What has happened to Starbucks service? They used to follow Nordstrom in that if it wasn't right, they would bend over backward to make it right. I order a TALL pumpkin cr cold brew in a GRANDE cup w extra cream. Wait over 5 minutes at the pick up window for them to tell me cold brew is not working. They offer to jerry rig an iced coffee. I reluctantly take it as now I am late to my next stop. After driving off, I realize a got a tall, not a grande cup. Starbucks has become like McDonalds. Always check the bag now- always sip your drink. Very high chance it is wrong. read more

The worst cold brew I have ever had it tasted fake I guess they no longer add water and actually make the cold brew but it's prepackaged instead of the real cold brew! This is great starbucks, nate, sam, and kyle are outstanding. Big dine in and awesome covered patio and comfy chairs. Only complaint i have is their iced coffee is consistently bitter. Came in for coffee. This is a large location with drive thru and large area for enjoying a cup to relax. Seating is a little awkward inside with the line being right next to a table. Plenty of seating outside. We stopped in the middle of the day. Employee helping us was a former navy veteran (indicated by name tag). He was well articulated with questions to ensure any drink modifications were addressed. The man was nice and pleasant. He asked his colleagues for help. I think he was new. I had to transfer card amounts and ordered a coffee. Transferring money took time. Coffee was as expected. Properly hot and balanced. Cream, sugar, napkin station was in clean order. The man helping us was pretty good. The customer after us was not that pleasant. He held his composure when the person was not even slightly pleasant. The customer rudely demanded a cookie after they forgot to order it. Good experience overall. read more

This place needs to get their act together! Their drinks here taste worse than other locations I've been to and their customer service is terrible. They completely forgot that I even ordered a drink one time so I ended up waiting 40 minutes total for 1 drink. They also spent like 10 minutes chatting with a customer without taking my order so I ended up just leaving out of frustration. Worst place ever. read more

This is one of my favorite locations because of the workers! However today I walked inside the store and forgot a face mask. Nick was at the bar making drinks and gave me a look whe I walked in. Quickly realized my mistake and went out to get a mask. Walked back in and Nick was shaking his head yes at me, like that's better. Nick use your man words/voice and politely say mask are required. We all know Starbucks isn't up to speed on their own Covid rules so to be treated like that was uncalled for. read more

Went through this Starbucks drive thru out of convenience to my errands for the day, and I was quickly reminded why I go out of my way to only go to Dutch Brothers now. I have had multiple issues at this Starbucks. The other day I went in to order a Iced Quad Espresso with 4 pumps white chocolate syrup with fat free milk in a Venti cup" which is $3.35. the girl taking my drink order said "you can't order that. It's basically a quad Venti non fat iced white mocha". Which mind you is $5.something. I tried explaining to her the drink that I wanted again and she refused to ring me up for what I want. So I just let her have her way and paid the $5.something. She was very rude about it all. After that I waited 15 minutes for my drink to be made. I love Starbucks and go every other day, but this location just really let me down. read more

First time at this location today. Seriously, I wish there was a "no" star rating. This is THE WORST STARBUCKS I've ever been to. The tall, thin, blonde barista that took my order hardly looked at me He was pleasant but was very "hurried". He asked if I wanted my receipt, I said yes, then he proceeded to take the next customer's order and forgot to give me my receipt. I went back to line and another barista who opened her registered asked what I needed. I told her my receipt and I gave her the amount I was charged. She became defensive with me and said the barista that took my order must've thrown it away. I said, no, I see it right there. She then grabbed the receipts on his machine, tore mine off and almost threw it at me. Never smiled or apologized. None of the employees looked happy and I felt there was no positive teamwork amongst employees. Workers were pouring ice in the mixer receptacle spilling it all over the counter and floor, pouring milk fast into the cup overflowing, banging things, never saying excuse me to each other if they're in each other's way without a smile...very cold. I thought to myself OMG... People that ordered after me got their drinks before mine. After 15-20 minutes waiting by the counter, I politely asked why my drink is taking so long. They FINALLY made it without an apology for the delay, and I left there as fast as I could and said I'm going to review this one big time on YELP. Starbucks needs to re-train these employees to better serve their customers happily and not be hurried, rude and not so frigid OR replace the staff overall. read more

