Tomahawk and 2x lobster tails, creamed spinach

I've been to STK multiple times in Bellevue (and NYC.) Unfortunately, the food is OK for a high end restaurant but with frequent incorrect preparation and very high prices. Yesterday our steak was undercooked as were our two lobster tails. Each time I go to STK I tell myself it's the last time and then maybe after a year goes buy I think about giving it another try. This time I figured the $49 dinner would be more inline with fair pricing, but they managed to mess up the food prep AND the pricing. We went Thursday and asked about the $49 filet + apps and they said it was only for lunch so I paid $700 for three of us to eat (which I expected after they said they wouldn't do the $49 dinner.) Then as we were leaving there is a sign saying "$49 Steak NIGHT" for Thursdays so I have no clue what they are doing over there. The staff was certainly friendly but mispronounced multiple items on the menu and wasn't particularly attentive. We waited a while to inform them of the undercooked food and decided to eat a bit of it after sitting without anyone checking on us. Eventually we saw the waiter and he still wasn't coming to check but we flagged him over. Having worked in a steakhouse myself we would also do a "first bite check" where we'd serve the food and make sure to come check after the guest cut into the steak - and this was a lower end national chain. They waiter did bring out a nice dessert with a written message in chocolate which was nice - but is also something I would expect to be the default for a special occasion at a restaraunt like STK.

STK Steakhouse - Bellevue We celebrated my husband's birthday at STK Steakhouse in Bellevue, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The atmosphere had that signature STK energy, modern, vibrant, and buzzing with great music. We began with the Lil' BRGs Wagyu sliders and a perfectly chilled shrimp cocktail, both beautifully executed. For entrées, we enjoyed the Chilean sea bass with ginger‑soy and bok choy, a tender petite filet mignon, and a flavorful New York strip. The sea bass was the standout of the night -- buttery, delicate, and cooked with precision. Our sides were indulgent and well‑crafted: giant tater tots, velvety mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and grilled asparagus. Each one complemented the mains without overpowering them. Dessert ended the evening on a high note with the bag of warm donuts and a classic apple pie. Overall, STK delivered a memorable, high‑quality dining experience with impeccable service. The Chilean sea bass alone is worth the visit.

Came here for Happy Hour drinks at 9pm on a Tuesday evening. Cocktails were $9, and colleagues ordered some food as well: - Tater tots (3/5): a bit oily but such a good late night snack - Crispy Calamari: didn't get to try but colleagues enjoyed this ($9 plate) - House Bread with butter, (2/5): not my favorite but this was free Jaegar bombs were not part of HH menu, and waitress was unsure how much each cost until we got the bill... it was $20 each! Be warned !

Excellent service per usual. Just came here for a quick bite to eat. Grabbed a NY strip, mac n cheese, and the mini doughnuts. The steak was cooked perfectly. Mac was rich with great flavor and the mini doughnuts were light and sweet. I enjoy that they play light music in the background.

I visited STK Steakhouse Bellevue for a work event, and had a good experience overall! The restaurant was tastefully decorated with huge floral "STK" lettering, neon signage, dim purple lighting, and sleek modern bar. Our group was put in a back area, which worked well for standing up and mingling. For drinks, I chose the White Sangria (NA), which was fine but too sweet for me. I do wish they had lighter/more refreshing mocktails! For food, I tried the Parmesan Truffle Fries, which were nice and crispy. We also ordered the Japanese A5 Wagyu Tacos, but these were not my favorite. The meat itself was good but there was too much mayo on top, and the flavors didn't work super well together. However, the Oysters on the Half Shell were fantastic - super fresh! Our server was personable and efficient. Would return to try more items!

