Yummy! They are offering take out at the moment. When I came in there was a couple people working and everything was neat and clean. I ordered several rolls to go and went to go run errands. When I went back to pick up the food was still delicious! During this time they pretty much hand make your entire order as there is no belt to go around. read more

Great sushi :) They get super busy sometimes (because of how good the sushi is!), so sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but I have never personally had to wait more than about 15 minutes. read more

We have been going to this location for several years and always have had great food. I love how they try to pay attention and watch to see if you aren't getting what you want and come and ask what you would like to order! I had the BEST seared salmon rolls tonight where it was the perfect blend of sauces and seared. So delicious. We ate everything so quickly that we forgot to take a picture!! That's a good sign! Came here at 2:05, host offered us to sit at bar but took 10 mins to come around and offer water or if we wanted to order. Mind you, place wasn't very busy, no one else was waiting, it was 2 of us and they acted like we were invisible. After 10-15 mins of waiting for them to offer us a drink we decided to leave, all they could say is sorry, we had barely got one plate of spring rolls and still paid. Instead of a "sorry" they could have paid for the 1.75 for spring rolls but all we got was a "sorry." Completely unprofessional. As well as 2 gentlemen that came in a couple of minutes after us were served water and were offered to ordered but not us! Cashier/Host kept starring but wouldn't bother bringing us water even though she was just standing around. Don't bother coming here unless you want to feel invisible and treated poorly. read more

Staff was very helpful and polite. I ordered off of their gluten free menu and asked if their gluten free items were safe for celiac disease before ordering. Food tasted great but I sadly had an extreme celiac reaction. I understand they don't have a gluten free kitchen and sometimes cross contamination can happen, but wanted to give a heads up to anyone with celiac disease that either some of their GF items are not gluten free or there is cross contamination or both:( Wish I'd had a better experience especially since the staff and service was so positive. read more

I showed up at 7:15pm on a Tuesday. Not much on the belt but there shouldn't be when it's slow. Who wants sushi that has been riding the belt for an hour. I ordered the following and it was all made on the spot with a smile.. Hawiian roll Fresh roll no avocado Pepper poki Spicy tuna no avacado Tadaki no avocado Don't let the belt selection bother you.. there are over 70 "sushi" dishes you can order for the same price as the belt dishes and they will have it ready in minutes As you can , I am picky and it was all great. I had heard that this was a decent sushi spot. A friend and I decided to give it a try. Prices are decent but the sushi is not. First sign - my friend bit into her spicy tuna roll and the tuna was frozen, crunchy. Not the texture you want. And as spicy tuna, it was basically tuna with a sauce poured on top. We ordered the fire roll, dragon roll, spider roll, seared salmon and magaro. 4 of these 5 came with an awful gelatinous teriyaki dressing that the restaurant felt important to put on everything. It was disgusting. The sauce was thick and just gross. Not the type of taste you want. The sauces are there to hid the poor quality of the actual ingredients. We will not go back. read more

My wife and I knew that something had changed. We saw the signs, and we've had good experiences at Sushi Hana on Hall Blvd. Tonight, we decided to give this one a try. When we arrived, there were a couple of tables available, and several places at the bar. My wife has a bad back and can't sit where her feet can't touch the floor. It causes horrible shooting pains. We told the server that we needed a booth with cushions. She consulted with her fellow server, and then told us we would have to wait for the only table for two, which was in use. There were at least two other tables available. Horrible way to treat customers. We may not be back. We were never treated this poorly when it was Sushi Izakaya. read more

Izakaya was my go to for track sushi. Fast, decent, cheap. The service was attentive and I enjoyed my experiences. Then they became sushi hana and I've only gone twice since the change. The service sucks. The sushi tastes old and bland. Raw fish shouldn't have a sheen of sweat. The prices have gone up and the quality has plummeted. Avoid like the plague the food might give you! read more

