Amazing salads great pizza ,good portions ,clean restaurant, friendly staff and helpful, yummy bbq

The first time we got takeout from this restaurant, the food was very good. The second time, it was good but not as good as the first time. The Caesar salad I had enjoyed so much the first time had limp, bordering on spoiled lettuce, not at all crispy. I figured they were just having an off night. Tonight, when we ordered and got it home, the baby back ribs were undercooked and pink inside, the tri tip was tough and tasteless, and the garlic mashed potatoes were not really "mashed" at all. They still had large chunks of baked or boiled potato in them, some of which weren't even thoroughly cooked, and hardly any hint of actual garlic at all. The bread sticks were also limp, undercooked and doughy. The entire meal was a huge disappointment. We had to throw most of it in the garbage. It was almost entirely inedible. We only ate the bit we did, because we were just that hungry. The quality consistency has really gone downhill. We will not be going back. I am so sorry to report that I just cannot recommend it. read more

Came here to try the food to consider having them cater our wedding . The food was all very good but the service was not. I don't get the feeling that I could trust the staff to give good service at an event. We ordered quite a bit of food and when we were boxing everything up we had so many plates all over the table I felt like I was buried. The table was a huge mess. Servers would walk by and not seem to even notice. I know it is not a traditional table service restaurant but it seems like pre clearing is pretty basic. I have been a server for years so I get it . It maybe seemed like the staff isn't trained very well? Nobody stopped by to check on us and it doesn't seem like they know how to read a guest or tell if someone needs help. It was kind of a stressful meal. We did like the food so maybe we will try takeout next time. read more

I am a regular at the T.O. Stonefire Grill. My wife and I have tried many of the menu items and have thought they were all great. Lately I have been ordering the small (really quite large) Cartwheel salad with the Chili Lime Vinaigrette dressing with a 4 oz salmon added. When the server brought the order I noticed that the salmon seemed a little skimpy but within reason. I didn't say anything but a minute later someone other than the server (possibly the cook) arrived with an additional large portion of salmon and he said "The first order we sent you was a little skimpy. I can't praise this place enough! First, they WELL staff the lunch hour, so even with online orders the food comes prepared quickly. Staff: All friendly, professional, and on top of answering phones Management: They gave me a gift card replacing a salad that I ordered where the cooks forgot to put the meat in. Quickly and efficiently fixed the problem! Food: Delicious. Their chopped salads are absolutely delicious, and prices are great! Their "petite" salad is very large, so a lot of "Bang for your buck" Environment: Very clean, nice place to eat lunch. Horrible service, no hospitality. I ordered the cauliflower with meat sauce and it was so cold, as if they just took it out of the fridge. I asked them to make me a new one (which I typically don't do but it was that cold) once I got my new plate, nothing changed, it was still cold. Maybe that's how the dish was but it doesn't seem right to have it be cold. As far as the ordering before you get seated concept, it works well if it's done right, which it's not at this place unfortunately. I had high expectations for this place but it left me disappointed to the point where I just boxed my food and went home. I'm sure my microwave will be able to heat up my dish better then they could have. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

WONDERFUL FOOD!!! My husband and I have been here numerous times and we keep coming back. Everything on their menu is fantastic. Stonefire catered our rehearsal dinner. Start to finish this was perfect. The online catering menu is very clear with great packages, made the selection easy. Sandy, in the catering office was very helpful. Jake delivered the food right at the expected time and did a great job of setting up and mixing salad onsite. Tried this place for the first time with my boyfriend yesterday and was really disappointed. The reviews and everything on here look so great but we were so let down. He got tri-tip that was just okay, mashed potatoes that came out hardly warm and the breadsticks were just alright. I got a chicken pesto sandwhich and a side of chips. Pesto was way too salty and the chicken was in little chunks not a breast like I expected. Overall just nothing special, to be honest I don't think I would come back. read more

Great restaurant where they serve some dishes family style. There was a huge selection and Gabi, the person who took our order, was very helpful, friendly and made good recommendations for us to save money and make the right choices. Thanks, Gabi! Tonight my wife and I decided to try Stone Fire Grill. We had not been inside of it since the pandemic. My wife instead salad with her meal requested Chicken Tortilla soup. She was told it could not be a side she had to order it separate, no problem. The server brought my salad and we asked for the soup, he said it was coming. About ten minutes later they brought the meal and told us the soup would be right out. We ate our entire meal and still no soup. At the point that we were finished I walked up to the plexiglass window and a woman who was the manager right away told me to put my mask back on. I told her I just came from our both and we did not get the soup. She said she would come over to our both. A few minutes later she approached our booth handing us the cash for the soup. We told how her this should not have happened and all she could say could say was an insincere "sorry". Same old lousy service, and not much of an apology for correcting something that should not have happened. We will not go back there again. This pandemic aftermath must make anyone a manager. read more

