UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and we love the new ambience! The service was great but most of all the food was delicious and fresh! We had to decide on a resteraunt for a group event and obviously we didn't want to disappoint. So when we heard one of our favorite sushi restaurants had new management, we decided to give it a shot. We were exceedingly impressed with sushi at sushi. The host helped us get reservations and was pleasant accommodating us. We all slowly got there as they set out tables up. As we waited they checked in on us and we munched on edamame while our entire group made it. We know freshness changes daily on when they receive shipments from fish markets but seriously each piece we got melted in our mouths. We ordered a couple boats ‍ that had a combination of sashimi/sushi/rollls and everything was mouth wateringly delicious. The salmon was buttery but crisp with freshness. It melted in my mouth with no lingering taste. The albacore tasted like ocean with the perfect soft texture. Tip: eat some ginger after each fish, it'll clear your tastebuds so you next bite is fresh. Kind of like painting on a new palette We ordered the F10 "rollgasm" which was a combination of fish with NO rice and NO seaweed. Just wrapped in lettuce. IT SERIOUSLY WAS THE BEST! melt in your mouth!! I can tell they were genuinely sincere about their clients. They servers were busy, and walked with a fast pace. I've been to places where the servers are slow or doing their own thing which ended up in slow service. But here they were all running around. At one point a server went around checking in on tables which impressed me as they were running around the entire time. Overall, this is my new favorite sushi spot! I came here this evening for dinner. We ordered caterpillar roll and udon tempura. The Caterpillar roll was big and presented in a way that made it very appealing. It was ok. The Udon Soups. Well, the noodle was slightly over cooked, The broth was ok. The tempura??? There were only two pieces of small shrimp tempura. For the most part the decoration inside is pretty cool and the restaurant is clean. The wall on the side of our booth was full of splashed food and soup. Kinda grose. They should scrub the wall. This is not a place you go out of your way for sushi. As a matter of fact, I added an extra star because the sushi guy and lady were really nice. Very nice hole in the wall sushi spot! The sushi rolls we got were: Super dragon roll, Baked lobster roll, and the Golden tiger roll. All of them were better than what we expected. Tried this place for the first time. Located in sleepy plaza by Subway and Baci. The food was really good. My son loves tamago so got that and he tried and liked the crunch roll. We had the salmon sashimi, big tuna roll, and spicy tuna on crispy rice. I have to say the portion sizes are super small, I am on a diet and even I thought they were tiny but quality and flavor are definitely there. read more

Me and my family discovered this place a couple of month ago, and we have been obsessed!! We live less than 5 minutes away, so we are constantly ordering takeout. At this point, we've tried most of their rolls (all of which are delicious ) and their chirashi comes on a bed of really yummy sushi rice. They also accommodate my dietary restrictions really well (I get no tuna on my chirashi). They always get our orders correctly and their portions are good and their prices are even better! Terrible Service & Judgemental! Stopped by for quick dinner, due to Covid I always have a habit of washing hands with soap prior to eating. Waiter wouldn't let me use bathroom, lied about plumbing problem, not working. Later changed attitude said, bathroom is for customers only. Though there was only 4 persons dinning inside at 7pm, I was courteously waited at front door waiting to be seated. Waiter just assumed I won't be eating there, tried to chase me away as a bathroom user. The owner works at Sushi Bar just starring at the situation without making a stop to improve the situation, allowing HIS staff treating people as such.