STK Bellevue has a stylish, energetic vibe, but it feels more like a nightclub than a classic steakhouse. I'm probably more of a traditionalist, so while I liked parts of the decor, the overall atmosphere honestly felt a little like a bowling alley. The appetizers were the best part of the meal. The tater tots were stunning and unlike any I've had before. The calamari was also delicious. I ordered the ribeye, and unfortunately it was chewy and disappointing. For a restaurant that specializes in steak, it just did not meet expectations. Compared with Bellevue steakhouses like John Howie Steak, Daniel's Broiler, and El Gaucho, STK falls short where it matters most. The staff was nice and had a young, vibrant energy, but the service was not as attentive as I expected for the price. The other people I dined with had the same impression, so it was not just me.

Went back to give the fish and the steak a second try ! Unfortunately, my mind was not changed. Service was divine. Very quick and attentive. Atmosphere is intimate and casual yet upscale. The branzino came with a side salad of thinly sliced carrots and zucchini, dressed with olive oil, lemon and salt, and rice. Was too salty for my taste on its own. The fish had a crispy skin to start, but got less crispy as I continued to eat. The rice was my favorite part about the fish - I think it was flavored with garlic butter. Everything tasted good if eaten all together, but the fish and the salad by themselves were not my favorite. The lobster Mac and cheese came out piping hot with a good cheese layer and lots of lobster meat chucks. I like how creamy the cheese sauce was. Found out thy have a weekday happy hour. Might be a preferable and more affordable option. Total for two appetizers and two entrees was about $200

Unless you come on day when there's a special.....save your money. I visited last night and ended up spending $370 for two people. Everything is a carte and adds up fast. A small side of kale is $21. Everything tasted good...but it's not worth the cost. Save your money

First time coming here not for happy hour, mostly by default since there wasn't much open in the Bellevue downtown area during Christmas. Glad we were able to walk in and get a table because the holiday vibes were definitely on point. Service was on the slower side, but it felt like they were simply slammed with holiday traffic. We came in around 2pm for a late lunch, which turned into the start of early dinner service, and it honestly never slowed down while we were there. We started with oysters, which I didn't even realize they offered, and they were excellent. They also bring out a complimentary bread situation with what tasted like baked feta and plenty of butter, which was a great surprise. The Caesar salad is large enough to share between two people and was quite good. I ordered the miso sea bass, which had great flavor, though it felt like it may have sat a bit longer than ideal before serving to the table. We also added the cheese-crusted mashed potatoes, which are basically a meal on their own. Overall, it's a really nice spot with great ambiance, but I think this is a place I enjoy most during happy hour. I've consistently had quicker, smoother experiences then, and the holiday rush made things feel more chaotic this time around. That said, the vibe is great, and it's still a place I'd come back to.

This place is a scam- they will deceive you and won't care. Don't come here. Went there for the first time and was super disappointed. Got NY steak and it looked wrong/like a steak from a cheap diner- no char/broil marks. When I asked about it since it looked and tasted awful, the server mentioned they were replacing a ventilation system so it was cooked a little differently than usual and they could not broil the steaks. Huge difference. It tasted chewy, and the flavor was severely lacking. I mentioned that I wish I had known before I ordered so I could have chosen differently. She sent the manager over, Andrea, who said they weren't telling people before they order because they just got upset and she can't afford to pay for everyone's meals when they complain. She offered an appetizer or dessert, which I declined as I honestly just felt scammed at this point. They are knowingly serving sub-quality food and still charging formal steakhouse prices without notifying guests so we can make an informed decision before we order, and then aren't offering to switch to a different entree when their poor quality negatively impacts guest experience. I spent almost 10 years in the restaurant/hospitality industry, and this is just wrong. Luckily I had a $50 birthday certificate I was able to use, but we still ending up paying close to $90 additionally for an awful steak and horribly salty aguachile that we only had a few bites of. We left hungry to go have a real dinner elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real steakhouse that won't deceive uou from the moment you walk in the door.