(1) Ordered small (1 person) pasta marinara and small salad. They wanted to charge $16.00. The small salad is tiny, but the same price as the pasta. Each one $8.00. Using small pieces of lettuce (which is not even organic) to rip off the customer? How greedy can you get? (2) While you sit and eat your meal, several cleaning ladies keep stoping at your table with dirty rags and bins full of dirty dishes interrupting your meal, spreading germs and trying to grab plates you are not done with. How disgusting! Which restaurant does this while you are eating? The Health Dept. should visit them. Also, their so-called "clean" utensils are greasy. read more

I've been coming here since 2014 and have been a fan of everything on the menu. The food is a hit 95% of the time with very few disappointments with just Ok food experiences or wait times. For the price, customer service and quality I rather come to Stonefire than Woodranch anyday to be honest. There is something for everyone. Taste wise, it's good enough, presentation wise earns them just pass, but customer service is definitely their goal and they excel at it. Every time I visit this location, I get the best service, the best food and a great time. The tri tip is always cooked perfectly. The salads are always fresh and full of flavor, not to mention the best blue cheese dressing in town. This is a restaurant that I will drive 40 minutes out of my way to get to. I had dinner there with an old friend and the food was awesome. Their lemon garlic chicken is the best. After dinner, I ordered a salad and soup to take home. There was a mix-up and my order somehow got placed in the phone orders. Therefore I waited 20 minutes and they asked me if I was waiting for an order. They swiftly apologized and the waitress herself personally apologized. The cashier promptly reversed my bill and said it was on them for the error. Stonefire is pretty much a staple go to restaurant for me. Whenever I need to bring some food to a friend's or a potluck, i just get some pesto pasta and cartwheel salad and everyone is set. Love the pesto, i can pretty much eat that all day. The cartwheel is great as well. read more

I hate Yelp with a passion. With that being said, this place is always fantastic. You like meat, salads, and delicious side dishes, look no further. Simple service concept and great atmosphere. I don't understand how anyone rates under 4 stars, those people are garbage humans and should be slapped. Oh, you waited just a little bit longer than normal for your food? Calm the heck down and shut up, its just a restaurant, enjoy it and quit making it more difficult on others you morons. I had ordered catering for our company of about 17 people. We have had a few great experiences with this location and big orders of up to 10 people. Always 100% percent satisfied! Unfortunately, we were surprised at the amount provided for this order. In the 10+ years experience in customer service I understand holiday traffic. But we contacted the supervisor Sean. First off let me start by saying the customer service I received from Robbie was above and beyond a 5 star. I ordered delivery through postmates, the delivery guy showed up dropped off a bag and ran out quick. Well he only delivered a half of my order, so i called stonefire and they said he picked up all my order but they would remake my food and to have postmates come get the new food. Just a forewarning that calling customer service for postmates is useless, they apparently have no way of dispatching a new driver to go get the food you paid for that wasn't delivered! So after work I went to go pick up my food and Robbie took such great care of me, he gave me a gift card and cake which wasn't necessary since none of this was there fault at all but he went above and beyond to give great customer service. Exceeding expectations , We love Stonefire Grill eat there two to three times a week. 99 percent of the time everything is perfect. This time during the lunch rush there was a couple of issues. Approaching the counter I saw a young man with a smile on his face eager to help. My first thought was that I needed a manager and ask for someone in charge. He said he would be happy to do that but is there anything he could do. With a slight hesitation I explain to him the issues. Alec the young man's name was, jumped into action and took care of everything instantly. Alec is obviously management material empowered with the ability to resolve customers issues. Finally after 11 visits they got my takeout order correct. So we decided to dine in this time and watch the show unfold. Ordered salads and pizzas. The salads came out first so those eating pizza had to wait while everyone else was eating. One person wanted oil and vinegar for the salad. We asked and then waited and waited. When our pizzas arrived we asked that person to get some oil and vinegar with the promise he would return someday soon. We waited and waited again. I got up to check on employee number 2 and I saw employee number 1 bring the requested vinegar but no oil. I asked if it always took 2 trips. Then number 2 appeared with both. I laughed so loud.
