So, this is one of my favorite restaurants, love to come with my friends and family and always have amazing service and delicious food! This time I came in the food was amazing as always (half lemon garlic chicken is what I always order) and the server Raquel made the experience not as great. She took my order and I felt like I was a bother to her. She didn't seem to fit the "stone fire employee". Just my luck, she also delivered my food and she didn't even ask if I needed anything else. This place is amazing!! I highly recommend the pesto pasta it's out of this world. We also had the tri tip and chicken combo. We got garlic lemon chicken and bbq tri tip and it was soooo tender and delicious! The bread sticks are a must so garlicky and soft and the service is suburb! Always get catering from here because it's so much food at a reasonable price. We also use this place when we're in the "feed the family with no notice" pinch. They have incredible salads that are so easy to make vegetarian (sub quinoa for meat), which means my boyfriend and i can actually agree on a lunch spot that makes us both happy. My coworker and I decided to get lunch from here. I got the baked rigatoni with meat sauce to go and was grossed out by what I got. It looks like they took rigatoni and out in a plastic container, then put some cheese at the bottom and sloped on some watered down meat marinara sauce (if you can even call it that! There was about a 1/4 of liquid at the bottom of my container. I couldn't even eat it and I'm diabetic and needed to eat! So I ended up ordering pizza instead. Great spot to grab some dinner from. The Greek salad is tasty and refreshing. I usually call in and order take out, but the dinning area is large. They're very thorough which I like. I did however knock off a star because of the long wait times for takeout. It's not a spot I can just drop by for a salad on some days, but I understand they're busier certain days. Stonefire catered our wedding in Los Angeles on 10/26/19 and they did an incredible job! They were by far the most affordable caterer we found, and they give you so much food and high quality service for the price. We had guests tell us we had the best wedding buffet they'd ever had! It's better than your average order at the counter lunch place, and for BBQ in the Westlake / TO area, I'd say it beats out Bandit's by a hair. I was very happy with the bread sticks and my tri-tip sandwich. We had used them for our wedding last year and the food was good. We went into their store yesterday and tried some different things, and I was disappointed. My pulled pork sandwich was very good and the carrot cake is killer, but their "Cowboy Beans" are terrible. A 1 out of 10. It was like a bowl of soup with some beans thrown in. I love this place, it is fast, the food is fresh, hot, and very good. Our family favorites: the salads, which have lots of vegetables (not just salad and a tomato like some places), the tri-tip is always cooked as we requested, and the salmon is moist and not over not overcooked like so many places. Oh and the BBQ ribs are wonderful, meaty and very juicy. You do go up to the counter and order and you must get your own place settings and drinks. I think this is why the prices are so great and it's fast. It is very family friendly and affordable. If you are looking for a slow, romantic evening where you have someone hoovering over you, this is not the place. read more

5 stars, not only was service exceptional but food was sooooo good. I had their catered food before and restaurant experience did not disappoint. The manager took our order, he was friendly and knowledgeable. I started with a generously poured glass of wine and we ate like kings. The food here is on point. I tried the garlic chicken and tri tip... Cooked to perfection and the pastas are also worth mentioning cause the cheese to sauce ratio is perfect. I have been dating my girlfriend for over 2 years now, she's the one that turned me on to Stonefires and I absolutely love this place. We try and make it there at least every other month and the service and food has always been outstanding. I would love to see Stonefires open up a restaurant in the Oxnard Collection off the 101 freeway and Oxnard Boulevard. I believe a prime location like the Oxnard Collection would do great business and open the eyes of people that have not eaten there that live in the Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura, and the Ojai areas. I truly believe Stonefires would do great business out this way and I wish you would really consider looking into it. read more

I stopped coming her for a short while due to food and service issues. I tried this place again two weeks ago and was happy with the service although the soda machine was having issues and I thought my portion size on my salad was awfully small! I came back this weekend and sure enough my salad was bigger this time..... so I think someone shorted me last time. They also messed up my order and I had to go inside and get the manager. The service was pretty poor. Now this isn't the type of place you get great service at.... there's no waiter. But I couldn't get the gentleman refilling the silverware to give me a to-go box and bag. He pointed the boxes out to me and said I could go to the kitchen and find someone if I wanted a bag. That's not great service. The people next to me were also delivered their food with no utensils and when they inquired were told (by a different gentleman) where they could find the silverware inside. There was also a table that sat uncleaned for over 30 minutes and staff had no idea how to properly process the influx of guests at lunch. There were 12 of us in 2 lines when someone could easily have opened a lane at to go to get us through faster. I'm a little disappointed that things really went south here on Saturday afternoon.. I think I'll eat at blaze across the street or somewhere different next time. read more
