10 years since we first visited this place, same owner, same quality, same service, our must visit Japanese omakase when we visit Vegas.

Assortment of nigiri - we have a mix of different tuna otoro cuts, sea trout, and yellowtail

Tucked in an unsuspecting shopping center off the strip in the heart of Vegas is where you'll find this hidden gem. The servers were so kind and attentive. We were immediately seated at the sushi bar and greeted by the sushi chefs behind the counter. The ambiance itself is very intimate and quaint with dim lighting and light wooden panels accented throughout the restaurant. We ordered a variety of nigiri and appetizer options all of which were incredibly delicious. The uni tempura was so different, the tempura gave a nice crunch, and the integrity of the uni was nicely in-tact with every bite. The five kinds of mushrooms were so delightfully meaty and savory, while the black cod melted in our mouths with such a light miso forward taste. All the seafood we had was so fresh and seasoned to perfection. Nothing tasted overpowering in the slightest. None of the nigiri's we got were bad in any sense of the word - it really just comes down to individual preference. With that being said my *personal* favorites of the nigiri had to be the golden eye snapper, both types of uni were amazing I just simply couldn't choose one, ocean trout, and fattiest o-toro tuna options were to die for. My fiancé and I are absolutely delighted to find our new go-to sushi restaurant. More than happy to make the long-distance trek across town to get our fix for the foreseeable future. Couldn't recommend them enough!

You could make the case that this is the best omakase in Las Vegas. It's easily one of the city's most underrated gems. I'd confidently put this spot in the top three sushi restaurants in Vegas. Their omakase at the sushi bar starts at $150 per person, featuring eight courses including dessert. What really sets Sushi Hiroyoshi apart is its purity and simplicity. There's no over-the-top presentation, just incredibly fresh ingredients prepared with meticulous care. Every bite of nigiri feels intentional from the ratio of fish to rice, the touch of soy sauce, and even the hint of wasabi, all balanced perfectly. You'll get a variety of nigiri, from delicate white fish to rich toro, and even some beautifully seared pieces. With tax, tip, and drinks, you're looking at around $225 to $250 per person, but trust me, it's worth every penny. Located inside a strip mall with plenty of parking. It's a quaint little spot with a sushi bar and a couple of tables.

This is a hidden gem. If you're looking for some of the best sushi you may ever get, this is it. We were welcomed right away and sat at our table (recommended to get a Rez, very few tables). Server was awesome the whole time and gave us recommendations. Not one miss, all 10/10. Mushrooms were amazing, flavor was so savory and delicious. Tuna was buttery and the highest quality I've had. Cod was awesome. Rolls were simple yet unforgettable. Will come here whenever we're in Vegas. Don't miss out

This was my second time at sushi hiroyoshi & not only do I love the food, the service is just as awesome! It's a small restaurant and we've made reservations both times. But it takes me back to eating sushi in Japan. The fish is soo fresh & you can see the sushi chefs preparing your order. No matter what you order, it's worth every penny!

If you are looking for a world-class sushi experience tucked away from the chaotic noise of the Strip, Sushi Hiroyoshi in Charleston Market Place is an absolute must-visit , and it was exactly the "Zen" experience I needed. We called for reservation on the same day and they were happy to make the reservation for us The Standout: Freshness The quality of the fish here is on a completely different level. You aren't just getting a meal; you're getting a masterclass in freshness. The sashimi was buttery and pristine--it's clear they prioritize high-grade sourcing. Every bite of sushi felt clean, vibrant, and expertly sliced. It is easily some of the best-tasting fish I've found in Las Vegas. The Vibe & Service The restaurant itself is intimate and impeccably clean, striking the perfect balance between simple decor and a comfortable, upscale feel. It's a small space (about 5 tables plus the sushi bar), which makes the service feel incredibly personal. My hostess was warm, hospitable, and made sure our dining experience felt special. From the friendly greeting at the door to the spotless environment (including the restrooms), the attention to detail here is 10/10. The Verdict Whether you're a local or just in town for a visit, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. This isn't just "good" sushi--it's an exceptional dining experience.

Nice hidden gem located on Charleston and Jones! Everything in the menu looks fantastic and authentic Japanese with more fresh fish offerings in lieu of rolls. This place offers a delightful 7 course Omakase for $120. You won't see it on the menu. This place is small, but easy to get reservations. The server was very friendly and very knowledgeable when we had questions with the menu. All dishes included with the Omakase were flavorful. Some dishes were shareable, and some served for each individual. One of my favorite dishes was the huge shareable sashimi bowl. Beautifully presented with a great array of various high quality fish. My least favorite part of the Omakase with the butterflied sweet shrimp because it did not have much meat to it. Dessert was a small slice of Japanese cheesecake with green tea ice cream. I've had green tea ice cream at many sushi places, but the green tea ice cream here is one of the best. Omakase was portioned well, and we all left and felt satisfied and satieted. I would come back for their Omakase again.

