There honey vanilla latte is a must try and the Mediterranean toast so yummy. They have the best gluten free bread I have ever had. Go check them out. This place is worth to stick around.

Amazing as usual!! Great customer service even with their busy and overwhelming crowd. Chandlor/Chandler- so sorry if I misspelled your name and didn't want to ask you to repeat due to the line. The whole staff had great teamwork and so amazing with their service! The food is fresh, delicious, and a good fill. Place is nicely decorated and welcoming vibe. Good variety of food and drink options. Lots of available parking but can be a tad tight due to the shops available in the plaza.

Great coffee, great service! Second time here and loved the coffee both times. Today I got their cold brew and though it was the honey with vanilla cold foam, it wasn't too sweet, perfect amount of sweetness for me.

Solid sandwiches and coffee. Ordered the Turkey Avocado Sando and the Banana Hazelnut Cold Brew. Sandwich was great. I added bacon for a nice crunch, but good country bread and fresh ingredients. Cold brew was a bit sour, but the banana hazelnut flavor helped cut that. Didn't eat in, so can't speak to the service or ambiance, but would get a sandwich and a different latte next time.

Wanted to try a new coffee shop and luckily this place had a sale the time we ordered! I got the Brad's Way Iced Shaken Espresso and it was BOGO Free! It was light, but still had the espresso kick I needed. The hints of hazelnut topped it off. Wish it was given in a bigger size! Similar to the 85 degrees Coffee. If you like that, you'll like this.

Stopped by this local cafe and overall had a solid experience. I ordered a medium honey vanilla cinnamon latte and a "next level" breakfast sando, total came out to $25 with tip. The barista was super nice and gave me a heads-up that the latte runs on the sweeter side (which I usually love), so I appreciated the warning. The drink was definitely sweet so if you don't like sweet drinks, I'd opt out, but still tasty overall. The "Next Level Breakfast Sando" was good and filling. Only small downside was that the avocado looked a bit past its prime, though it tasted fine overall. I came around 6:30am and it was pretty quiet, but it picked up fast between 7-7:30am. The cafe looked clean, has a handful of seats, and they played modern popular music, which gives it a nice vibe. Friendly service, solid food and drinks - I'd come back to try more items if I'm in the area.

Steadfast Cafe is a small little spot tucked away in a shopping center, and it was such a pleasant surprise. There are tables inside and outside, and it had that easy morning vibe with people hanging out and sipping coffee. I ordered the Breakfast Sando to share with my broke bestie, aka my 10-year-old son, and it absolutely understood the assignment: flaky, buttery croissant, smoky thick-cut bacon, fluffy eggs, melty gouda, and a sriracha mayo that gives it a little kick without taking over. Rich, satisfying, and exactly what you want from a breakfast sandwich. My son is a breakfast sandwich connoisseur (he gets them everywhere), so I asked for the official verdict. He took a bite and said, "This breakfast sandwich is incredible." Case closed. Service was fast and genuinely friendly. She wished us a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and I love that kind of warmth. Also grabbed an old-school Martinelli's apple juice, which was the perfect little throwback. Come for the croissant situation, stay for the kind service. Easy recommend.

A cozy cafe located perfectly in the corner of a small business strip. A sizeable amount of seating for those wanting to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee with their meal. The staff is friendly and fast with their service. I ordered the Honey Vanilla Cinnamon Latte which is smooth, rich and not too sweet. I also ordered their Ham and Swiss Croissant which was good.

I was craving a croissant sandwich and found this spot through Yelp. It looked promising online, but when I got there, it really was a true hole-in-the-wall. The croissant looked great in the photos, but in person, it was pretty small for the price -- about $15 for a sandwich with just egg, avocado, ham, bacon, and lettuce. Definitely on the pricey side for what you get. I also tried the buttery lavender matcha, but it was just okay -- I've had better at other matcha spots. Service was friendly, but overall, I don't think I'd come back. Cute little place, just not worth the hype or price for me.

Came here Saturday morning with the bf on our bikes for a quick brunch based off yelp reviews after seeing this place. Parking is dicey in this little strip mall, when I realized I'd been here before a couple years back for the donuttery a few doors down but never wanted to come back because of the parking situation that I saw again today as we were leaving. Some dude in a truck parked in an off way sticking out, making it difficult for people to get by his parked truck. It's a cute place. Outdoor, some indoor seating available and a decent menu. No place to actually lock up your bikes but you can probably lock it to their gate. We didn't have to though because we ate outside by our bikes without issue. He ordered the lox bagel and I got the next level avocado toast. There are 6 outside tables and when we were there 4 were empty but the wait was still a bit long so don't come if you're in a hurry or order ahead of time to avoid the wait. Next level avo toast was good. I think I would've preferred no feta cheese and some thin sliced red onions instead. Lox bagel had tomato, which was not bad, but we could've done away with that and had more lox. All in all good portions and healthy alternative to what I normally don't like at pancake/waffle breakfast diners that do superfluous amounts of carbs with no balance in protein unless you pay for an extra order of it. Bummed the cookie on the side of their sign is faded because it's super cute (with freckles!) didn't order coffee because we biked there but will try another time.

