOT. My only conclusion can be that these baristas remade said drink before the delivery driver arrived. The guy who took are order was very rude and grumpy. Threw away my receipt and then asked if I wanted it, obviously not if you already threw it in the trash. We then got are drinks and they weren't right but still tasted okay so whatever. I am rating this Starbucks location 5 stars for the top rate service that I received when going into the store last week. Having their annual Frap "Happy Hour", I decided to try out a frap for the first time. The barista, Ashley, not only helped me choose what frap to order, but let me return and get a new flavor on the house when I didn't care for the previous order. Taking the time out to help, even though I was/am a Starbucks regular, made me like this location SO much better! read more

Standard Starbucks, but has great outdoor seating. The only drawback is you'll rarely be able to plug in your computer because there are only a couple outlets... also standard with starbucks. read more

It's very poorly laid out, it seems no matter where you stand you're in the way. Only real plus is it's a few cents cheaper then the Dysart drive-thru location, but personally that doesn't change anything. I'll grab a coffee here if I'm heading into Target, but more often then not I've already stopped at the Dysart location on my way. read more

I always got good drinks here never messed up my order the only thing I hate is I use the app to preorder when I get my drink the label isn't facing where you can read it and I have to touch other drinks and people touch mine but I know there to busy to face the label and they don't have a drive thru but I go when there busy most of the time and wouldn't use it most of the time read more

I've always came here during weekdays to do my schoolworks. They had very friendly staffs even if the place was busy, really nice organization for a small store. It's been my study corner almost every other week the whole semester. Drinks were good as always, the store was clean and neat. Definitely will come back for next semester when i need my own cave to study read more

I went in today, a Wednesday afternoon, not busy and the cashier just looks at me without saying he was not open or anything and I had quite a few items I had placed in the counter. I get the things get quite busy at Starbucks but they lined the cups all the way around the counter in front of where the guests are paying. I watch as a child in front of me grabs one of the cups that is obviously in line and belongs to someone else. After her fingers have been inside the cup her mother puts the cup back. When I get to the front to order I ask if they could put my cup someplace else cause I prefer that it not be exposed to the elements. They told me no and tried to assure me that my cup would not be touched although I just watched a child right in front of me do that very thing which I explained. read more