I came here for happy hour and was pleasantly surprised by the assortment they offered. Inside is very nicely decorated for the holiday season and it gave a classy atmosphere. My friend and I were seated immediately in the booths and our orders were taken. We just wanted a light snack and decided on their Burger and Fries. The fries were crispy and cooked perfectly while the burger felt a little on the dryer side. It might have been the bun that didn't taste the most fresh but regardless we finished it. After just sitting and taking our time after finishing, we noticed that the waiter had kept asking us if we wanted to order more or if we were finished. We didn't think much about it but once my friend got up to use the restroom, the waitress came up to me and asked me if I was ready. I told her I was going to wait and she seemed to have a negative attitude. At this point, I felt rushed. We decided to get an order of the Tater Tots because we wanted to stay a little longer and keep talking. Even though the restaurant was empty, it still felt like our server was waiting for us to leave. After the food came out and we finished, we were ready to leave. Everything besides the service was great here. I would understand if the restaurant was packed but it wasn't. We probably only sat there an extra few minutes before ordering more and kept being bothered about being ready for the check, which neither of us appreciated.

STK STEAKHOUSE @ BELLEVUE Parking is available in their parking garage and it's completely free. You can also park at the mall, which is super convenient, and the closest parking garage for that is right next to Macy's. My friend and I came here for their happy hour menu, which is advertised as the $3, $6 and $9 menu, and we got seated right away. I really love the ambiance of STK, it's very purple, super nice, and the architecture is so unique. The whole vibe of the place is just really fun. Our server was also really sweet. We only ordered water, but we ended up trying their six-dollar little burger and truffle fries, which came out in about 10 minutes. It was delicious. It's definitely more of a bite-size portion, but it was super yummy if you just want a light bite. We also got their tater tots, which were only three dollars, and it came with four giant pieces of potato. They honestly tasted more like mashed potato squares, but they were still really good. I loved the sauce that came with it too. Overall, the service was great, the girl who helped us was so nice, and my friend and I were able to sit and chat for about an hour and a half. I really love the vibes and ambiance here, and I would definitely come back. I also definitely want to try their all-you-can-eat brunch.

I can't write a fair review of STK as I was hosting the opening team at my hotel and they took good care of me. All I can say, objectively, is that the food is outstanding, the service is impeccable, and they have a high standard for cleanliness. Everything was perfect both times I dined there. I don't like oysters, but I had theirs... I'm sold. Also had a New York and the STK special. Mac n Cheeses are out of this world. Seafood tower is amazing. Food: 4 stars, what you expect at a high-end steakhouse. Had the porterhouse and 5 different sides. Food was solid. Value: 3 stars, cocktails at $21 a pop is just ridiculous. Nothing special about the drinks or ingredients either. Robbery. Ambience: 2 stars, get ready for a night club experience. Not kidding. Nonstop club music, bottle service, and sparklers. WTF. Music selection was good but very difficult to have a conversation with ppl at your table. Felt like the place was having an identity crisis. Restaurant? Lounge? Nightclub? Sportsbar? Tacky in my opinion. Service: 2 stars, our waiter literally lost our order and came back 15 minutes later to retake our order. We had a group of 7 ppl. How do you lose an order? That was on top of waiting 15 minutes the first time to place the order. Amateur hour. Plus, if your guests aren't drinking wine, the waiter should remove the wine glasses from the table to clear space. Duh. Overall experience: 3 stars, there's alot of flash, but for the price you are paying you are better off going to Ascend for the view or The Met for the food quality. read more

