Ate here today, about two hours ago, and the food was mediocre compared to other Subway's. The broccoli cheddar soup was very watery and the broccoli looked old/dark which I didn't notice until after my 3 year old was nearly finished. Immediately after eating it, my {just turned} 3 year old said she had to use the restroom. I noticed that they did not have a public restroom so I quickly ran over to the laundromat next door where I was doing laundry. She used the restroom once and I was surprised when she asked to use it again 15 minutes later so I took her again but she didn't go. I apologize for the details, but 10 minutes later she was smelling pretty "ripe" and said "I have to go really bad!" The laundromat manager was no where to be found and in order to get into the bathroom, he needs to unlock it. I immediately run to Subway, where we had just eaten, and ask if my toddler can use the restroom, she's only been potty trained since January and this was her very first time expressing a sense of urgency. The woman {Armineh} tells me "No, I'm sorry, she can't. It's not for public." I tell her that I understand but is there any way she can make an exception because my baby is laterally about to go on the floor! This woman had the audacity to tell me "Whatever you want, she can go there {points to corner of the restaurant}" I ask her "Here in the restaurant, on the floor?" She replies "Yes,fine" and walks away. The young man making a guest a sandwich, hears her and misunderstands the "Yes, Fine" reply as her telling me "Yes, fine, use the bathroom" and he tells me to come through the little door. As I am opening it, about to walk through she comes back out from the back and slams it. She yells something at the guy and he replies with "I misunderstood you." I am so upset and literally in tears at the lack of humanity this "woman" has for a 3 year old about to poop her pants! A random patron in the restaurant tells me "I work at the Veterinarian clinic next door, we'll let her use the restroom." I walk out LIVID and push over the patio chair that was blocking the sidewalk (Not the best reaction and I should have kept my cool but I still have a kid about to poop her pants because of the nasty broccoli cheddar soup!) Also the lemonade tasted mildew-ish (Kind of like the Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland smells) so we had a full PAID FOR cup which I ended up having to dump outside of their door since they don't have trash bins outside and I was not going to go back in. Point being, the food and beverages are not up to par with other local Subway's and the manager (at least I think she was the manager) lack humanity. So many establishments that "don't have a public restroom" will make an exception for the very old and the very young in times of an emergency. She could have guarded the door if she was scared I was going to snatch up inventory. Unacceptable. Inhumane. Shameful. read more

I ordered online, 3 sandwiches. I unchecked the cucumber box online for all 3, but all of them had cucumbers. I clicked extra spinach and lettuce, but I barely saw any. I had to go in and ask for extra greens on side. I don't usually go subway, but I wanted to try to the new buffalo chicken sandwich as advertised. I barely saw any chicken or buffalo sauce. I mean how do you put more ranch then buffalo sauce in a buffalo chicken sandwich? My sandwiches were not toasted and they were stone cold. If I order hot sandwich, I expect at least to be warm, but the kids that were working there(no supervision) obviously didn't even bother heating up the meat. I am extremely disappointed with this subway and plan on never returning to this garbage restaurant. I understand that we are experiencing pandemic, but at least get better staff, not kids that look like they are high on weed forgetting every detail. What if I was allergic to cucumbers? In conclusion, do not order online, make sure you go in person and supervise when they are making your sandwich. Update: Tried the chicken/bacon sandwich later. Why is the chicken so tough? I don't mean like chicken breast tough, but felt more like tough mystery meat instead of chicken? Not sure if I'm just picky or got the bad batch, but never ever get chicken from this subway. I assume that if you are reading this, you are at least somewhat familiar with the Subway sandwich chain. I assume, also, that you are aware of the fact that these individual restaurants tend to vary significantly in the quality of their customer service and the cleanliness of the premises. Having eaten at Subways an embarrassing amount of times in my life, I can tell you that I have never been to Subway with better customer service or cleanliness. The employees have all been super cheerful and polite, made my sandwiches in a timely manner, the ingredients here are always as fresh as Subways come, and the restaurant is immaculate. The people here really care that a good job is done and they value enticing customers to repeat their service. Thank you to this wonderful staff! read more

When you place a app order they still get your order wrong they got all what I wanted in the sandwich but when it came to the bread they didn't read the order right and just wanted to use what ever bread they wanted for the sandwich contact the store can't do nothing about it was through the app and was at work so I didn't have time to check the order and contacted customer service I know that will get no help or contact back but just a heads up better to go into location cause they will not read your order correctly read more

