This place was hopping with customers. Not a very attractive crowd...Lord did I say that? Ehh they were a lot of unsmiling, middle aged frumpy women who didn't seem interested in making space for others to walk by... However the staff was efficient and seemed happy enough. Nice little neighborhood SBUX location! People are mostly locals and you can feel the positive vibes when you come in. As always, the service is great and the people are very friendly. I don't know if she's the manager, but it seemed like she was from the way I perceived it, her name is Nicole. Walked in no greeting of any sort not even eye contact. Hostile environment, felt ignored after trying to ask her a question she just looked at me and continued doing what she was doing. She also charged me more than the amount due and I know this because I checked my app right after. I've been going to Starbucks for about 12 years now and have never felt such a robotic uncaring personality from any of the baristas working for this company, I know the starbucks standard and really felt ashamed by this attitude. This location had been my 'go to' place for years. 7:20 in the morning, everyday before I drop my son to school,we grab breakfast here. Line has always been long at this time, but Becky, the manager, makes sure it would be a fast pace since people are going to work and school. Lately, I've been passing by late afternoon after work this time,and before doing my grocery shopping nezt door. The other day, I decided to pick up lunch at this location. It's my most terrible experience! I ordered two sandwiches: ham and cheese panini and chicken with double smoked bacon, and two drinks:venti guava iced tea no lemonade w 20 pumps of cane sugar and grande caramel frapo w extra caramel drizzle. It doesn''t seem so complicated, right? They made a horrible mistake and it made me so mad. Guava iced tea doesn't read the same as black iced tea!! I noticed the barista was talking to another customer while preparing my drink. Guess that's why she made that silly mistake! Then my sandwich...OMG!!! The bread was too chewy!!! It could be that it's old or over warmed up. I didn't even finished it. My son had the other sandwich, but that was fine. sucks though;i noticed all these when I was driving back to work. I only had half an hour for lunch. If I only had more, I could've gone back and complained. It was so not fair!!! I need justice for my food!!! It was very disappointing! read more

I really like this location. There's really not much going on late at night here and it gives me some time to get some work done. There's always plenty of tables and plenty of couches. And as always plenty of parking. I'm here usually after 7pm and there's nothing going on. The wall is lined up with plenty of power outlets. And there drinks are always great. Manager is terribly incompetent. I went to add more money on my starbucks ap and she told me that i had the wrong ap. Not only did her employee do it right 2 days before that but another location was able to do it fine on the spot and i also ordered there. She was very rude and was not really trying to help me at all. She kind of just rushed me out if the way. I went to this starbucks about a week or two ago. Walked up to the front counter, and was waiting on the cashier/ manager I believe she was and was standing there for about 3 minutes. I didn't say anything because I wanted to see if she would acknowledge me as a customer waiting. She did not, after the couple minutes were up, she said hello and asked what I wanted to order. Not customer friendly at all, needs to work on her customer service skills and shouldn't leave a customer standing there for almost three minutes. Went here during Happy Hour! The service and quickness by the employees was great even though they were super busy! I got the midnight mocha frappe. The consistency and flavor wasn't the best. I've had better ones before! I wish it was more consistent. I couldn't go back as I had taken it to go and was already in the car! It seems kind of silly to complain about coffee lol, but this Starbucks rarely gets an order right - mobile or in person. I almost never return drinks but I have here, because literally totally wrong almost every time. And it's not even good coffee. The cold brew is bitter, fraps are over blended and have way too much syrup, etc. Last time, I left, took two sips of my frap and literally threw it away because it was undrinkable. This location has one of the most friendliest staff that I have encountered in any Starbucks I've stepped into. During the 4-5 times I have been here, I've noticed how many regular customers come back and are addressed on a first name basis right as they walk in the door. There is never a problem with parking as there is a ginormous lot. Plenty of lounge area and tables to read or get work done. read more

It's a starbucks. The staff is fine. Three stars because my order is a little slow 2/5 times I've ordered. (It was an iced tea with lemonade). Also a main reason is that last time a 6-7 junior high kids came in, took up two tables, and were wild and loud like junior high students. Love this particular Starbucks. At around 9 in the morning, it would be full of Mommies in Juicy Couture sweat suits pushing their adorable little munchkins (or purse dogs) in strollers.