I would give STK 0 stars if I could. The food was awful. The service was awful. I am happy to pay for a quality meal, but the food was the quality I could get at any mid-level casual restaurtant. Our first experience here was 5 stars. It was so great that we were very excited in bringing some visiting friends here for a fancy night out. This time was such a disappointment in every way. Our server Noah tried his best and was the one bright part of this experience. The entire star of this review belongs to him. The service was insanely slow. As mentioned, I know Noah was doing his best and was as attentive as he could be when he was with us, but he was clearly harried and running ragged. They were definitely understaffed. Our first time here, our waiter joked and conversed with us, ran through all their steak specials, helped us customize. This time it was difficult to even get ahold of him. Not that we would've wanted to talk more than we had to, which leads us to the biggest point- THE ATMOSPHERE WAS AWFUL. My husband had a decibel meter on his phone, and we watched it crawl up from 70 to 98 at the highest points. It was so loud I could barely talk to the person across the table from me; the person between us had to pass our words on multiple times. This was something I'd expect from a club, not a high end restaurant. Even our server agreed it was way too loud, we had to scream at each other to be heard. I could hear him yelling at the couple a table over when they were trying to pay bc they couldn't hear each other either. By the end of the meal, I had a splitting headache and felt nauseous from the sound. Noah said he would talk to a manager about getting the DJ to turn it down, only to have the manager turn up at our table and ask bluntly "I was told you wanted to talk?" We explained the noise issue, he said it was company policy, they can't turn it down. "So you can't do anything at all?" I asked. "Nope," he said. Not even an apologetic "sorry, I wish I could help" or anything at all. Just turned around and left. We spent $500 on dinner for 4, just for us to leave with a manager's "f*** you" and a serving of nausea and headache for me. And we weren't even full- there are high end places all over the Sound which run $100+ per person but leave you stuffed and satisfied. All four of us were hilariously hungry at the end. Oh also, our steak was overdone- we asked for medium rare, it came out medium or more. We didn't even want to say anything considering how long everything else was taking and how well this evening was going. There are plenty of other high end restaurants around. It was embarrassing to think of how highly we had praised this place to our friends. read more

Went here for a dinner with friends. Atmosphere and decor is nice which is really why you would come here. The food was fine but wayyyy over priced for the quantity you get. We ordered almost all of the sides and they tasted good. I really liked the Brussels sprouts, calamari and the cream corn but the steak barely had any flavor. The espresso martini and mojito with no alcohol were both really good. read more

Holy hell. I forgot yelp even existed until last night when a medium steak for over $100 came back ultra rare, apologies, new steak comes, black as hell on the outside and uncooked cold center. What a shit experience. Loud blasting weird music so I can't hear the overly expensive dinner conversation, the waitress finally suggested somewhere else she likes to go. Two free steaks doesn't usually get a bad review, but I'd have paid money to not suffer the idiocy, incompetence, and noise this place seems to appreciate. Spitting on the food would improve it. What gave it all its stars was Katie from Arkansas she was very personable and also gave great recommendations. I am one to always rely on what the sever recommends cuz they would know better. The apps were good had the crab cakes an calamari no lie they were pretty average. But the porterhouse that she had recommended was really good and cooked to my liking. My boyfriend and I went to STK for our anniversary last night and had a great time! The only down side was that we were at a very small table for two and we sat next to each other and there was not much leg room. Other than the table, the food was good! Our server Philicia was great and very attentive. She offered to take pictures of us and congratulated us multiple times. I would say, if you don't like loud-ish music during dining then I wouldn't go here. It has a bit of a cocktail bar vibe on one side and they have a DJ on site after 7pm who is playing music as well. You can still talk with the person next to you but if you have a big group it might be difficult for everyone to hear each other. I loved the vibe and thought it was cool in there but it may not be for everyone! Shout out again to our server Philicia, she was great! read more

I really wanted to like this STK. However, I waited 40 minutes for half a dozen oysters and while the bartender checked in halfway through the long wait (20 mins in) mortified the food never came, there was nothing done to make sure it ever actually arrived. I will say they made some decent margaritas but politely got my check and headed to a spot a few doors down to spend my evening. I am unsure if I will return given paying a premium for a far less than acceptable service. Oysters don't take that long to prep and there are many less "chain" places that Bellevue offers far superior. Given this happened to me on Christmas with very limited dining options, it put a very bad taste in my mouth. No manager came to apologize and no drinks were comped to attempt to remediate the situation. read more

