For food quality, I would give a 4 stars; for service, it is a 1 or 2 stars. Overall I would give a 2 stars. It was my first time trying this restaurant today around 2:10pm. About 10 mins wait, my family was seated. However, for the 10 mins waiting, my table did not get a waiter/waitress to come serve us any water, ginger slices dish, nor taking our order. I saw a server using his phone behind a glassy divider but not helping, so I had to wave and stop one of the female servers there to ask for water and take our order. When a fried rice dish and Tan Tan noodle were delivered, no one came to serve us with some empty bowls because we did the dish sharing style, so I have to make a 2nd request for it (I have kids so they need the bowls). My 3rd request was we need water refill. When we finished the meal, someone came to pick up few plates, but no one came to give us a bill after waiting for another 5 mins. My 4th request was to ask for a check. I am little disappointed about the service of this restaurant, a customer that needs to make requests for basic service for water or the ginger dishes, while I saw other tables got those at the beginning. Food was ok delicious. The XLB didn't place with even gaps, so the juice leak out easily when picking up. I like the charcoal sweet buns a lot. But for the similar price, I could have eaten at DTF for much better service and also with delicious food. I would not come back to this restaurant again. I hope for training purposes, they can improve the customer service by reviewing the videos from their surveillance cameras to see what had happened. read more

The Yelp reviews are right. This place is great. The dumplings are very tasty and reasonably priced. I went there for dinner with a work associate and enjoyed it so much that my wife and I went for lunch the next day. She loved it as well. And very clean. And very modern decor. It's a place that makes you confident when you come in. Quick service. The recently opened supreme dumplings in Bellevue had amazing reviews from its soft opening so I made a reservation as soon as it was open to public and it didn't disappoint us. The Spicy XLB here was better than Din Tai Fung or Dough zone. The pan fried leek pie and mushroom fried rice were amazing as well. But the best thing was their service, they made sure we were enjoying out time there and got our feedback for food right there which I appreciated very much. My family and I tried out a variety of dishes from Supreme Dumplings and we thought that basically everything was super good! Their dumplings (Xiao Long Bao, Shrimp Dumplings, Soup Dumplings, etc.,) do indeed have an authentic taste. My kids especially loved the Pork Chop w/Fried Rice and the Shrimp Dumplings! Supreme Dumplings also has different noodles that all of us enjoyed as well. We ordered To-Go, but we plan on going to eat in-person next time. Interior: 3.5/5 The decorations were nice and the lighting was good. The restaurant size itself is really small, but they've already made plans on expanding and are in the middle of that process. Given this establishment has such a high review for extended periods of time, I went in with high expectations. However, my family was pretty disappointed with everything we ordered in the exception of the pork chop, which was well seasoned and cooked. Their steamed dumpling was not bad, but not something extraordinary compared to DoughZone. In comparing to DoughZone, DoughZone(DZ) has better ambience because despite having open kitchen design, I do not hear plate and pot banging noises all the time. DZ also have a bit more selections on their menu. Overall, rather disappointed with this visit and I would probably go back to DZ when I have a craving for dumplings in the future. read more

Tastes worse than din tai dung. The dumplings are loose af and it just falls apart and feels not textured at all. Yeah there's soup but there's really no texture and the pork and crab soup dumplings tasted like mush. The drunken chicken didn't have any alcohol flavor, can u even call that drunken chicken? I got diarrhea the next day. You should go when ur constipated. Ps. Keep in mind that there are alot of 5-star reviews because they offer 99c soup if you give a 5star review on yelp. I wasn't comfortable giving a 5star review before trying the food. They accept YELP reservations which I highly recommend you take advantage of (they don't have a large restaurant, so seating is limited). We squeezed our way in on a Friday night during their soft opening and were lucky to get a table. As it got closer and closer to closing time, the sweet hostess had to turn away some guests without a reservation. The food was outstanding! We ordered the pork fried rice, the green beans, 2 kinds of Xiao long baos, chilled drunken chicken and the beef noodle soup. My fiancé and I both agree that the green beans were probably the freshest ones we've ever had and the Xiao long baos were delicious. However, the standout dish for us was the pork fried rice. The pork was not overly fried and paired really well with the fried rice. We can't wait to go back again to try the other dishes that they offer! As someone who used to work in kitchens, I can say the precision and quality control in the food here is top notch. I would compare my food experience here to be culinary comparable to some Michelin restaurants in Asia.
