Even better than before. An excellent Chinese spot in Bellevue. It has been a while since my last visit, and I am thrilled to report that Supreme Dumpling has leveled up. After finding out Sansuiwha was gone, we decided to revisit, and it was a completely satisfying dining experience. The dumplings--including the standard Xiao Long Bao, Spicy Xiao Long Bao, and Mini Pan-Fried Buns--were all incredibly clean, fresh, and delicious. We also tried the Beef Roll for the first time, and it was phenomenal; the exterior was perfectly crispy, and it was generously stuffed with flavorful beef. You can't go wrong with Honey Walnut Shrimp, and the Pork Chop Fried Rice was absolutely addictive. The rice had that ideal, fluffy texture, complementing the savory pork chop perfectly. Don't skip the Seasonal Stir-Fried Vegetables--the garlic sauce adds a wonderful depth of flavor and balances the entire meal. The only average item was the Taro Buns we ordered for dessert, which were a bit underwhelming. However, the overall food quality has definitely upgraded. On top of the great food, the service is attentive, and the interior is remarkably clean and well-maintained compared to many other Chinese restaurants. If you want a break from Dough Zone or Din Tai Fung and want to explore something different, this is definitely the place to go!
Bring airy welcoming ambience. They have a decent selection of dumplings and other dishes and iced teas. We got the a passion fruit drink, an assortment of soup dumplings and some cold noodles. The noodles were well flavored, the dumplings were average and the drink was good. We had ordered a Sichuan chilli oil chicken, but they were out of it, which was strange at 6pm on a weeknight. Oh well. The service though was strange and patchy. We had to wave and flag down a server each time - from taking our orders to wanting to add to our order. Finally, we got tired of trying to get one's attention and decided we were done with our meal. Given the choice of options in the area, I doubt we'll be back.
Amazing place for some dumplings and other dishes! Service was great. They were accommodating to our group and was friendly from beginning to the end of our dinner. Ambiance was nice. Lots of seating available and we were seated in a private room area. Great to go if you're with a small party celebrating a special occasion. Definitely recommend and would go again when in Bellevue.
Went in with high expectations after hearing people say this was comparable to -- or even better than -- Din Tai Fung. Came out pretty disappointed. The food is fine, but it felt like an imitation that didn't quite land. The dumplings weren't up to par, the green beans were greasy, and overall the flavors just didn't have that same precision. The service was noticeably more casual and a step below what you'd get at DTF. Even the ambiance felt more laid-back in a way that worked against it given the comparison. Yes, it's cheaper -- and that's honestly the main thing it has going for it. But if I'm in the mood for this style of food, I'd reach for Din Tai Fung or Dough Zone before coming back here. Not bad by any means, just not the competition it's been hyped up to be.
Reserved through Yelp but were seated later than our reservation time. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, though, which we appreciated. The food came out much faster than at Din Tai Fung. Even though the menu has fewer options, everything we ordered was great. The restaurant was pretty busy with both takeout and indoor seating. I'm rating it lower mainly because the reservation time didn't reflect the actual seating time.
Where have you been all my life?! One word... AMAZING! We stopped by here for a quick bite after grocery shopping and it did NOT disappoint. Sorry but DTF is extremely overrated and this place is way better. We had the regular pork KLB and the spicy pork XLB. Both were delicious and full of broth. My mom who is extremely picky loved all the dishes we ordered. A few other favorites was the Taiwanese beef roll, wonton soup, and spicy pork and shrimp dumplings. I really wish we had a place this good in San Diego. Service was good. We were seated quickly and food came out quick as well. It wasn't busy because we went during a weird hour between lunch and dinner which I loved because of the quick service. I'd definitely come back again!
I liked it. Was meeting up family and decided to try this place nearby. We got Pork Xiao Long Bao, Tan tan noodles, Wild mushroom fried rice and Braised pork belly. The soup in the Xlb was good. Noodles had great flavor. The fried rice was mild and enjoyable with no overpowering flavors. The pork belly was some of the better ones I have had compared to other places. Nothing too crazy here though. Service was fine for the most part and pleasant. Inside was very clean and modern. Private lot in front of store.
I was a bit alarmed after eating here to realize they only have an "okay" food heath rating. I did notice some dust on the decoration I was sitting under. Ambiance is very hip. It's bustling and pretty fancy, with gold silverware and cups and modern water pitchers. However, I was confused that then hot tea we ordered was served in paper cups. That seemed at odds with the rest of the decor. Food was good. Tan tan noodles were the standout, and mini buns are also good. Xiao long bao were fine but din tai Fung's are better. I noticed a lot of people getting non traditional drinks like frozen slushies etc. Rather than hot tea. Maybe I'll try that if I come back. Service was good. Our server, David was very friendly. We were seated right away and food came out pretty quickly.