They've stepped it up lately. Most rolls are standard belt-sushi but the hot mushrooms are the best I've ever had. You usually have to order them but they're so worth it. Whatever was going on with the soy sauce isn't anymore, and I find myself here a couple times a week- really though, the mushrooms. read more

Customer Service: Was my favorite Sushi place up until the Hispanic host with a shovel looking head/face was absolutely rude and very disrespectful! Worst customer service I've ever received.. Walked in and noticed it was a busy evening so I decided to wait for a booth, wrote my name on the waiting list just so another party of two can show up after & get the booth we had been waiting for longer! We pointed it out & he said "Well I'm telling you right now they are sitting 1st & that's just that way it's gonna go okay!" The attitude and the way it was said was unwelcoming especially in front of all the customers. He said we could leave & come back if we wanted to speak to his manger the next day... Good sushi and service for a great price. The employees at this location are helpful and friendly. It can get busy during peak hours in the evenings but the staff work together well doing their best to get you seated as soon as possible. Bummer. I've been to this place several times but the last visit a couple weeks ago left me as a last time customer. I wish I had a picture but it's prob better for my stomach that I don't....I ordered miso soup and it was barely luke warm. after someone brought out a new bowl, a few sips in, I noticed the bottom of the bowl had old tofu and seaweed encrusted around the entire bottom side. Don't ask me how I didn't notice when I first grabbed it, somehow my fingers missed it. then got my edamame which was supposed to be warm, but was most definitely not. I don't even want to keep typing about my own food experience. What I saw going around on the track was repulsive. You could tell it had overstayed it's welcome by a long while. i'm not sure if my food experience outweighs the terrible customer service experience i had after complaining. the manager said she was too busy to keep an eye on the food on the track and basically blamed the staff. and "too busy" would have been miraculous since it was only myself and maaaaaybe 3 other patrons in the whole place. read more

We have been sushi Hana customers for years at the Tigard location (Washington square). On Sunday 12/21/2014 2:45PM, we went and tried the new location on Millikan way Beaverton. However, we have experienced a very unpleasant service from the female server (they have two female servers and she was the short one). During our visit, she didn't even smile. She seemed like wanting us to leave the restaurant as soon as possible perhaps because she wanted to go on a break or something. And the way she gave my hot tea, she smacked the cup to the counter until it splashed out and made the counter wet. So our next sushi craving time, we definitely will go to the Tigard location. I ordered take out from here today. Once I got home I found out that they didn't include any soy sauce or wasabi. I was extremely frustrated. I gave it 2 stars because they never have the more popular sushi out ever. I've come here a few times to give it a chance, but they always let you down. The wait staff are horrible, and will only come by once and eternally sit behind the cashier area. Sushi tastes old, and don't even bother with the cheese cake. It probably stayed out there for hours! It was gross! If you sit on the other side of the belt, the wait staff will never check to see if you need anything and will altogether forget you. read more

They had a decent beer selection, and mediocre service, however the sushi was horrible. The first roll I took ended up having dried out rice under the sauce. It was so dried out it hurt my tooth pretty bad. As we sat there for the next 20 minutes we watched as others similar to the dried out one I took continued to go round and round on the belt. When we let them know, they did not charge us for that one, but the simple fact that they were out for that long would have been enough in and of itself to not going back. To top that off though, the sushi was just not good. I had been to one of the Sushi Hana in Tigard, and although not amazing, was good. This location was NOT. read more

Sometimes I think I should leave less, but I'll consider these stars for the sushi alone. The service here has become so inconsistent. There's just a few tables for group parties but every time they will just sit 2 people at them during the lunch rush. And then they are very slow to clean up and sit other people who've been waiting for almost an hour. This place is decently good sushi if you go alone or just with another. But if you're looking to go to with multiple people, skip this place or only go at off hours (and then you'll have to order everything you want cause the belt is pretty sparse during down time). read more

Decent portions and fair prices. The sushi is a little bland. The soy sauce tastes watered down. The wasabi is super strong.
