There honey vanilla latte is a must try and the Mediterranean toast so yummy. They have the best gluten free bread I have ever had. Go check them out. This place is worth to stick around.

Amazing as usual!! Great customer service even with their busy and overwhelming crowd. Chandlor/Chandler- so sorry if I misspelled your name and didn't want to ask you to repeat due to the line. The whole staff had great teamwork and so amazing with their service! The food is fresh, delicious, and a good fill. Place is nicely decorated and welcoming vibe. Good variety of food and drink options. Lots of available parking but can be a tad tight due to the shops available in the plaza.

Great coffee, great service! Second time here and loved the coffee both times. Today I got their cold brew and though it was the honey with vanilla cold foam, it wasn't too sweet, perfect amount of sweetness for me.

Solid sandwiches and coffee. Ordered the Turkey Avocado Sando and the Banana Hazelnut Cold Brew. Sandwich was great. I added bacon for a nice crunch, but good country bread and fresh ingredients. Cold brew was a bit sour, but the banana hazelnut flavor helped cut that. Didn't eat in, so can't speak to the service or ambiance, but would get a sandwich and a different latte next time.

Wanted to try a new coffee shop and luckily this place had a sale the time we ordered! I got the Brad's Way Iced Shaken Espresso and it was BOGO Free! It was light, but still had the espresso kick I needed. The hints of hazelnut topped it off. Wish it was given in a bigger size! Similar to the 85 degrees Coffee. If you like that, you'll like this.

Stopped by this local cafe and overall had a solid experience. I ordered a medium honey vanilla cinnamon latte and a "next level" breakfast sando, total came out to $25 with tip. The barista was super nice and gave me a heads-up that the latte runs on the sweeter side (which I usually love), so I appreciated the warning. The drink was definitely sweet so if you don't like sweet drinks, I'd opt out, but still tasty overall. The "Next Level Breakfast Sando" was good and filling. Only small downside was that the avocado looked a bit past its prime, though it tasted fine overall. I came around 6:30am and it was pretty quiet, but it picked up fast between 7-7:30am. The cafe looked clean, has a handful of seats, and they played modern popular music, which gives it a nice vibe. Friendly service, solid food and drinks - I'd come back to try more items if I'm in the area.

Steadfast Cafe is a small little spot tucked away in a shopping center, and it was such a pleasant surprise. There are tables inside and outside, and it had that easy morning vibe with people hanging out and sipping coffee. I ordered the Breakfast Sando to share with my broke bestie, aka my 10-year-old son, and it absolutely understood the assignment: flaky, buttery croissant, smoky thick-cut bacon, fluffy eggs, melty gouda, and a sriracha mayo that gives it a little kick without taking over. Rich, satisfying, and exactly what you want from a breakfast sandwich. My son is a breakfast sandwich connoisseur (he gets them everywhere), so I asked for the official verdict. He took a bite and said, "This breakfast sandwich is incredible." Case closed. Service was fast and genuinely friendly. She wished us a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and I love that kind of warmth. Also grabbed an old-school Martinelli's apple juice, which was the perfect little throwback. Come for the croissant situation, stay for the kind service. Easy recommend.

A cozy cafe located perfectly in the corner of a small business strip. A sizeable amount of seating for those wanting to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee with their meal. The staff is friendly and fast with their service. I ordered the Honey Vanilla Cinnamon Latte which is smooth, rich and not too sweet. I also ordered their Ham and Swiss Croissant which was good.

I was craving a croissant sandwich and found this spot through Yelp. It looked promising online, but when I got there, it really was a true hole-in-the-wall. The croissant looked great in the photos, but in person, it was pretty small for the price -- about $15 for a sandwich with just egg, avocado, ham, bacon, and lettuce. Definitely on the pricey side for what you get. I also tried the buttery lavender matcha, but it was just okay -- I've had better at other matcha spots. Service was friendly, but overall, I don't think I'd come back. Cute little place, just not worth the hype or price for me.

Came here Saturday morning with the bf on our bikes for a quick brunch based off yelp reviews after seeing this place. Parking is dicey in this little strip mall, when I realized I'd been here before a couple years back for the donuttery a few doors down but never wanted to come back because of the parking situation that I saw again today as we were leaving. Some dude in a truck parked in an off way sticking out, making it difficult for people to get by his parked truck. It's a cute place. Outdoor, some indoor seating available and a decent menu. No place to actually lock up your bikes but you can probably lock it to their gate. We didn't have to though because we ate outside by our bikes without issue. He ordered the lox bagel and I got the next level avocado toast. There are 6 outside tables and when we were there 4 were empty but the wait was still a bit long so don't come if you're in a hurry or order ahead of time to avoid the wait. Next level avo toast was good. I think I would've preferred no feta cheese and some thin sliced red onions instead. Lox bagel had tomato, which was not bad, but we could've done away with that and had more lox. All in all good portions and healthy alternative to what I normally don't like at pancake/waffle breakfast diners that do superfluous amounts of carbs with no balance in protein unless you pay for an extra order of it. Bummed the cookie on the side of their sign is faded because it's super cute (with freckles!) didn't order coffee because we biked there but will try another time.