I was just on my way out of town and had to stop for breakfast before a long drive a quick yelp search brought me here. It was 8:30 am on a Sunday and busy but the girls working here were so nice and helpful. I took a breakfast sandwich on sourdough. A big americano and a coffee cake for the road. Steadfast Cafe is a family-owned cafe located right next to the popular donut shop The Donuttery in Huntington Beach. This is the flagship cafe and a second cafe is located in Long Beach. [Parking]: Easy and free plaza parking - I had no issue finding an available spot on weekdays. [Atmosphere]: Cozy indoor vibe with a small outdoor patio area. A great spot to catch up with friends, but nothing to see in the surrounding area so not the best spot for an ideal date. [Menu]: I asked for a recommended drink and the cashier suggested Honey Vanilla Cinnamon Latte. For food, Avocado Toast and Next Level Breakfast Sando are the Yelp's top highlights. They also have not coffee options like matcha and bagel options. *** Next Level breakfast Sando (two eggs, gouda, Siracha mayo, tomato, lettuce, avocado on a croissant - $15.95 + half ham & half bacon additional $2): Frankly it was one of the most expensive breakfast sandwiches I have ever had, but they are not holding back on ingredients and presentation. The taste matched the presentation - crusty croissant, smooth texture from avocado, nutritious egg, and crispy bacon - it was one jam-packed sando. Honey Vanilla Cinnamon Latte (honey, vanilla and cinnamon infused whole milk latte with our signature golden espresso - $5.25 + $0.50 for hot medium 16 oz): Other cinnamon lattes from other shops typically tasted overly sweet, but this one the sweetness was just right and had the right balance between honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. *** Expensive sando, but it was certainly one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had in recent years. A solid 5-star on breakfast sando and latte.

Excellent coffee, delicious sandwiches, and awesome seasonal specials! I had the BBQ chicken sando, which was fantastic! The bread was very toasted and crunchy, which I loved, and their cold brew is crisp and refreshing. My girlfriend got their banana toast, which she loved (and happily devoured). She had their hot crème brulatte, which was rich and decadent. Staff were incredibly kind and courteous the whole time we were there! I can't believe I haven't been here before. I'd been looking for a local coffee shop that really did it all for me since moving to the area, and I think I've found it now! read more

Very pleasant service, everybody that works here is patient and helpful. I ordered the Americano and the cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was loaded with cinnamon and buttery icing. Wonderful. And my coffee was smooth. Solid. Lots of people buying donuts nearby at the Donuttery, but I think the cinnamon roll was actually better. read more

I usually don't eat at many cafes, but this one is special. I had the next level avocado toast and my friend got the next level breakfast sando. Both were delicious and impressed me with the quality. I been seeing this place all over my social media...probably because they knew that their logo looks exactly like my boyfriend. I instantly followed them and was just obsessed of their post. it took me awhile to get there because I have been very busy, but finally just added it to my calendar to make sure, we are going there today no matter what. It's a nice little cozy spot. their coffee tasted amazing. Sorry...I forgot what we got but try it all. I am sure everything taste great. Their breakfast sandwich and Danish was good too. Nice simple morning breakfast. We wanted to eat light because we had a full day of adventuring out and eating all sorts of food. Ooooh...also, the employees was amazing. My new go-to coffee shop! I've been coming here for a few weeks now and they have consistently satisfied my morning drank cravings (lattes, matcha lattes, drip coffee). I've now eaten there twice (an Artisan BLAT on croissant and Mediterranean Toast), both things simple but surprisingly delicious. Another HUGE plus is the service and the vibe. Great service great food and awesome customer service. My husband had ham missing on the sandwich and they didn't question it and quickly made it right. Wife and I did an early lunch date here. Very clean and nice atmosphere. The service was great and you can tell they enjoy being there. The coffee and sandwiches were excellent. It's small and popular so we had to sit outside but there were plenty of clean tables. Prices were just slightly on the high side, but that's everything these days and the quality was there, so overall very worth the cost. read more

I tried Steadfast Cafe for the first time today. When I walked in I was greeted right away by a really nice lady. She was super sweet. I ordered the lavender lemonade & blueberry grilled cheese. OMG this was so good. I didn't know what to expect going into the café but wow this is my new favorite spot. Usually I am at work but I'm off for the summer so I've been trying new places and I am so happy I walked in today. Also, I think the owner was working and he was also very nice. How in the world is this place over a 4 star cafe? From start to finish, hated every second! Horrible service, long wait, and stale food. The turkey sandwich consisted of one slice of turkey.... Packaged turkey that was very slippery/watery! The bagels were hard as a rock with ZERO flavor!!!! The coffee drinks were basically all milk. Very small with extremely limited seating. I am actually SHOCKED at the reviews! Maybe reviews from supportive family or friends, but this is def not a 4 star cafe. read more