AWFUL. Came in for CHRISTMAS dinner with an early reservation. BEWARE when this is the only restaurant with tons of reservations available on Christmas Day. DO NOT EAT HERE. Go to John Howie's, the Butcher's Table, Carmine's Italian (fantastic steaks), El Gaucho. You'll pay less (for example fantastic Tenderloin Filets at Carmines for $50 that comes with hand made pasta) and get incomparable quality, service and ambiance. MANAGERS 1/5 Lack customer service. We requested a booth with Christmas trees decorated around it. Several of these were free. We told them our little children would love being by Christmas decorations. Instead, they said NO and sat us at the same exact booth WITHOUT decorations. There were FOUR free booths - 3 with Christmas decorations and one without. Then the manager called another manager and they both said NO. SERVICE 1/5 Server was horrible. He only had 3 tables in our section. Barely came to check in. We wanted to be in and out for a relatively quick dinner. Came at 5pm and ended up leaving at 7:30pm -- the restaurant was HALF EMPTY. STK doesn't know how to manage tables. FOOD 2/5 We came at 5pm. Wanted to order FILETS and STK RAN OUT. Meaning they didn't order enough from their suppliers for Christmas. So they upsold us to the $90 bone-in filets. Ordered them medium plus, and they came out RARE and COLD. $90 steaks. COLD. Also ordered king crab legs for MARKET PRICE for DINNER. Our server says... " hmm never had anyone order them.. " but that's all he says. He should have warned us. To our shock, 4-5 pencil thin nibs of crab legs stuck vertically in ice came out on a small appetizer plate. $74 ripoff that the server should have explained it is leftover leg pointers from the reject pile. BY CONTRAST -- A (different) server next to our table did a temp check on the steaks for his guests with a thermometer. Our server? Horrible. Our server was no where to be found until 15 minutes later we flagged him to reheat the steaks and cook to temp. Our steaks were RARE. AMBIANCE 2/5 If you like being in a Vegas club with loud club music pumping. Then come here. Our torturous Christmas dinner lasted the length of the Titanic movie. We are NEVER coming back. read more

I went to STK to celebrate the new year and I was not at all impressed. It started with ordering a drink at the bar while we aired for our table which was not a problem. The problem was watching the bar tender shake my manhattan. As we all know it should always be stirred. Not only was the poorly made cocktail $24 it didn't even fill the glass. Once seated and I finished my cocktail I asked for a beer. 4 out of the 8 beers were not in stock which was disappointing. The server was unable to answer questions about the menu based around the sauces. We ordered the calamari which was okay, baby gem caesar which was very over dressed. My friend's steak came out cold and my steak was pretty much raw when I asked for medium rare. Also, it's frustrating to see that all sides are $20. How can you justify asparagus or French fries being $20? The over all experience was horrible and it was so hard to even chat with our friends with the music blaring. I would not recommend STK and take your money elsewhere. I hate writing reviews like this as I'm always pretty positive but it was that bad I had to say something. read more

The atmosphere and staff put off a strong L.A. nightclub vibe. Odd for a steakhouse but I won't complain just because it's not my preference. The food however was irredeemable. The salmon stilleto was the most horrendous. Pairing salmon, cucumber and vodka is asking for a disaster and it was nothing short, the Vodka overpowered everything else. The rest of the appetizers we ordered: tater tots, oysters, and calamari were okay on average. For the entree I ordered the 10z filet with mashed potatoes. I'm pretty sure the mashed potatoes were 2 part butter and 1 part potato, not disgusting but way too rich to finish. I was given a rib-eye instead of the filet because of a mistake taking my order, originally, but our waiter Peter was very nice and made the correction. When I got my filet it was very undercooked, between rare and black and blue when I had asked for medium rare. This was sent back and they made me a new one and gave us a complimentary glass of wine for the trouble! Unfortunately my replacement was very overcooked this time. At this point I didn't want to wait any longer or be a nuisance so I decided not mention this. It's clear to me that image is the main priority at this restaurant. Overall this place reminds me of Nusr-Et (the Salt Bae restaurant) but is not quite as severely over-presented or overpriced. read more

The grilled steak don probably would've been better for this purpose but I have no regrets. Service was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again next time I'm in town.

