I don't know what's been going on with this location but their service has been going down hill. I don't know if they are constantly having new employees but their drinks are not up to par. It takes over 20 minutes to get a drink if you get off in person plus their floor is super dirty. They have enough employees to make sure the place is clean and being that they also serve desserts they should make sure it's always clean. Terrible experience here! Not the employees but the customers are the problem I see them treating the workers with disrespect constantly and their manager doing absolutely nothing about it. I've been coming to this starbucks for years now at all times of the day. It seems to be getting worse and worse. I wait in the drive through for so long just to find out there is only two people working in the store. I cant even walk in to order because their lobby closes at 7pm which they state no where and every-time I come they just tell me that their manager took down the sign letting people know they are drive through only after a certain time. I only found out that they closed the lobby early because I came to pick up my mobile order through the lobby at around 8 pm but it's was closed which makes no sense because it states no where that mobile orders need to be picked up in the drive through. It's upsetting because I know it is not the employees fault that these problems exist they always apologize for the inconveniences and atone for the time wasted. I have never had a bad experience here besides the wait but it hurts to see these young workers being overworked with short staffing all the time. Manager do better. read more

Waited for 30 minutes in line to find that they are out of caramel drizzle, which is understandable, it happens sometimes, but I ordered a caramel CREAM frap, and and got it with coffee. It was for my kid, so when I say cream based, that's what I mean. Then I ordered a Java chip frap, which the taste was fine, but it was def not a Frappuccino. When I drank it, it was like drinking water and every now and then I would get a(some) chocolate chip(s), but I would also get some chocolate chips that were not ground up, so they would get stuck in the straw. The lady who asked if I needed help only made an excuse that they were short handed. I did see 5 people working, but no one was helping the guy with the drive thru, so we're they really short handed or...? You decide. The lady also said well I hope you have a good rest of your day with a detectable attitude, I wish I would have gotten her name. On 06/23/2023 I pulled up to the drive thru window and said to the girl with glasses that I'll use my stars to pay. It was a bit loud so she didn't hear me the first time. She was obviously annoyed and passively aggressively made a comment saying to next time speak louder. It really wasn't a big deal and as a partner myself, I would've simply apologize for not hearing the first time and kindly mention that it's loud so it's hard to hear. I described what she looked like to a cousin of mine who used to work there and he mentioned that she's usually like that to both partners and customers. Don't mind that customer connection obviously isn't this store's strongest suit, but I hope she at least learns to better conceal her attitude read more

Just sitting here wondering if they're actually going to do something about this place, switch staff? Hire more people? Make sure baristas actually know what they're making? As of the last couple of weeks the drinks have gone down hill including the water it tastes like metal. This morning I tried ordering my husbands usual in the app and the app indicated they didn't have white chocolate mocha... ok that's fine, created a new one with hazelnut and brown sugar and set the order. He arrives to pick up his drink and they told him they were out of hazelnut so he asks for a salted Carmel frapp instead and this is what he received... what in the world??? So disappointed...again. I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED at how my mother was handled at this location and I'm very disheartened as a former Starbucks partner to hear what is going on in the store! They are all thieves. My mother went in at 7 AM to order a croissant and a cup of tea, which was only seven dollars, Jacob was the one on the register when he gave himself A five dollar tip on my mother's card!! My mom gave him her card to only be charged what she ordered however, after checking the receipt when she got home, she saw that he had gave himself a five dollar tip. This is outrageous to think that this store believes stealing is okay. If he's doing this to her, he is very well doing this to other people and it needs to be dealt with ASAP before you get hit with the lawsuit for theft. When someone orders something you give them the opportunity to decide on whether or not, they wish to tip you, or at least that's how it is done at my Store. She called the store immediately after finding this out and their shift lead for the day, Andy, was Of no help And seemingly did not care that one of his baristas on the floor with stealing money, which is very alarming. That tells me that he knows of this behavior and is used to it and will not be a part of the solution to correct it. Although he is only a supervisor, you should have enough integrity to lead an honest Team. You are now part of the problem. We are waiting to speak to their manager Preston however, higher action will be taken against this store. So for those reading this, just know your money is in danger of being stolen at the store, not from a random person on the street, but from the people inside. read more