Always super fresh, high quality fish. Great service very reasonable pricing. The house salad alone, gets me in here. So perfect and love the dressing. Homemade soy sauce Very clean, small restaurant. Reservation recommended

We visited this cozy, authentic Japanese spot that has decent parking. The restaurant serves a limited number of guests, so reservations are definitely recommended. We started with edamame and the premium sashimi and sashimi was amazin. The grilled black cod was absolutely outstanding, and the nigiri was excellent as well. To finish, we had mochi and green tea ice cream, which were both delicious. Overall, this place is a must try

How far in advance can you make a reservation?

14 days at most, unless the restaurant has design or remodel plans, then they’ll let you know specific timeframes

Called today to make a reservation but no one answered. Seems like they are under maintenance, how do I reach the place to make a reservation in this case? Thanks!

Hello- the restaurant is undergoing maintenance for two weeks. During this time, the owners have taken a much needed respite. I will reach out to the manager to see about reservations. Please check back on 1-2 days. Thank you!

Hi! I want to make a reservation at the sushi bar either on the 25th or 26th? Thanks!

Please call the restaurant on November 16th. Maintenance is scheduled to be completed prior and the restaurant should reopen on this day.…

    Can we get delivery?

Call for PICK UP. Not signed up with food delivery services.

Anyone know if this restaurant offers omakase?

They do ! Secretly 🤫 just ask them, it's $100.

Went to the business and saw a post on the door saying it's only open for dinner. Can anyone confirm that?

For now, it is only opened for dinner.

    How much is the omakase?

    $100

Do I need to make a reservation? Or is this somewhere we can go and get a table.

The place is kind of small, I'd strongly suggest making a reservation. Great sushi

How much does omakase cost? do they have omakse for lunch?

$100 for Omakase. Currently, only opened for dinner.

Do I need to reserve for Omakase?

No. We told out server when we sat down. It was amazing!

Is omakase available only at the bar? Thanks in advance.

Typically yes because the is an intimate interaction with the sushi chef and getting to talk to them and seeing them work their magic but I'm sure if you want to sit at the table and have them bring the dishes to you it would be possible.

How early are Open for lunch & are Reservations required?

I'd recommend reservations. Lunch opens at 11:30

Is this all you can eat?

No, they are a step above that, not saying AYCE places are not good but this place serve some items that are air flown daily.

The comedy lineup was amazing and honestly made the whole experience so fun and memorable. Even though they forgot one of our food orders and no water was served to our table or follow-up was made to check if we needed anything afterwards, we still had a really good time because the atmosphere and performances were enjoyable. The reason I removed one star was not because of the comedians or the show itself, but due to an uncomfortable interaction regarding one of the tickets. Another group of BTS fans had an extra ticket they couldn't use, so they kindly gave it to my cousin rather than letting it go to waste. While I completely understand if the policy did not allow the extra ticket to be honored, the situation could have been handled more respectfully. Unfortunately, the Filipino lady working there (possibly a server or owner, though I'm not entirely sure) made us feel as though we were not being truthful about where the ticket came from, even after we explained that it had been given to us by another group who could not use it. A little more understanding and professionalism in that interaction would have made the experience much better overall. Before the show: Love the whole atmosphere and the food options , not to mention they did a remix of food choices so nothing can go wrong. Service was quick in the beginning and they were able to accommodate our group so quickly. I'll update more because we are about to watch the show that came with our bts ticket . It was around $40 for early bird and comes with drink and appetizer which is great deal and a show now that's a deal we can't miss!!

We have dined there in the past and have always sat at a table but we came in on a whim and there was only bar seating, which was fine. The guy with the braids and Frank were awesome and the Sommelier was really cool and was passionate about his wine list. My fiancé and I are both industry vets and we understand that sometimes you aren't always in the best mood but this felt oddly personal. Again, we have no idea what we did wrong. The food was exceptional. Some highlights are: Oxtail hummus: The best hummus I've ever had and the oxtail was cooked to perfection. Oysters: we did half and half of both options and they were both great and super unique. Banh Cuon: Usually made with pork, they use duck and it is awesome. The sauce should be bottled. Octopus: Perfection on a plate. Passionfruit dessert: So, so good. Perfect way to end dinner after some spicy elements in the food. Pandan cocktail: One of the better drinks I've ever had.
