I've been to this location quite a few times. And frankly, it's not the best! Fortunate for me, they must have made some changes or adjustments because service today was definitely on point! The drive-thru lane was busy (as usual), and what I projected to be another 20-25 min wait turned out to be a 10 min wait (not bad for a Friday). This spot generally gets a lot of foot traffic from the MTS trolley station near by. Typically, the high-energy baristas are so overwhelmed with pick-up orders that sometimes it's hard to stand and wait without getting frustrated! But not today! Today's orders were seamless as we were able to order and get our drinks in a timely manner. Glad I gave this spot another try! Let's hope they keep it up! read more

I visit this Starbucks often and always have a great experience! I usually order the same drinks, and they're consistently perfect every time. I tend to go around the same time, so I often see the same friendly faces. The team is always warm and welcoming--there's one barista who is always smiling and another who is super patient with me (even when I'm making last-minute transfers to my Starbucks card to earn extra stars!). I've never had a negative experience here. The staff is always professional, kind, and they always get my order right. I live just a few minutes away, so this has become my go-to Starbucks. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews because every time I visit, the staff is nothing but sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this location. read more

Staff was so rude here! It was not even crowded, so I'm not really sure why they were so rude. We were not able to get a cup of water, and they were out of some of the menu items who were looking to order. They were reluctant to even let us use the bathroom, and kind of snapped at me when I had asked for the code. Not only that, the bathroom was extremely filthy. The trash had not been taken out for at least a few days, because it was overflowing to another level. There was no soap or paper towels available either. Which makes me wonder... Taking a day and having a great day could be o find a great places that serves a warm cheese Danish with a nicely made Large Peppermint Mocha a good flavor is the best. The many Starbucks that I have been to is to check some of the other Starbucks many of them could be ones that were not hot enough or flavorings . The many places that I take the trolley to one of the many places is the Euclid Shopping Plaza that has one of the many restaurants and the snack places you can come to. Going to the Coffee shop at Euclid Plaza surprised alot to see no tables in the lobby area to see none it was strange . The few minutes I had to look at what they had the menu board with the great specials of the holiday drinks for the peppermint mochas and the Fruit mixed lemonade refreshers some of the best. The barista noticed me at the front counter asking me of what I needed telling her to order a large Peppermint Mocha that had great taste with the flavor and with the taste of whipped creme for a good mocha is the whipped creme .ordering a cheese Danish the one that I wanted was the old fashioned they sold out of but the cheese Danish is the best. The barista was able to be real a 50.00$ at the register that she said would be all fives and tens it was correct after the sale. The customer service was very good with the line of cars they had they were able to get through the customers of the drive thru and the front As an Elite Yelp Reviewer the many great Starbucks that I've been to there have been ones that have been the city of Las Vegas Nevada for the many resorts that gave created some of the many great drinks. Not getting what your customer orders and paying for the customizations is beyond unacceptable. I order my drink with an extra shot of espresso and almond milk and extra Carmel and the drink is alway tastes watered down and there is not even caramel on the cup. Just a swirl on the whip cream. Starbucks in national city is way better than here. That's where I will be going from now on. I'm done with this location. I've been coming here for a few years. Over the years it's gone downhill in my opinion. I've come four times in the past two weeks and my orders have been wrong. Yesterday they forgot to give me extra syrup and extra sweet cream, which cost. My order today was also incorrect. I asked extra cold foam and got NO cold foam., which I paid extra for. And this week is Thanksgiving week and the store is empty. There's 2 people waiting for orders. So I don't know why they can't get the orders correct. Great location but very busy. Staff have amazing customer service from drive thru & when greeted at the window they're very cheerful and always have a smile. As for the inside of this location, I can't tell you how it looks inside since I haven't gone in there in years, I'm sure it's the same layout as almost all Starbucks locations; these days I find the drive thru very convenient- I'm in the drive thru line less than 10 mins. I love this Starbucks. The white stuff is always very nice to me. I rarely have any problems with the way. My drinks are made. There's very little line and even though the drive-through line seems out of control they deal with it very quickly. Today my cashier was amazing and friendly. I paid for the customer in front of me and she was very accommodating of that. Mistakes happen I understand this and I actually had to drive back and have my order fixed. The supervisor on duty was very nice and took care of any problems there were. I love my neighborhood and it gets a bad wrap, but this Starbucks has always been good to me. read more

This location is not my regular location but it is close and convenient. I just wanted to share my experience to warn others. From some of the other reviews, it doesn't seem the manager or employees give two $hit$ about these reviews. On 12/16/2023, we wanted an iced coffee after moving some couches. We had a U-Haul trailer attached to the truck so we couldn't use the drive thru. I ordered on the app for pickup because we couldn't use the drive thru. We show up, park across several spaces because of the trailer, walk up to a locked door. There's no sign that says the door closes at 7pm. The sign says they're open until 10pm. One girl motions to use the drive thru, and I point to the truck with the trailer like no that doesn't work for me or else I would go through the drive thru. I called them and no one answered. At the time there were two girls and a guy working there. I walk up to the drive thru window and ask if they can hand me my order through the door because my truck is towing a trailer and we cant use the drive thru. The guy obviously seems annoyed and lies and says he's the only one working. I said there's actually two others in the store and he rolled his eyes and rolled his neck. He continues to help two other cars, which is fine and I wait, then I step in front of the window and he takes two more car orders. My app order obviously was placed before the two cars that pulled up. After waiting for the two new cars to get their orders, I asked for my order to be cancelled and I wanted my money back. One of the girls came to the window and refunded my order and said she wished the manager would put a sign that says the lobby closes at 7pm. I agree, there should be a sign and there should be a note added when you do an app order for pickup. I only added a star to post this review. Otherwise, there would be no star. read more

My go-to Starbucks that's down the street from my house. I can count on this location to get my drink perfect how I like. I've tried the same drink at other locations but I can taste the difference. I have plenty of recommendations. The inside is small. They recently took the tables & chairs out I'm assuming due to covid. The parking in front is small but it shares a huge parking lot w/ other businesses. The baristas are always kind. They switched out to completely different staff but no complaints. The drive thru line is almost always usually long. I've spent 30mins in the line before. & I'm not exaggerating. 4 stars for everything could be 5 if they could get the drive thru wait time shorter. So unfortunately I live in this area and this is the closet and practically only Starbucks to my house.. Each and every morning I come here the sign is not lit up!! LOL, you can't even see the menu. I've asked several times, if they can turn on the light (each time hoping someone knows what they are doing) but each time they say "we don't know how to work it" or "we don't control it" Additionally, more often than not, the actual screen that should show your order doesn't even work. How such an big, well know coffee house can't figure out how to light up their screen so that their customers can see what is on the menu is beyond me. Just think about all the money they are losing - you literally can't see the menu. This picture was taken at 6:15 am and this is a good view. I usually come at 5 am and you can't see anything at all. I just get a plain coffee because I don't know what's new on the menu.. LOL Anyways, I love Starbucks and I really wish they would care about our neighborhood. I feel that if this was in a different neighborhood, they would put more time and effort into the basic things like their menu - their product. I've been coming here for the last year. It's close to my work. They've messed up orders in the past. Today I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through line because a card reader was messed up. The woman was kind of apologetic. I asked to speak to the manager who said sorry, wouldn't give me a discount for waiting. I said to him "there's nothing you can do as a manager? I'm a paying customer who's been coming here for a year." He tells with an attitude to "Have a good day" and hands me my drink. I won't be coming back here.