I was just on my way out of town and had to stop for breakfast before a long drive a quick yelp search brought me here. It was 8:30 am on a Sunday and busy but the girls working here were so nice and helpful. I took a breakfast sandwich on sourdough. A big americano and a coffee cake for the road. [Parking]: Easy and free plaza parking - I had no issue finding an available spot on weekdays. [Atmosphere]: Cozy indoor vibe with a small outdoor patio area. A great spot to catch up with friends, but nothing to see in the surrounding area so not the best spot for an ideal date. [Menu]: I asked for a recommended drink and the cashier suggested Honey Vanilla Cinnamon Latte. For food, Avocado Toast and Next Level Breakfast Sando are the Yelp's top highlights. They also have not coffee options like matcha and bagel options. *** Next Level breakfast Sando (two eggs, gouda, Siracha mayo, tomato, lettuce, avocado on a croissant - $15.95 + half ham & half bacon additional $2): Frankly it was one of the most expensive breakfast sandwiches I have ever had, but they are not holding back on ingredients and presentation. The taste matched the presentation - crusty croissant, smooth texture from avocado, nutritious egg, and crispy bacon - it was one jam-packed sando. Honey Vanilla Cinnamon Latte (honey, vanilla and cinnamon infused whole milk latte with our signature golden espresso - $5.25 + $0.50 for hot medium 16 oz): Other cinnamon lattes from other shops typically tasted overly sweet, but this one the sweetness was just right and had the right balance between honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. *** Expensive sando, but it was certainly one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had in recent years. A solid 5-star on breakfast sando and latte.

I knew this place felt special when I walked in. You can tell the Holy Spirit is all up in this grill, making sure to watch over His fellow baristas. I really like the coffee and the service is wonderful! A great little spot. And it's right next to the Donuttery in case you need a snack to go with your coffee. But they also serve some yummy pastries here as well. Brad is the owner. A genuinely nice human. 10/10 recommend. read more

Just came here and this isn't my first time but my last. The sandwich egg was over cooked to the point the egg yolk is green and the bread was extra extra toasty it was uneatable. In addition the worst thing ever is the Blue Moon Matcha. I am not a picky eater and have had bad matches and turned an eye but this was bad flavor that I threw the whole drink away. In addition it was $19 to just throw away my food. So disappointing will never go back and will never recommend anyone to go back too. If you end up in this parking lot go to donuttery you will thank yourself. read more

We were on our way to Armstrong nursery, but wanted to get a light breakfast. I found this place yelp and decided to try it out. We had our dog so we needed a place with outdoor seating. My husband had a brown sugar latte and I had the rose cardamom latte. My husband really liked the brown sugar latte. It was full of flavor, and not too sweet. Now the Rose Cardamom latte was amazing. I'm already thinking of when we can go back. I also ordered the avocado toast and it was good. I liked the combination of avocado, and feta cheese. My husband ordered a bagel egg sandwich. The bagel was small compared to other bagels, but it was good. I mean it was a lot better than actual bagel places. The prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. Literally stop what you're doing and find this little gem. I stumbled up on it while searching for "coffee near me". Best fine EVER- the friendliest, just normal people working, an amazing menu of sandwiches, toasts, etc and more espresso/coffee /tea options you could ever dream of. They also have Gluten Free/ Vegan sweet options which I SO appreciate and rarely find at other coffee stops. Also a cute little patio if the main room is crowded- it wasn't when I was there but dining Al fresco is always a nice option. read more

