Sarai was the absolute worst. Not only did she get my drink wrong, she then accused me of making things up when I asked for her to correct it. I handed her the drink back after saying I bought a ice Chai latte not a warmed one, and I heard her mutter "maybe if you didn't have so much blubber on you, i could hear you correctly." Then after waiting 15 minutes for the correct drink, she handed it to me and said "next time don't make things up for an extra drink, you whale." I will not be back to this Starbucks until they take action on the blatant disrespect this "woman" has for her costumers. read more

Yelp Review 2024 #12: With a Starbucks roughly 1-2 miles away from each other along Craig Road, this is newer compared to the one on Craig and Losee. This Starbucks is located on Craig and between Bruce and Donna. I'll compare the two locations on this review. This location is open from 5am until 9pm including the drive-thru so, if you have a mobile order, you can still pick it up in store before 9pm. The Craig & Losee location's in store pick up is only up to 8pm so you would have to pick up your mobile order at the 24-hour drive-thru - they actually start locking the door at 7:50pm depending on their mood. This location has indoor and outdoor seating, the Losee location only has outdoor seating. Some of the baristas at the Losee location transferred here so, service is wonderful. The menu is the same but they seem to make less mistakes at this location. They've never given me regular milk when I order soy for my drink - which can make or break my day due to being lactose intolerant. The parking lot and drive-thru aren't chaotic. The store itself is a bit more chill. The Starbucks on Losee causes traffic! So, if you drive less than a mile more, you can have peace and quiet by getting your drink here. They have parking for mobile order customers which is convenient. My go-to drinks: Hazelnut Latte Pistachio Cream Cold Brew (no non-dairy option. This is a weekend/ stay-at-home drink for me) Matcha Latte I don't do any complicated modifications and those crazy TikTok orders. I just need soy instead of dairy. read more

All our drinks are made to perfection We got green tea frappe with 5 scoops of matcha no whip, pink drink, caramel ribbon crunch with almond milk and another caramel ribbon crunch At this visit shoutout to GUS who was ALWAYS nice to us. Pros: Love that it's not as busy as other locations and has more seating than other Starbucks. Also they don't make mistakes on drink orders. Parking good. Con's: No idea why they put the straws-sugar on the opposite end of the store from pick-up?? I'm sure to stop congestion but it's not that busy here. Every once in a great while the barista puts the straw with the order-maybe 1-10. The AM crew doesn't know how to say hi-bye or strike a convo. I haven't tipped the AM crew for over 8 months as it's same daily. Sad!! read more

Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. Despite only a few cars in line, the wait time was unusually long. When we finally received our order, it was incorrect, adding to the frustration. What stood out most, however, was the service--it felt rude and dismissive, as if we were being done a favor rather than paying customers. Hello Everyone! I am usually not the one to complain as I know what it's like firsthand to be in customer service. However, the way I was treated at this establishment cannot go unnoticed. I was in the store ordering my drink with the employee, I believe her name is Samantha. Maybe she has having a hard day but the way she spoke to me was horrifically rude. I don't really know the lingo of starbucks so I asked for a medium oatmeal shaken espresso and she asked me to repeat myself, so I did.Then she proceeded to say, "You mean a grande?" I said yes and I had laughed it off, and told her I didn't know the lingo of this place. She then said under her breath, "Maybe you should". My granddaughter even noticed the attitude that was given to me in that moment. I thought nothing of it even though I was a little shocked. Then when she called my name at the counter, she slammed my drink on the counter causing some of it to spill. I can't help but feel that it was personal.All in all, I wrote this in hopes of letting her improve on her customer service so that no customer will have to go through this interaction, I love this establishment but I do feel a little apprehensive coming here because of that worker. Also, while I was there I noticed some yelling from her to her other coworkers that ruined that ambiance. From here on I hope she is able to spread that kindness that this company believes in. read more

I'm not from the area, but my cousin lives not too far from here. She had been having a rough week. Her car broke down and she's an avid and daily Starbucks drinker - so getting her daily fix of Starbucks had been rather difficult for her this week. I live in Cali, but I wanted to surprise my cousin to start her day off on a good note since she had a lot of orders she had to work on. Before placing an order on Doordash, I called this location to try and confirm if they can make her order how she exactly orders it. On the Doordash app, the location doesn't let you put any special notes for your order. Her order is also very specific due to health concerns, so she orders 1.5 pumps of classic versus 2 pumps. She also doesn't drink too much dairy as a dietary restriction. Thankfully, Leslie ( or Levi *sorry, spell check*) from this location was kind enough to make sure my order was right. I had Facetimed my cousin to let her know I was having her daily coffee delivered, and she was bawling her eyes out. When the order arrived, I had asked if it was exactly how she orders it. And it was! It had the 2 % on the side, and 1.5 pumps of classic just how she likes! Thank you again for the excellent service! You made my cousin's day even better! read more

Wow! This location just opened a week ago and I couldn't wait to give it a try. I had a long day today so I went in for a pick-me-up. Maria took care of my order and she was so sweet. She asked me about my day and after being honest about how i've been dealing with a nail in my tire she surprised me with a bakery item.