This is a true tale of "Above and Beyond". After losing my father, my mother, a newly transplanted resident, decided to try having dinner out for herself for the first time since his passing. Upon entering she greeted by the Matre D, Nicole, who, unbeknownst to my mother at the time, had a feeling that something was "off". Nicole took extra care to offer her any seat open seat in the house. As she led her through a tour of the dining room, an open spot at the corner of the bar was spotted which was perfect for her as she just wanted quiet, great food, and maybe some reflection on how life was "new" now, and not in a great way. Shortly after meeting the bartender, Jay, and starting with a glass of wine, Nicole appeared again and sincerely explained to my ,other that she didn't want to impose, but "Something seems off. We're not sure what it is but we want to take care of everything for tonight." And from there it went, with plates of food, fantastic wine, and a decadent dessert, they were slowly making smiles for someone who hadn't had a reason to smile in awhile. They comped the entire meal, and made a customer for life. In the end they gathered round and chatted like new friends with the feeling of old friends. With my mother feeling so grateful and no longer alone, maybe this was the first time since that she had felt hope. They say time heals all wounds. But I'd like to add that genuine human empathy extended with plates of amazing food, can sure to their parts to heal a broken heart. They say when you move to a new city to "get in where you fit in". And now I can say with absolute certainty that STK Steakhouse, with their top-notch staff, is a place where we fit in. So, huge THANK YOU's to both Nicole and Jay. I've already made the returning reservation. And if I may, I'd like to say that it is my belief that every person should work in the hospitality business for a year, because the people skills you develop while fully immersed on the floor of a busy restaurant are invaluable. I've preached forever that they will learn to identify exactly what kind of person is in front of them in less than 20 seconds. My wife and I had gone to the bar on 10/14/21 for some drinks. We are both very busy professionals with kids that often times forget important dates (well the husband more than wife) like our 10th year anniversary. My wife decided to stop into STK with me for some drinks because we had never been into the bar/restaurant. We had a mixologist (not sure of difference from a bartender) introduce us to different ideas for drinks. We have had many fine drinks around the world so we were a bit skeptical about the quality. My wife told the mixologist (Drew) it was our anniversary. I then remembered only at that point the significance of the date. Drew must have sensed something and politely gave us space for her to "discuss" my lapse in memory. Drew was able to select some drinks which knocked it out of the park! Almost on perfect timing and with a perfect selection the "discussion" changed once the first round was delivered. Drew made a drink we never had which featured my wife"s favorite flower, a rose, in an ice sphere. The attention was taken off my lapse in memory of our anniversary to one of the best drinks we ever had in fine dining experiences. Drew really took care of us and salvaged the night with his service and drinks. I'm not sure of the price for the several rounds of drinks because I don't look at bills most of the time but it was worth whatever the price. While we were not hungry and had to get home to our baby sitter, we are returning to try the recommendations he gave us for the steaks. I hope Drew is working at the bar next time we return so I can thank him for designing an awesome experience with perfect drinks. We don't go into Bellevue super often, but my son had a school event there today and we wanted to celebrate with dinner afterwards. We decided on this restaurant after a quick google search, and luckily we got there right before the dinner rush. Our server, Kristin, was amazing. She was friendly and attentive, answering all of our questions and giving recommendations when asked. On to the food and drinks. Wow. It was absolutely delicious. First, the bread. THE BREAD! It had this blue cheese butter melting all over it and a side with chive oil. I don't even like blue cheese but it was delicious! We had the crispy calamari appetizer, and it's was very tasty. The dipping sauces absolutely elevated the dish. My son and I each had the filet. They were perfectly cooked - so tender and seasoned to perfection. My husband had the a5 wagyu steak and he said it was melt-in-your mouth tender and wonderfully flavorful. We also added side dishes of bacon Mac and cheese, truffle fries, and crispy Brussels sprouts. The Mac and cheese was the overall favorite with the big chunks of crispy smoky bacon, but each dish was very satisfying and I would absolutely order any of them again. I took dessert (the chocolate cake with ganache and berries) to go and am typing up this review as I eat it. It's everything I want in a chocolate cake - rich and moist and deliciously fudgy. I recently dined at STK Steakhouse in Bellevue, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the high standards one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Our visit lasted nearly three hours from the time we were seated to the moment our dinner arrived--a delay that was completely unacceptable. When the food finally came, several of the steaks were either overcooked or served cold, adding to our disappointment. While our server worked diligently to accommodate our table and was doing their best under the circumstances, the restaurant appeared overwhelmed. The space was overcrowded, likely due to an outdoor holiday parade, which seemed to put an immense strain on the staff. This indicates a significant failure in management to anticipate and adequately prepare for such an event. Adding to the poor experience, our appetizer dishes were not promptly cleared. Instead, when someone finally came by, they simply stacked the plates at the end of the table--a level of service far below what one expects at a high-end steakhouse. Overall, the management's inability to provide a seamless dining experience on a busy evening left a negative impression. Last week decided to go to STK in Bellevue. I have already been to the STK in Atlanta numerous times, (which i love) but wanted to see if it was similar or matched up to that location. It was happy hour so we decided to try different items from the HH menu. Very nice ambience and music...our server was Travis and he was absolutely amazing! He knew the menu very well, offered options and set our expectations on the HH serving sizes while recommending substitutes. He was very attentive and not once did we have to wait around for him, his customer service was up to par! Also not once did our table have any cluttered empty plates as we ordered multiple items, someone was always there to politely ask if we were done and remove the plates. We had everything from the Wagyu meatballs, Filet Lollipop and truffle fries, Lil Brgs to the Crispy calamari and it was all very tasty. "I had a disappointing experience at STK Steakhouse in Bellevue last night. Despite being seated at 10:30pm and expecting service, we were refused by our waiter who seemed disinterested and eager to go home. This is my third time in to STK and it was fantastic. You have to understand the concept of this restaurant to completely appreciate how awesome this place is. High energy, VIBE restaurant, their slogan is "Not Your Daddy's Steakhouse". There is a live DJ and the music can be loud but it's the energy is what really sets the experience over the top. We were taken care of by Bailey, who brought STK to life. We got the Lil' BRGs, a tomahawk surf and turf, the A5 6&6, and truffled mashed potatoes on the side. The sweet corn pudding was delicious and sweet, and the Brussels sprouts tasted like candy. Bailey guided our experience from cocktails, wine, food, to dessert and it was legendary. read more

