This was actually my second visit because I wanted to try more of their specialties. The first time, I had their Chocolate Bingsoo, and it was amazing. I'm honestly not a big fan of bingsoo, but this one changed my mind. The ice was so smooth and creamy, almost like ice cream. It wasn't overly sweet, but it kept you coming back for another bite. This time, I decided to try their Mango Special since it's one of their bestsellers. I love mangoes, but unfortunately this one was a bit too sour for my taste, so I didn't enjoy it as much as the chocolate version. I'd still come back though. The Chocolate Bingsoo is definitely my favorite, and I think I'll give the Watermelon Bingsoo a try next time.

The shop was clean, had plenty of indoor seating, and there was ample parking in the lot. We ordered the Oreo bingsoo, which was easily enough to share between two people. I also love that they layer the toppings throughout the bingsoo, so every bite has a good balance of flavor instead of everything being just on top. Service was quick, and one thing I appreciate is how consistent the quality is across all of their locations. Definitely a reliable spot when you're craving bingsoo!

Both were so insanely refreshing and good! The banana one was definitely a favorite and the mango was so refreshing. These are perfectly shareable desserts and so casual. They have a few tables indoors and outdoors. The service is great and move fairly quick.

Came here on a warm day. Their shaved ice and toppings are nice. The shaved ice consistency is ground fine like fresh snow. It's not the small pebbles of ice like snow cones nor the shaved ice slices of other Asian shaved ice spots (but very similar). The toppings here cover the shaved ice and you're able to get some in every bite until finished. The bowls are relatively large so you can definitely share between 2-3 people if needed.

Came after a friend said this is a great desert place. The shop is small but perfect size for what they sell. Great menus selection. Staff friendly. They give you a reusable bag if the deserts is to go. I definitely recommend this for a great dessert especially in the hot months

On the way back from SD, my parents and I wanted a sweet treat, which is why we stopped by here!! The place was decently sized, with ample tables, but they were close to each other. Both bingsoos were delicious and refreshing. Mango Bingsoo: 4/5 only because the mango was quite sour, but the fluffy shaved ice and condensed milk really made it enjoyable Taro Bingsoo: 5/5 because I love the flavors of taro and toasted coconut together. This was bursting with flavor and the chewy mochi really hit the spot!! Overall, I loved the Bingsoo and will be back soon to try other flavors!

We decided to come here after a spa and it was the perfect treat. Light and fluffy. We tried the strawberry cheese and sweet corn. My mom and sister loved the strawberry cheese. My absolute favorite was the sweet corn and i'm drooling thinking about the next time i'll be able to have it again. The condensed milk on the side was not needed because the sweetness was just perfect. Not overwhelmingly sweet. There's plenty of seating inside and outside.

This is probably the best shaved ice I've had! They're generous with portion size and with the fruit they add on top. I ate sooo many strawberries! Employees were friendly and efficient! I genuinely think it's a talent to make food look so pretty. The space was clean and inviting. The location can be hard to get to during peak hours. Be prepared to fight for a parking spot if you're don't want to use the parking garage behind H Mart.

ive been to sul & beans a couple times bc of friends! I personally prefer shaved snow vs ice but its still good. I like the abundance of fresh mango but it sucks when you make your way towards the bottom bc it starts to lack flavor. the matcha one was pretty good tho and flavor was pretty complex throughout! service is pretty standard. you only really interact with staff to order. then they give you a pager and you put the trays away yourself when finished! its always busy when i visit. Its a pretty popular spot for dessert! people sit and hang out here. clean, minimalist design / seating here

Kinda crowded, but that's just the luck of the draw. Super yummy bingsoo. I liked the mochi toast more. It's definitely a slept on menu item. We did end up finding seating outside despite the crowd.

Such a hot day that having a BingSoo is the best! We tried the banana milk BingSoo which was delicious. Service was fine. Great air conditioning since it is a hot day. It was delicious. I would come back and try another flavor.

the portions and service were good, but definitely beware going on weekends. it gets busy so it's hard to find seating inside

Such a refreshing dessert shop! In the land of heavy ice creams and dense cheesecakes, bingsu is the perfect choice to satisfy that post-meal sweet tooth without you feeling like you're gonna burst or have a tummyache by the end. We ordered the Oreo with strawberries on the side and it hit the SPOT! Not overly sweet, but so good you want to keep having more and more. This spot is located in Diamond Jamboree, so it's perfect to stop by and grab after getting a nice dinner or before some late night karaoke. Service here is great as well and they get the bingsu out to you quickly with such picturesque presentation! Definitely coming back here after dinner the next time I'm in the area!!

The matcha bingsoo was good, with a generous amount of matcha syrup, mochi, and red beans. I appreciated the stronger tea flavor, which balanced the sweetness well. The jasmine green grape bingsoo was refreshing with a nice tanginess. My only small complaint is that the outside of the paper cups gets extremely sticky and messy. I wish they prepared them a bit more neatly so the eating experience felt cleaner, especially for those who are particular about cleanliness. I don't eat bingsoo very often, but Heybings seems to use quality ingredients without tasting artificial. Not the most comfortable place to eat when it's crowded, but I'd come back for the bingsoo.

The taro stayed soft and chewy. The sesame balls practically burst with black sesame filling and the mochi had that fresh, stretchy texture that kept you ordering another round. Even the drinks felt thoughtfully made. After several years away, I finally came back with my kids hoping to relive some of those memories. Instead, it felt like a completely different place. The menu has been stripped down, a lot of the customization is gone and some of the signature items just aren't what they used to be. The grass jelly now has an unpleasant bitterness. The sesame balls still have good flavor inside, but the filling no longer melts the way it once did. The mochi is noticeably firmer and the taro starts off fine before quickly becoming hard and chewy. The bigger disappointment was the service. Even though the store was mostly empty, the staff acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. We were friendly, said thank you, had our kids saying thank you and it was met with blank stares and indifference. It's hard to support a business when it feels like they don't want you there. The restaurant also feels neglected. The restroom still isn't pleasant, dirty trays sat around for far too long and the whole place lacked the energy that made it special years ago. I genuinely wanted this place to succeed because it introduced a lot of people to desserts I grew up with. But nostalgia can only carry a restaurant so far. I'm grateful for the memories, but I don't think I'll be back. There are simply too many better options now.

We were craving something other than the usual ice cream, and Class 302 Tea Cafe definitely hit the spot. The place was packed when we arrived, so there was a bit of a wait. We finally got seated after about 25 minutes, but it was worth it. We ordered milk tea and two huge shaved ice desserts -- the Matcha Taro Red Bean and the Purple Rice Taro Shaved Ice. Look at the pictures... these things are massive! Definitely made for sharing. The shaved ice was refreshing, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. Lots of taro, red beans, purple rice, strawberries, and other ingredients. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were very generous. If you're craving something cold and sweet but want something more interesting than regular ice cream, this is a great choice. I also really liked the milk tea setup. They give you a cup, you choose the ingredients you want, and then pick your tea. It's almost like building your own drink. I'll probably have to make a separate review next time after I experiment with more combinations. Service was another big plus. Everyone was kind, friendly, and welcoming -- no snooty attitude at all, even though they were busy.