The staff is very good. I've noticed it's usually the same faces there and has been that way for a couple years. They are very detail oriented and customer friendly. There is one Armenian lady who has a very thick accent but you can tell takes the time to speak loudly and clearly to be punctual and she does a great job. I've never had an issue understanding her. I'm a vegan and this is the only chain that's asked me to specify if the veggie patty I want is vegan or not (they have two options). For the comment down the way that say's they're racist, I just don't believe you. I'm not Armenian and they've treated me like everyone else. I've seen them with other races, same treatment. Maybe you caught them in the middle of literally counting money where they needed to concentrate (which also sounds like closing time) and maybe the people walking in were personal friends/ not giving them attitude....just a thought. read more

I feel like all subway's are the same. This one is close to home so i often go here. I do like the oven roasted chicken breast with everything on it - no cheese, no mayo. Tried the chipotle sauce they have, it's pretty darn good. I just HATE how they go cheap on the lettuce and the veggies, how they put some on your sandwich then they ACTUALLY remove it. This subway is pretty dank. The food tastes great. The workers are nice and not stupid. I eat here somewhat often, and I've never had an issue. I get the white bread footlong sub(no toasted) with ham with the typical lettuce, tomato, pickle, and olives stuff. Then I add in banana peppers and jalapeños. I must never forget to add the subway vinaigrette. Then I add Tabasco sauce for even more vinegar and spicy flavor. No cockroaches or boogers in my sandwiches so they do right by me. 5 ~ read more

Out of all the Subways I have been too this is the best one not only because it's clean but their Customer Service skills. They are very nice and polite. Two days ago I ordered sandwiches from this location for breakfast. My family, except my mom, ate the sandwiches and guess what, those who ate the sandwiches got FOOD POISONING. Later in the day we felt dizzy, nauseous, had diarrhea and a very bad stomachache. At night I even started having a mild fever and all of these symptoms lasted for two days. Today, as I was feeling a little better, I called them and the manager picked up the phone. As I was explaining what has happened, she stopped me in the middle and told me to call her back on Monday when the owner comes back to work. There was no apologies at all. I guess she didn't know how to handle situations like this even though she introduced herself as the manager. Honestly if I was the manager of a restaurant and I hear that someone got food poisoned from their food, the first thing I would do is to apologize and not cut them off while they are talking. Fresh Bread, cheap sandwiches, what else can you ask for? Even though the parking gets a little tight at this location, it is still a great one to go to. The employees are friendly and competent. There may be a lot of people in line, but the wait time is never too long. At subway you can choose from any of their typical sandwiches and then you can add any number of great toppings to it. Also, subway now has the option of toasting the subs. I still prefer my meatball sub to be untoasted, as the warmth of the meatballs is sufficient to melt the cheese. They also have a variety of breads to choose from, whether you want wheat, white or something unique. It is easy to find a type of bread to go well with whatever sandwich you have. read more

Everyone here is nice. I like the staff. The food is o-kay. I recently saw that they put rubber in their bread which freaked me out. Who does that? I don't blame the owners but Subway themselves. Worst customer service ever experienced lmao the girls working there made it seem like they were doing me a huge favor by making the sandwiches I ordered. I've been here maybe a total of 5 times over the past couple of years. The food is great, like it always is at Subway. The customer service has been okay the past few times, nothing special, and that's fine. Today, however, the woman that helped me was AWFUL and because of this visit, I am never coming back. I walk in and I notice in the back that the woman (who took my order) was talking to some man who was holding a baby. Who knows if she was playing with the baby on the clock before I walked in. She didn't bother to wash her hands before greeting me, and when she acknowledged me, it was a rude, grouchy "what can i get for you??" that was in between conversating with her co-workers. I begin telling her what I want and before she puts her plastic gloves on, her nose becomes important and she decides to dig a finger in there for a second, right in front of me. If I hadn't been starving because of the heat, I would have left. I decided to stay, knowing she'd put the gloves on, and finish ordering. She finishes my order and heads to the register. However, I can't meet her there because her and two other girls are crowded around the register yapping about when paychecks come in. Are you kidding me? Talk about this another time, when you don't have customers waiting to pay and LEAVE. She finally takes my card and hands me my food, while talking to her co-workers. Which of course meant she couldn't be bothered to say bye or have a nice day. I would love to see her ServSafe certification that allows her to handle food. read more

I occasionally come here weekday mornings around 8:30, so I can only review this shift. Polite girls. Friendly, fast service. It helps that there is most always nobody in line at that hour, and I don't know why! It's got a nice dining area, and nice lighting for us non-morning people, and plenty of seating. I also like that they also have some high bar-style tables and chairs. Parking is plentiful ever since the Starbucks closed, so that's a plus! read more