I went to the drive thru with my mom and was helped by Bella. She was very nice and had great costumer service skills. We talked about how old you had to be to work there and she seemed very interested in the conversation and you could tell she was a very genuine and a happy person. Plus our drinks were good! Almost every Tuesday I go to get a Traveler of Coffee and sometimes bagels for my staff. I'm treated so well, given great service by the whole team. This Starbucks is pathetic. I came in for a mobile order & my 3 drinks were ready to go which was nice , but the whole counter was gross , covered in Carmel & straw wrappers. I waited a few moments to get the attention of one of the workers , a female worker saw me & turned away . I proceeded to ask for a drink carrier & she just said "yea sure" turned around and sort of tossed it on the counter & walked away without saying ANYTHING , which was EXTREMELY RUDE. Her name was NATALIE. Horrible customer service , I myself work in customer service & I would of been yanked off the floor so quick for treating a customer the way she had . This location is the best Starbucks I have ever been to! The drive through workers at the window are always very nice and funny and entertain while I wait! The front register employees always have a smile on their face and get the line through quickly while also taking the time to serve every customer with excellence! My drink always tastes amazing and I love seeing all of the baristas while they work! Everyone seems to always have a smile on their face and having a good time while they also work really hard! My drink always tastes amazing and they are very gracious if they ever do make a mistake and offer to fix it right away! Often times I even see them remembering customers names and faces in the cafè and even remembering voices in the drive through. Just amazing! Would definitely recommend to everyone! This is my favorite Starbucks to study at. I will spend an entire day here usually. Now that it's summer though they crank the AC so high, even with a sweater I've gotten up and left. I'm sure it's warm back there working but customers should come first. It's absolutely freezing in there. Also they have proven to be very bad at acknowledging customers. Will pretend not to see you standing there until you finally say. "EXCUSE ME" not to mention even if the drive thru worker sees you they don't bother to alert the other workers you're waiting. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This location is terrible. They staff is extremely rude, every time I have come into this location they forget about my drink. I used to work at a Starbucks there is no reason it should take 20 minutes to make a coffee when it is not busy. When I mention to one of the baristas that I've been waiting they give me a dirty look and always end up giving me the wrong drink. THis is the first time coming here and it's probably the last even though I know Starbucks can live without my money I visit a Starbucks close to every day so that's a lot of money that this particular location won't be getting. I was the only human being in the store and it took 10 minutes to get my drink and even then it was completely wrong. After they remade my drink here was a woman who walked in waiting to give her drink order and an employee said hey there's someone in line and the cashier ( order taker) said "yeah I know" and proceeded doing something else. And the customer said uh can I order and the employee said yeah hold on I'm doing something. .... she was the only person in here besides me and there were 4 other employees that could have taken over for him. The girl at the drive thru was making her own drinks and someone else was getting pastries for her so there was no excuse. This place needs a change of management. This Starbucks is a huge let down. It seems it has the makings to be great but every time I go inside or through the drive thru I am disappointed. The staff are constantly running around in circles and the wait is unbearable. Get it together, maybe they need a more experienced person in charge who can focus on speed? It is getting worse. On one of the busiest shopping days of the year, we of course needed to get our caffeine to continue shopping. The normal business hours are 4:30, its not even like the store opened early especially for Black Friday shoppers, however all the workers were there except for the supervisor needed to open the doors. She strolled in around 4:45 and made everyone in the drive thru and outside wait an additional 20 minutes. They began serving the drive thru customers and weren't going to even come to the door to let the rest of us know when they would be opening. Yes, smart people would have got in their car, but we had already been waiting forever. One gentleman stood in front of the door with his arms crossed for at least 15 minutes until he finally knocked on the door. The supervisor finally came over and opened the door. Luckily the staff, that had been waiting like the rest of us, were very pleasant and our drink were great, however don't know that I will return to this particular store. read more