I've been wanting to try this place. All I can say is I'm glad I came in. The vibe was great, and the food was ohh so good. Our server Tessa took care of us and is very knowledgeable about the Meñu. She answered all of our questions and recommended some dishes that we loved. The manager came to our table and asked how everything was. This is unheard of. Usually, when a manager comes, it's because there is an issue. But to have the actual Manager check to make sure everything was great. I was absolutely impressed with the service. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that they had run out of turkey, which seems like a significant oversight for such a busy holiday. The atmosphere was hectic, and I found the layout quite cramped. Navigating to the bathroom felt risky, as staff were rushing in and out, particularly near the kitchen door. We just had an amazing experience at the restaurant STK in Bellevue. Trust me, you don't want to miss this! First of all, the food was absolutely incredible. We started with some delicious mini wagu burgers and spicy shrimp cocktail, followed by the signature STK NY strip and mouth-watering Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts that were quite a sight to behold. Now, let's talk about the service. Tana went above and beyond to make the evening special, making sure we were well cared for. Had an excellent experience at STK! The food was fantastic, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Our waitress Sofia A. was absolutely awesome - when my drink wasn't quite right, she immediately offered to remake it and she had the bar manager make it perfect the second time. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just how we wanted it throughout the meal. It's that kind of service that turns a good dinner into a great one.