I waited about 10 mins and told the employe that he missed my other drink instead of making it he decided to make other customers who came in after me . I got to this location and it was out of stock at here too. As I can't have food with a lot of carbs I was about to cancel but then asked if they had other egg bites and I got the Portebello mushroom and kale one instead (still very delicious). I give three stars due to the location and the person that helped me 2 weeks ago. Today, I had 15 minutes before the bus. I ran into Starbucks and there was two gentlemen in front of me and they were ordering black coffee. I stood there for over 5 minutes and not one person acknowledged me. Whoever was managing this location on Christmas Day is awful and definitely not business/customer service driven. We waited for almost an hour just to get to the order window at 2:01 for the teller to tell us they are now closed. "It's Christmas and we're letting out staff leave" I understand it's Christmas but there are no signs by the drive thru stating that this location closes at 2 and we have been waiting since just about 1 o'clock to get our order. Such an inconvenience to have had to wait in the drive thru line just to be denied right at the closing time even though we were waiting in line well before closing time. Everyone who was in line inside was helped-the drive thru should not be any different. The manager should have either had someone outside letting people know that they are no longer taking orders/that they are closed at 2 instead of having tons of cars waiting to put their order or at least have taken the orders of those who have been waiting for an hour and had a cutoff at some point- like designate a last car to order. I understand it is Christmas. I have had to work Christmas Day everyday the past 5 years. But business is business and that is definitely not how you handle business with customers. Extremely disappointed with this location. I was craving for starbucks and saw that new Valentine items were available from 8-14th of this month. This was the closest location so me and my SO chose this place. We chose the drive thru as we were feeling a little lazy to get out of the car. I tried to order the new item and was let down as they told me it was not available. However, other locations were already serving the new items. Since the drink of my choice was not available i chose my go-to drink instead which was the very berry hibiscus refresher. The associate that took our order missed an order so we had to reorder once we got to the second window. Once we got the order and started sipping on my drink and i noticed that within a few seconds my drink was already half way empty. It was due to large quantities of of ice. 3/4 of my venti cup was ice and 1/4 was the actual drink! Never again will i go here. There are other better locations that i can go to. read more

Starbucks has really good coffee (Lattes, cappuccinos,etc) and an assortment of teas something for everyone, regular or decaf, short, tall or grande. The Americano is one of my favorites it's a strong rich coffee flavor but you can add a shot of vanilla or hazelnut ( and various other syrups) to perk up the flavor. The store is set up to be comfortable, and relaxing for the customers, with indoor and outdoor seating. This is a perfect spot to meet with friends and small gatherings. Along with your coffee/teas there are muffins, cones, breakfast sandwiches and other pastries to enjoy. read more

What a great idea it is to cover all of the electric outlets in the place! I just moved into the neighborhood and I will grant that there are some rough areas nearby, but I've been in rougher areas that still provide a place to plug in. Funny that the Gorillaz were blasting in the place at 630 am, that's a first. So you will cater to the musical tastes of a more urban environment, but won't provide the amenities that customers are provided in every other area. Nicely done! Guess it's time to find a local coffee joint and give my $10 a day to them. read more

I walked into the Euclid location around 5:20 PM on 10/29 with my 3 year old and myself at 8 months pregnant. We needed to use the restroom prior to ordering drinks. Upon entering the store I noticed a "bathroom closed " sign. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if there was another restroom as my daughter really needed to use the bathroom. The man said "the sign says closed" and gestured like -don't know what to tell you-. I did not get close enough to read the text on the sign, I assumed it was that restroom and maybe there was another I wasn't seeing. What is the point of building a location with restroom if patrons can't use it?? Another lady behind the counter said "you'll have to use the food 4 less across the street " I was still dumbfounded by the attitude I received from the first staff member. Upon leaving the restroom in a rush so my daughter didn't have an accident , I tripped while holding her and running down the exterior stairs. I fell onto my pregnant belly , scraped my hand to the point of bad bleeding , and my daughter hit her head on the ashphalt and scratched her back and body through her clothes, which were torn during the fall. Had we been able to use the restroom and continue on our intent to support your business, we would not have rushed out and tripped. My unborn child and small child both affected by the rude attitude of the employee who flustered me with his dismissive tone. I have been in the position of turning down people for restrooms before , but I would always allow small children and pregnant women. ALWAYS. I'm very very disappointed in this location and the employees attitude. I had to visit the obstetrician to ensure no harm was done to my baby and I'm very flustered. read more