I've only seen this in TV before by the likes of my hero Anthony Bourdain(I know he had issues). Soup in a dumpling. How do they pull that off? Delicately it turns out. The dough is thin yet elastic to hold that soup. Yes there is a burst of liquid if you just consume it outright. Thus most people will siphon the soup first - then eat the dumpling. Which BTW is intense with flavor. We had the xiao long bao shrimp/pork and Szechuan spicy. Be warned it is - spicy. We also had Taiwanese cabbage serve hot, a subtle taste. My wife ordered hot and sour soup that was better than average with the extra ingredients they had like chicken and angel hair carrots. So why 4 stars? First let me tell you the quality of everything was second to none. The texture of the dumplings was exquisite. BUT none of the dishes flavors blew me away. Maybe I need to come back and try their other dumplings.
Came on a friends recommendation. Glad we did. Really enjoyed the XLB options - not just pork or truffle here! Spice Szechuan were flavorful, great texture, and perfect amount of spice for eating many of them. Tan Tan Noodles were peanutty garlicky perfection. The decor here is wild. Felt like we were in 1990s Vegas. Prepare for that 10/10 will return.
Supreme dumpling is my go-to for soup dumplings and tan tan noodles! The vibes, ambiance, setup - immaculate! And our server Giovanni was so patient with us! I appreciate when my soup dumplings, where you bite into it, your mouth isn't greeted with scalding hot soup! I would describe the soup dumplings as well-rounded - meaty and soupy. With the tan tan noodles, I love the aldente noodles coated in nutty sesame noodles that is cut with refreshing julienned cucumbers! We ordered just enough for our party of 7! We left feeling full and satisfied! I will definitely be coming back!
Finding this gem was a dream come true. I had a lot of favorites here, but one dish that stood out for me was not only the shrimp fried rice, but also the dumplings I mean dumplings upon dumplings upon dumplings. Service was great, no complaints there. Friendly and attentive staff, which is always something that you want. Everything was well priced, and the food was served at a great pace. Definitely family styles the way to go so if you're bringing someone just order a bunch of things together and share, that's always the way you want to go at a place like this and specifically at this place. The ambience was nice. Is that a very large space but it is large enough for a business lunch or a lunch or dinner date if you're bringing someone out to eat. There's a lot of places in the area that you can get dumplings, but mark this as a must see and must go to location. I can't wait to go back.

I went to supreme dumplings on a Friday evening and it was pretty busy. Two person table took about 20 minutes of a wait but it moved quick and luckily there's alot of stuff to check out in that shopping plaza. Service was great as we had waters and menus and server attention in minutes of being seated. We ordered green beans, spicy shrimp and pork wontons, Dan Dan noodles, crab and pork xlb, mini fried pork dumplings. Recommended items: The crab and pork xlb was great! Super juicy and delicious crab taste. Just enough to taste and know it's there but not overwhelm the pork flavor and soup. The green beans were comparable to dtf green beans but I enjoyed the addition of carrot and mushrooms! The mushrooms were surprisingly something I really liked as an addition to the dish. The tan tan noodles were very creamy bouncy and delicious. A must for me every visit I think. The crispy bottom mini pork dumplings. These were so delicious with the crisp bottom and juicy filling. A must order. Be careful cus the juice will pop! Good but not a must try: Cucumber salad. I enjoyed it but is pretty standard and wasn't really anything special. It looked old but luckily was not mushy and still had a nice crunch. Spicy shrimp and pork wontons were just ok to me. Supreme Dumplings is my favorite place to eat in Bellevue. Their pan fried dumplings are soooo delicious! I've been here about 5-10times and each time, the food tastes just as amazing as the last. Probably more a 3.5 but in general it's hard to understand the popularity around this place. It was "good" but nothing mind blowing. We ordered 3 types of xlb, the pan fried pork buns, fried rice, and veggies. I thought the Szechuan xlb was the most interesting and the others were good, standard. Fried rice was fine. Plus side is you'll probably have less competition here than at DTF, and I think it's a little better :) Overall not unhappy with the meal at all, just wouldn't come back because there's nothing super special about the menu. read more

Can't complain -Szechuan spicy pork xiao long bao: my favorite item we ordered. The spice was just the right level to complement the richness of the pork -pan fried leek pie: kind of like a big flat potsticker, tasty dish -mushroom fried rice: well seasoned, would recommend Service was friendly and was well informed about the menu. I've tried to wait until this place cooled down over the last year, but it's popularity is still crazy. Here's the best xiao long bao (soup dumpling) around the Seattle area. The meat and broth taste are on point, while the dumpling skin holds the contents well, but was thin enough to break if one was not careful enough. I've had larger, mouth-scalding hot ones in New York before, but this place is definitely way above Din Tai Fung and Dough Zone. Other must haves are the Japanese milk tea and truffle fried rice. The pan fried pork buns were good too, but I'd pass next time as the filling was just the same as the XLB. Tip: If you live within a decently close radius, check in on Yelp first to get on the waitlist before you leave the home to save some time. read more