*Ambiance: 3.5/5, it was a little small inside but I could see it being a cozy little spot to study/read. *Service: 4/5, barista was friendly and helpful! Very welcoming and forthcoming with recommendations. *Coffee: 4/5, I ordered a coffee "Brad's way" which is a shaken hazelnut white mocha espresso - it was tasty for an afternoon pick-me-up. Could've used a bit of a stronger coffee flavor but overall delicious! *Selection: 4/5, lots of options for coffee, beverages, and even food! *Value: 4/5, I think the value for the money is here. *Overall: 4/5, I wish I lived a little closer to this place because I'd enjoy coming back to try other drinks here. Nice little place on busy Beach Blvd. I ordered the breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread. And a white mocha coffee. The girl who helped us was super friendly and helpful. My buddy got the avocado toast. First, being GF not by choice, it sure is nice they have GF options. They also had a few GF pastries which I may try next time. The sandwich was decent, the spread they used was a spicy sriracha mayo but not evenly spread. The bread, GF keep in mind, was hard as a rock. I wanted to ask for some butter to salvage it but it was fine, my mouth is almost healed from the damage. Maybe next time I would ask to see if they could grill the bread in some butter first - to make it more tasty and edible. The sandwich itself was really good other than the GF bread. But at least they had that option! I can see an issue with this place could be the parking, the lot is not huge and there is a lot of traffics at the donut place next door. Will swing by next time I am in the area and try a different coffee and maybe a pastry. Good luck to this new small business. read more

OBSESSED a with this place!!!!! Their coffee is creative and delicious! I got a rosemary latte, mmm, so good and so unique! I also had a grilled cheese and added egg, the aioli they put in is was so delicious and cooked to perfection. (They even use biodegradable palm leaf plates which is amazing) Everything was so good that I had to take a lavender lemonade and chocolate chip banana muffin home, both of which were incredible!!! I literally love this place! Everything I've tried I really love! One of my favorite things to eat. Is the blueberry grilled cheese. it comes with this aïoli that is amazing and delicious. My favorite drink is the iced honey vanilla cinnamon latte. I've also enjoyed the almond croissant and the banana toast. The staff is super friendly and give great recommendations when you can't decide what you want to order. If I'm not there in person, I'm at least ordering on DoorDash once a week. After spending hours searching for latte art in OC and only this place stood out. So I decided to come here Saturday AM. This place is definitely worth 5star review overall! Drink: 4/5 - I was recommend by staff to order Brown Sugar latte and it came out great! However, my latte has nothing similar to the pictures posted by the owner. My boyfriend and I go there every weekend when I visit. We have breakfast there and order the Lox bagel with the jalapeño cheese bagel or the Next Level Sando. I love lattes. Don't go to Starbucks. Come here instead. Steadfast Cafe! The owner Brad is a super cool guy, really passionate about his place, and of course, is the ultimate barista!! I had what's called the Harvest Chai It's caramel apple butter in a chai latte LEGIT!! Wife got the honey cinnamon vanilla latte. OMG. For the grub: Next level breakfast sando. The reviews are right when they mention the drinks are very sugar forward very sweet and I did have the barista reduce the sweetness in my tea, but the syrup used for the lychee just doesn't make well for the type of experience that I'm used to when I purchase tea from other competing stores.

My fiancé got the iced sweet cream latte and absolutely loved it! smooth, perfectly balanced sweetness, and the espresso was top-notch. I went with the iced Americano topped with banana cold foam, and wow, it was a game changer! The banana foam was creamy, flavorful, and not overly sweet, pairing beautifully with the bold espresso. Both drinks were prepared and refreshed us instantly. The only minor downside is parking, which can be a bit tricky, but the location is clearly thriving with tons of foot traffic and business out front, so it's totally understandable. Once you're inside, the excellent drinks and friendly service more than make up for it. We'll definitely be back soon highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality coffee and a great local atmosphere! 4.5 stars in my personal opinion

i stopped by on my lunch break and ordered the sweet creme cold brew and a turkey pesto caprese. i…read morewas expecting the vanilla cream to be a little bit sweeter, but it was no big deal since the cold brew itself was great quality. the sandwich was delicious, the bread is super nicely toasted, everything was so flavorful. the pesto and sun-dried tomatoes paired perfectly with the turkey and sourdough. i even got a good cheese pull from some of my bites with the mozzarella! overall, it was very filling and tasty. there's no music playing but there is plenty of seating, making it a great study spot. the menu is pretty big so i look forward to trying more menu items next time. the only downside is the parking, it was very confusing the first time i came because it shares a parking lot with an apartment complex/leasing office
