They make the BEST coffee here!!! Always consistent and accurate!!! My fave starbucks location

We stopped in Monday morning for a quick pick me up for my son: grabbed an apple juice, and two cake pops! The Store was exceptionally clean, no sticky table tops or dirty floors. The restrooms were squeaky clean and the store counters free of debris. All of the beverage accoutrement was fully stocked, as well as their refrigerated area and merchandise. The apple juice was crisp and fresh, I really enjoy their new compostable cups and straws- I also really love the personal touch added to each cup with little written notes "Enjoy :)" who would've thought a sharpie drawn smiley face would make my beverage taste even better! The cake pops are always a win, we got one chocolate and one birthday cake, both of which were devoured immediately! There were four employees working at the time: Alyssa, David, Andrew, and Sean, the Store Manager. I had small encounters with all four of them and they were very wonderful. Very personable and friendly! It came across very organically and didn't seem forced at all- which is hard to come by in customer service. Their welcoming personalities made our visit very enjoyable! Whomever is doing the hiring is doing an exceptional job because this staff was a 10/10! Without a doubt, this visit has been one of the most enjoyable Starbucks visits i've ever had. Ever. If you're looking for the perfect place to get some work done, study, or just enjoy a good beverage/snack I would recommend this location tenfold. My only tips are: if you plan to stay long, bring a sweater cause it gets super chilly, and if you plan to stay longer than 15 minutes, park in the structure below the businesses. There was only a 15 minute time allotment for the parking right out front. And beware: they do have an attendant who is very on top of it! read more

HIS customer service was so professional and TOP-TIER! My old stomping grounds for the goods. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming right when you walk in. They know your name and what you normally get which makes it sweet. Could also be that I used to come constantly...lol... Anyways, it's part of a strip mall along the fame sunset strip. There's a parking lot along the main entrance but parking is limited as it shares it with other businesses. But also a parking lot underground that could be utilized. A long bench outside with loads of tables and covered umbrellas. Service is always good and all the staffs are always friendly. read more

This is such an easy Starbucks location on Sunset and it doesn't have the slightly creepy vibe that the one on the corner of Beverly Blvd. and Robertson Blvd. has. Since it's on Sunset Boulevard, you do get the occasional crazy person coming inside, but the staff tend to handle those situations pretty well. There's a very nice outdoor patio with some comfy large rattan chairs and a long banquette, plus you can always take your drink and stroll around the nearby shops and Sunset Plaza. The baristas are super fast and really, really nice at this location. There's lots of metered parking on the street and you can actually park in the mini mall structure where this Starbucks is located. read more

This place is typically understaffed. Today they had only one employee serving the entire store and a simple coffee took like 20 min. Management needs to improve their staffing capabilities. The location is also typically dirty. Tables and floors dirty and with trash. It seems like the employees don't regularly clean the tables or chairs. Overall management is lacking. read more

Please allow me to publicly express my heartfelt undying gratitude to David, Brandon, and the young lady who was behind the counter on the morning of June 3, 2022. Here's the story. I'd flown SFO - LAX on June 2, 2022 to see my Favorite Band of All Time, Spoon, at the Hollywood Palladium (having also seen their show at The Fillmore SF a few days earlier). Stupidly, I did not take the day off from work and had a few material things I was expected to accomplish online. When my laptop battery had all but run out at the Whole Foods outdoor seating area, I started hurriedly calling around to find a place with wall outlets. David welcomingly answered the phone and shared the good news that I could plug in at this location. "I'll buy LOTS of coffee!" I said. With a kind chuckle, he said, "You can stay as long as you like. We're open till 7." So I headed over, made camp with my work stuff, drank a delicious soy cappuccino. All of a sudden, it was Airbnb check-in time, and I wanted to get in line at the Palladium as soon as possible after that. I discovered 30 minutes later, while hurriedly unpacking at the Airbnb, that I'd left my power cord at the Starbucks. And I needed to work the entire following day. "I was hoping you'd call!" David said. "We have your power cord right here - you can come pick it up." "Umm," I said, "I can't believe this but I'm wondering if I could ask you for yet another favor." I told him about the show, that I was rushing to the Palladium to hopefully get a good spot in line; was there any way the staff could keep the cord there for me to pick up in the morning? David said that was not a problem at all. He would wrap it up, label it with my name, and keep it behind the counter safe and sound. I could get it from Brandon and his crew in the morning. I thanked David profusely and rushed out the door. Well, I got a great spot in line and in fact ended up being the first person to walk into the auditorium after doors opened. I got to be front and center to watch my favorite band and will remember the experience as long as I live. The next day around 7am, the young lady behind the counter at this Starbucks took time out from the morning rush to reunite me with my power cord. Just as David had said, it was specially wrapped and waiting for me - with a thoughtful note to top it all off: "Hope the show was spectacular!" It WAS! I'm floored to be the recipient of this kindness and benevolent karma. Thank you! read more

Honestly. I love this location not only because it's across the street from my job. But, my coffee is always sooooooooo darn good. Every sip! I'm sure someone can relate that sometimes our coffee doesn't turn out so good..and it honestly sucks. I know I've had that experience. Point is - I now leave my house earlier just to get my morning coffee from this location because I know It'll be great and everyone who works there is so friendly. (There are 2 Starbucks near my house that I pass on my way to work by the way) Lastly, barista by the name of Sam was patient with me when I wanted to try a new drink - I Mentioned my dislikes and she recommended her favourite cold brew, let's just say I ask for this when I need a pick me up mid day. read more

Most insanely rude customer service I've ever received. My husband & I have had multiple negative incidents now. The environment isn't welcoming at all & the attitude taken about masks comes off offensive & entitled when spoken down to in a derogatory manner. Won't be coming back here again. read more

this location is overrun with homeless. So much so that paying customers must wait 15-20 minutes to even use the bathroom if you are able to use it at all. why bother with a bathroom code? makes no sense to me. Was in there yesterday and 2 women were huddled in bathroom doing god knows what. the one comes storming out as the other closes the door for the wait to start all over. staff is completely helpless and spineless. Finally after some running water and banging the second homeless woman comes out pulling her cart of shit as I stand there holding my dick so as not to piss all over the floor. Great flavors + friendly staff But; the unfriendly and Disconnected parking lot staff at that mini mall ruined it for me. My last cup of coffee there cost me $58.00, courtesy of the Lot staff hailing in a WEHO parking enforcement officer to issue citations to me and several other customers...including a FedEx van delivering to Their Own FedEx store !¡ The previous tenant over there "Burger Lounge" (current Starbucks) at that complex had great food but the same parking issues. No waits no lines. now its been a nightmare. even if noone there service is HORRIBLE. i contacted starbucks for their lack of decent service. then a manager emails me but never answered my email and shocking of course he was not there today when i was there. there was NOONE in line at all and the girl was cleaning for awhile. she said ill be with you in a minute.