Get a reservation here when you visit Seattle! Definitely worth a try. It's comparable to dintaifung- the XLB are good and so is the wild mushroom fried rice!! What we ordered: -Pork XLB -shrimp and pork XLB (must try) -spicy wonton -wild mushroom fried rice (must try) -black truffle fried rice -tantan noodles -sweet taro XLB -Japanese milk tea ($0.99 with yelp review) Other things to note: -The establishment isn't too big and isn't great for big parties (typically table of 2-4). -There is a big parking lot but it can get full and busy during lunch/dinner times so come earlier to find parking. read more

Loved this place! First time there, they were able to accommodate our group of 8-10 on short notice (got reservations). Great restaurant with beautiful modern decor. Super clean. Great ambiance as it was lively, but quiet enough to have a conversation. Staff was very friendly and as attentive as they could be given how busy it was. I would recommend making a reservation on yelp before coming to cut down on the wait time. My husband and I loved our meal! We went family style to try a bunch of dishes. As expected, the Supreme Pork Xiao Long Bao were the star of the meal. Very thin wrapper with great soup and very succulent pork. Dare I say, better than Din Tai Fung?? The shrimp fried rice was satisfying -- tasted light and fresh. We finished this plate in no time! The spicy pork dumplings were good, but I expected a little more depth to the sauce. The pork also could've benefitted from a little more flavor. The green beans with garlic were also a hit. We did dig in before I took a picture, so I promise you get more than what you see here Great crunch and we enjoyed the full garlic pieces. The only bummer was they came out after we were done with everything. Timing could've been better. Total + tip ended up at about $70 (we also had a wintermelon milk tea). Wow! So glad I found this place. From the time we walked in the door the customer service was A++. We were greated right away and even offered a menu to preview because it was our first time there. The communication of the staff is incredible! We got on the waitlist (love the tech adaptions to make it super easy to get on the list and also see how long your wait was). We got seated really quickly and were served right away. The staff has great team work and worked together to serve us. The server was so friendly and really great at making suggestions and explaining the menu. We ordered multiple selections on the menu and loved them all! The favorites were the Supreme Tan Tan noodles, the Wild Mushroom Fried Rice, and the Pan Fried Pies. Oh and of course the dessert- Charcoal Gold Lava Custard Buns- the surprise of the custard (lava) inside was so - Y.U.M.!! The style and decor of the restaurant also are worth noting. Clean, bright, airy with beautiful glass light fixtures and wall decor make the experience that much better! This is a top pick restaurant- amazing service, amazing food. I was really excited to try this place while visiting Bellevue for work, but both my coworker and I developed mild food poisoning soon after our meal here. Everything tasted great, but we noticed the pork in the mini shengjianbao looked a bit pink still even though it seemed fully cooked. We ordered: *Surpreme XiaoLong Bao: it has all the makings of a good xiao long bao - skin is thin, plenty of soup and flavor is good but the overall bite didn't wow me. If it came out steaming hot, that would give it higher marks but even then, I would still prefer Dough Zone's Soup dumpling more. *Pan Fried Mini Pork Buns: these are fantastic. Juicy, full of meat, and flavorful. I would probably order two servings of these and opt out on the Xiao long bao. *Pork Chop Fried Rice: the worst dish out of the four. The fried rice didn't have the "wok hay" that I'm looking for and I think the Pork chop was either pre-cooked or left it on the counter for a while because it wasn't even Luke warm. *Supreme Tan Tan Noodles - love. Service was fine. Nothing spectacular. I will not make a special trip to Bellevue just to eat here, maybe if I'm in the area and crave for a good bowl of noodles. read more

If you love din tai fung, this is the place to go!! The interior is beautifully decorated. I only waited ~5 minutes before being seated as a walk-in. Service was great, and the food was amazing. Not only did our dishes come out quickly, the quality was outstanding. The value of these dishes are so worth it. We ordered the pork xiao long bao, string beans, tan tan noodles, and spicy wontons, The string beans and xiao long baos were my favorite, but these dishes were all amazing. The schezuan XLBs were alright, just tasted a lot of spice. The pork chop itself was tender and flavorful. Overall a great experience!
