This is a got place for a date if you like pizza, they have a long list of drinks and beers, the pizza is great, a thin crust and full of ingredients, they ha a pig and pear pizza, a unique flavor that I recommend to try. They service is fast and friendly. The place has a simple but unique vibe with some star wars decor.

Pizza was phenomenal. Not super busy so we were leary that it might not be great. We were wrong, it it ended up filling up after we ordered. 10/10

My fiance and I just got back from Japan. When we got back, she was craving pizza. I decided to pick this place because I think it's the best pizza in the area. I drove to the restaurant and found plenty of parking. No one was in line before me, so I was able to place my order quickly. I could have called in an order ahead of time, but this way allowed me to have a beer while I waited. The have a system for pouring beer that I have not seen anywhere else. Their system pours the beer from the bottom of the cup. I decided to get a Bat Outta Helles. The beer was at a good cold temperature. If you do get a beer here, you can take notice of the unique classes that they use for their beer pouring system. I can't stress this part enough, only do this with any empty glass, or else there will be a mess. One you are done with your beer, you can poke the bottom of the beer and see that the bottom raises up. It will then settle back to the bottom. The wall that I was sitting by had some Star Wars pizza art on display. The pizza came out about 15 minutes. The person that brought it to my table, opened both boxes to show me the order was correct before I left. The pizzas were both really tasty. I got a Meat Lover's pizza while my fiance got a Veggie pizza. I recommend this place for the best pizza in the area, a unique beer pouring system, and great service.

Went again on Sunday March 30 around noon. Pizza was as delicious as the first time. I hope the owners realize what a great employee they have in Patrick. He takes special care with every order. I have a gluten issue so I had the cauliflower crust and I had no reactions to it. You won't regret trying this place!!!!

So good!!! This is the first legit pizza place that I've found that I will actually be a regular at! The pepperoni rolls were so good! The dough was soft and flavorful and they were stuffed with cheese and pepperoni. So so so tasty! I didn't see it on the menu but I'm hoping they have other combinations of rolls as well. The ranch was also great! The pizza was huge! I forgot how big a large is! We will be having pizza all week! The ingredients on the supreme pizza were fresh and plentiful. Again, the dough is soft and sauce is flavorful. I for sure will be back ASAP! Those rolls are calling my name!

We stopped in for some pizza and pizza rolls. We had the wine country pizza. We liked the crust, the sauce and the variety of toppings. The pepperoni rolls were fantastic. Nice and flavorful and not too bready like most are. Very casual and friendly atmosphere with some nice beers on tap. Order at the counter and they will bring it to your table.

Way less busy than the other one in San Antonio and the food is absolutely delicious. This is a must stop when you come into town.

The Stouts Special pizza is so delicious! I recommend getting ranch to dip it in. The salads are pretty good, too.

I was in San Antonio for a work conference and somehow ended up at Dough two nights in a row…read more Honestly, after the first meal there was no way I wasn't coming back. The first night I was greeted by a friendly host and sat at the bar, where Billy took great care of me. He recommended the Cotto e Salsiccia, and I'm so glad he did. It was easily one of the best pizzas I've had. While I was there, the cheesemaker let me try a bite of the fresh mozzarella they were making in-house. It was still warm and absolutely delicious. The next night I was feeling a little homesick after being away for work, and all I could think about was that pizza. I walked back in and the host greeted me by name. I sat at the bar again, where another bartender remembered me from the night before, and Billy came over just to say hi. It seems like such a small thing, but when you're traveling alone, being welcomed back like that can completely change your evening. What really impressed me was seeing that it wasn't just me. The guy next to me ordered two pizzas to go, and when the chef brought them out he smiled and said, "Oh, Jose! I thought this order looked familiar!" You can tell they actually know their regulars and genuinely enjoy what they do. The second night I ordered the Fontina e Salsiccia, and somehow it was just as good as the first pizza. Everything is cooked in the wood-fired oven--even the wings--and you can taste the difference. The crust has that perfect char, the ingredients are fresh, and it's the kind of authentic Neapolitan pizza that keeps you thinking about it long after you've left. I've eaten at a lot of good restaurants while traveling, but very few have made me feel as welcome as Dough did. Great food is one thing. Great people are what made me come back the very next day. I'll absolutely be back the next time I'm in San Antonio.

When I asked why they have a hot plate shelf next to the entrance and that I burned my arm on it, the manager and greeter state? There is a sign! They took no responsibility for the ill placement of the sign! As you walk in, we saw several People back into the shelf to allow others to get buy! I can see a child burning their hand terribly on this! What did the restaurant do? Nothing... several times we suggested something be done and not until the manager realized that yes, this is a problem did he do something remotely responsible. I couldn't enjoy the food! I was upset? Hurting and taken back by the terrible way they handled the situation. For reference, I'll show you the picture with the barrier.

The food feels like the chefs were given good quality materials, but had no idea what to do with them. We ordered a funghi pizza to share then a cinghiale, a costine (short ribs), and a dentice (bass). Funghi pizza was the only dish that made coming worth it at all. It had a nice flavor, but if you're expecting the notes of an earthy mushroom flavor, don't. It's just a nicer version of a standard cheese pizza topped with some onions and mushroom. The cinghiale was just stunningly mediocre. The meat was flavorful, but the pasta itself was shockingly bland. It was just so... ok. The dentice was the best of the 3 individual dishes, but it is just what you would expect some average short ribs with random sauce to taste. The costine was just terrible. Salty on the outside, yet flavorless on the inside. Avoid at all costs. The service was passable, but they clearly overwork their servers as one server just handles an entire section and is too overwhelmed to be timely. I came to cheer myself up, but honestly it only made dinner comically worse. I seriously can't imagine what would cause someone to rate this as 5 stars. Maybe if they thought Olive Garden was 4.5, then I guess this would barely be a 5 in comparison? Either way, if you're looking for good food for your dinner, keep looking. You won't find it here.

Every dish feels thoughtfully curated with tried-and-true recipes rooted in Chef Luca and his family's Northern Italian traditions. This is the kind of place where quality takes priority over quantity. Our server, Gary, was fantastic. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and passionate about Italian food and wine. His recommendations were spot-on and his enthusiasm felt so genuine. We started with a bread basket accompanied by a little sampling of tapenade, which was savory, briny, and a perfect complement to the warm bread. Came in with a group of four, we kicked things off with the burrata starter--a surprisingly fun and shareable adventure of baked burrata, fresh crostini, roasted cauliflower, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and basil cream. There was a lot happening on the plate, but it all worked beautifully together. For our entrées, we ordered the Tartufo, Cinghiale, Bolognese, and Carbonara. And let me just say, the Tartufo was a full-on dinner performance. Gary brought out steaming hot tagliatelle pasta and tossed it tableside inside a giant wheel of Parmesan. He then topped it with crab meat in brown butter before finishing it with a generous shaving of truffle. Every bite was like a perfectly timed symphony of flavors--rich, savory, buttery, and earthy, with nothing outshining the other. I'd put this dish up against anyone's nonna. I sampled the other three entrées as well, and every one was delicious. The gnocchi in the Cinghiale is an absolute must-try--pillowy, texturally delightful, and packed with flavor. Thank you, Nonna Osteria, for such an epic culinary experience. And a special shoutout to Gary for guiding us through the menu and making an already great dinner even better.
