Came in today and never coming back. I am shocked at the service I received, a girl was giving me a pedicure and she was actively chopping pieces of my skin off not even close to or near the cuticle by the fifth toe I asked her nicely not to take so much skin off but she continued to try to do the same thing then I had to ask someone else to help me. I was crying and shaking for half an hour before I was even offered a water. I still paid for my full service and left a tip to the second girl who helped me . I never requested not to pay because it is not about the money. Cutting pieces of my skin off on all four of my toes can cause permanent discoloration. My toes currently burn and have pain and I'm sure they will all be purple with scabs tomorrow . Not once did anyone even apologize to me. I never yelled or complained. This place is close to my house so I thought it would be convenient. I'm glad I tried them! Really reasonably priced and they have tons and tons of colors for dip. If you want extra colors (like sparkles on your ring fingers) it's a flat $5 fee. Not $5 per extra colors but $5 whether you get two, three, or four colors. I have went to both Strawberry Nails and Omni Nails (both owned by Debbie) for over 2 years now and the result are always like the ones you see on instagram (if not better!!!). They have never once disappointed me on any of the mail sets I got. So much so that I turned my mom over to them (when she had been going to a nail place in Salinas, CA -where I'm from- for over 10 years!!). I thought service was fast. The nail techs were nice. It took me 1.5 hrs to do both toes and nails. I've been getting dip powder for over 2 years now and usually they would soak my nails in a bowl of hot water and the top bowl is acetone and cotton. They didn't soak my dip powder nails here. I find this process faster. Instead, they wrapped it in foil and acetone which is ok. I just don't like this process bc they shave your nails as they're wrapping it if the dip powder is difficult to come off. I like my nails but I'm not in love with them. I got dip powder French and the lady that did it made some tips look crooked. It's not an easy technique to master so I understand. I still appreciate her for trying. But I don't think I'll come back because I don't like the process they do to take off my dip. read more

My first try at Strawberry nails and I was pleasantly surprised at how good of a job they did! I arrived about 15 minutes before opening but they allowed me to come in about 5 minutes early while their employees were arriving. Their nail polish selection is amazing, different brands and loads of color! I was the first one in the seats for mani/pedi and they started working immediately. It took a few minutes for the water to warm up but after it did it was nice and relaxing. The woman who helped me, Charlene, did a great job with my overgrown cuticles and listening to all my requests. They even offered small bottles of water! i've gone here before in the past and got a beautiful set of nails that lasted me for a while. and the prices were also really good. however, i went a few days ago (january 13th or 14th) and the prices had been updated, however not updated on the website. i was informed that the prices had increased in person, which was great! however, this time i feel as if the quality had went down. the shaping is subpar, the nails are too thick, and they are starting to get really loose just three days later. i paid $70 for these nails, but are definitely not $70 quality. unfortunately will not be going back update!! i got my nails redone at a different salon and they agreed that the quality was not good, and they definitely should not be $70 worth. i hate leaving negative reviews, but please do not waste your money here read more

Oh what a great experience! Professional, clean and so sweet! I came here as a suggestion from a friend and I'm so happy I did. Plenty of parking and my nails look so cute! I had a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. The massage was my favorite part of the pedicure. I really appreciate being asked what kind of pressure I prefer and the hot paraffin wax was just what I needed. Also, I had broken a toenail and my technician fixed it so perfectly, now my toes look like little candy drops lol thank you to the owner who made sure to check on me during my service. You can tell she really cares about how her business is being run. Oh, and the massage chair! A bit roomier than other places and I enjoyed that as well. My fingernails have to be short for work and my cuticles can get really dry, my nail tech did an amazing job making them look soft and nice. May did my toes & Amy did my gel manicure. They used to be wonderful, but the last few months I've had bad experiences, and won't go back after my last mani/pedi. The selection of polish and quality is poor. The OPI nail lacquer are multiples of the same color and are all half (or less) full, and the will change the polish brand in the chair. This means my mani was chipping the next day. Additionally, my nails were cut so short that it took a week to be able to scratch an itch. That has never happened before, and may be intentionally done to save polish. My pedi color was not changed out, but my toe was cut. The next day I had to care for it as it was painful. Additionally, they raised their prices and didn't tell me the services I always get, the deluxe which comes with hot wax, and just charged me the same price without the hot wax instead of asking if I'd still like it. Came here as a pre-party pamper (plus my company paid for it!) and was left pretty disappointed! Located in the same plaza as Rite Aid and Blue Rock BBQ, Strawberry Nails is a new nail salon that has a autumn/winter sale for 20% off Mondays and Wednesdays. Pretty cool. My co-workers and I came here at around 2PM to get a mani/pedi. We sat at these big nice chairs facing a TV playing the Food Network. It was nice to get my nails done on the company dime, but there were a few issues I had with the whole experience: 1. Though the seating for the pedicures were comfy, they were either too close together or just not spaced out enough. There was barely room for the techs to even work on you! I would have to do contortionist sht to reach my hand over to the UV light, which totally killed all the comfiness of the chair. It was just not a relaxing experience. 2. The tech working on my hands did a very rushed job. She had to have the tech working on my toes do quality control by looking at her work to see what she missed. And even with the second pair of eyes, they still missed multiple spots. The end result is a bubbly, hardened, globbed-up mess. 3. You just KNOW they said sht about you in Vietnamese. Context clues/body language is a hard tell! Multiple times I saw at least two techs stare/stink eye. In the end, not happy with the result, but stuck with it as we had our party shortly after our time at the salon and I didn't want to deal with it anymore. Will probably go to my regular salon to get it fixed. Sorry Strawberry, not a fan. read more

When the lady had finally came 4 more ladies crowd around her and all start snickering and staring at my feet. Pink tips by Ammy! My last set lasted 3 weeks with no lifting at all. Topically when I go to other technicians my hair gets stuck on my nails after a week and a half. I use cuticle oil a lot and wash my hands very often too. She's great Previous Review - I walked in Friday and got a new full acrylic set. They sat me down right away. Ammy was my technician and she did a beautiful quick job. I showed her a reference picture and she delivered! I had card issues but the ladies were very understanding. Yes, I did pay eventually. I am so thankful that they trusted me. I've been getting my toes done here for most of life with it being just down the street from my home.
