Although my husband called them to let them know, we opted for no replacement since there would be no guarantee the replacement pizza wouldn't be "messed with". And now, I'm back to square one. The tomato cucumber salad was so much better than I was expecting it to be; and with lots of feta! The hubs had the beef gyro and said he loved it and would definitely be ordering it again. We came in hungry and each could only finish half so the portions are pretty good sized. Next time I'll try out some of the sauces with pita. But for now, I'm very satisfied.

Got home only to realize that the sauces I paid $$$ extra for weren't even included nor was the naan bread for the hummus. The portions are also very small. Maybe 4 oz of meat on the schwarma plates. I called the restaurant to let them know that I was missing several items, only to be told the manager would have to call me to resolve the issue. I provided the order number and everything. It wasn't even an hour after I picked it up. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes -- I was told she needed to call me back and it would be 15 minutes or so more before she could. Hours passed. Never called. Did the same thing again the following day. No return call. Am I that upset over missing items? No. Disappointed, but would be willing to try the restaurant again. Maybe in person this time. However, I'm upset at the lack of customer service and support on the management side. Mind you there was $10+ in fees for the extra sauces.

This visit, however, they were 86 Pesto, so I tried something different- the Bob and Timmy Special and it was incredibly delicious! It is a penne pasta in a creamy garlic sauce with hunks of chicken, mushrooms, and diced tomatoes. Also ordered a couple of other usual eats- Tortellini but with Alfredo, and the 3-meat Calzone (pepperoni. Sausage, meatballs). They gave us our beeper and we grabbed a couple beers from the Chameleon's pub and waited. It was a lovely evening at the food truck park with live music and a cool breeze blowing. When the food was ready we took it home to enjoy. Just like the my favorite Tortellini in Pesto, each bite of the Bob and Timmy's special had me closing my eyes to savor the rich flavor of each. I literally felt my brain's pleasure centers firing off. The tortellini in Alfredo was equally pleasurable although I still do prefer it with the pesto. Finally the Calzone which came loaded with the 3 meats (pepperoni, sausage, and meatballs) were perfectly cooked and covered in melty mozzarella cheese. Most places give a side of marinara with their calzone's, but Bob and Timmy's doesn't need it!!