Loved the avocado toast. Service is incredible. I also love the look of it. I wanted to give a 4 star because of plastic utensil. Trying to cut the hard bread for the avocado toast with plastic utensils is not easy. You do have nice regular plates so why not regular utensils? It is a nice coffee shop and I liked the ambiance. Food was amazing, sandwich bread was toasted and crunchy, adding a great balance of texture to the soft toppings. The turkey sandwich was pretty big, had to take a break before eating the second half. Can honestly be saved for later. I am not a coffee guy, at all, I hardly ever drink coffee in 27 years of life, but the honey vanilla cinnamon Latte is definitely my new favorite. Lots of ample seating, doesn't feel too cramped, indoor and outdoor. Service is amazing, kind and knowledgeable, plus the fun additions for May 4th are a plus. Came here with my son based on the Google reviews. He liked his blueberry grilled cheese and blue moon matcha; however, I was not pleased with the price for the ham, Swiss and apple croissant. It was small to say the least, the cheese wasn't melted at all and the lack of ham wasn't worth the $12.95 price tag. It should be under $10 or at least include a side for that price. My first time at the steadfast Café and they certainly did not disappoint. I had lox and bagels exactly the way I love it. Had a drip coffee that was very good. Edit: the owner reached out and wanted to make this right. I offered vegan products that could be added to give some well rounded options to vegan customers. I'm excited to return and see how things go. Spent $11 on 1 piece of toast with some avocado - really disappointing. They did have a vegan muffin the case- no options. Brad and Steadfast Cafe is a gem. He writes that 'the little moments matter' in the about section and my experience lives up to those words. The food is delicious. The coffee is great. The service and atmosphere is wonderful. Breakfast (or lunch) here is great and the sandwiches are a slice of home that has been elevated to a menu item worth salivating over. Coffee is great; I was even given a fresh batch because Brad wanted to serve the best rather than the last cup of the previous brew. Speaking of, Brad is the highlight. There's that little pause before he asks you your name and how your day is going that I think shows he's really being genuine about it all and it's not just a script or going through the motions. My only regret is that I'm not often in the area to visit more frequently. It's worth remembering your local small businesses where you feel like you're being a part of the community and I look forward to the times I can make this a stop in my day. read more

One of our favorite places to get coffee/breakfast in HB/FV. The service is really fast and they have some great drinks. I recommend trying the croissant sandwiches or the pastries with your coffee. If you want a recommendation for a drink we love to do the iced white mocha latte. Perfect balance between the sweetness and coffee. Sometimes they even have samples out! Steadfast Cafe is in a bit of a small plaza with minimal parking - I've always been able to find a spot but just be warned. The cafe itself also is a bit small but there is indoor and outdoor seating for you to enjoy your treats. Definitely try this place out if you're looking for a new coffee spot. read more

The food is all very delicious from the baked goods, to the entrees, to their drinks. Their service is impeccable. The servers always have a bright smile as does the owner Brad. What a great spot! Highly recommend a little tucked away on this shopping center on Beach Blvd but so worth the stop! The service was spectacular, the ambiance clean and charming and the menu wowed. They have so many options for people with dietary restrictions I was really happy with everything I got. There honey vanilla latte is a must try and the Mediterranean toast so yummy . We came in a got a latte and a matcha and hung out for a while before the nice lady at the counter brought over an extra sandwich they had made. It was really awesome because money is really tight and I could barely afford the coffee before my next paycheck comes in in a few days. I haven't been able to go out and get anything in a few weeks as I have been eating the same reheated pasta for dinner, and needed to treat myself because I made it through the three weeks by stretching my paycheck really thin. I especially appreciated that they make the chowder in-house. It was loaded with potatoes and had a rich, creamy flavor. My only complaint is that I would have liked a few more clams. The Steakhouse Tacos were delicious and had a unique flavor thanks to the addition of blue cheese crumbles. The Spinach & Artichoke Dip was also served in a bread bowl, which was a nice touch. The Fish & Chips were probably the weakest dish of the meal. According to my mom, the fish was a bit bland. However, she really enjoyed the Greek-style salad that came with her meal. And let's not forget about the incredibly historic storytelling peppered and themed around all over about the legendary Duke Kahanamuka. Best part, food & drinks. However, I wanted to update my review to reflect my full experience, as my initial 5-star review was written under a bit of pressure. At the register, there's a sign offering a free scoop in exchange for leaving a Yelp review. You're asked to show the cashier your review before receiving the free scoop. What they don't tell you upfront is that you also have to make a purchase to redeem the free scoop. Another thing I noticed is that our ice cream melted noticeably faster than expected. I'm not sure if it's due to the ingredients or something else, but it was something we both experienced. That said, I still recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area. They offer a wide variety of flavors, and you do get one free sample per person before deciding. Just keep in mind that the Yelp ratings may be influenced by the free-scoop promotion, the prices are a bit on the higher side because of the location, and the ice cream may melt faster than you're used to. They had hundreds of donuts sitting out, no labels, we had to ask what everything was. Ended up buying four for $13, not bad. Came home and took a bite of each one. None of the donuts tasted fresh, I am sure they were made hours before we bought them. Churro was super hard and stale, salted caramel literally tasted like nothing, blueberry tasted like sweet artificial fruit, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting was the best one. If I lived nearby, I might get that one again, but this is not a place to go out of the way and try.
