Omg... I walked in and walked out. You can smell the acetone from the nail salon next door and it doesn't mix well with fish.

Love this place. Usually when you think all you can eat sushi places it's almost always low quality food. Not here. Everything is fresh and very good quality food especially for the price and the food comes out very quickly even when the place is super busy. This place is extremely racist and rude. I had my takeout order scheduled for 8pm and when I got there at 8pm I go up to the counter to put my name in and pay and at least 5 people walk up to the counter and don't say anything to me and walk away. They don't even ask me if I need help. Then there are two people who are standing right next to me who work there and they are just chatting away at the the stand and I ask them can someone take my name for take out and they just shoo me away and point towards the back like I know what that means and no one helps me again. Someone finally comes up 10 minutes later and she's standing there for a good 5 minutes not looking at me and I ask do you want my name at least for takeout and she says oh you're here for takeout and I said yes that's what I told you when you were over there talking and that's why I'm standing at the register to pay and she still doesn't ask for my name till I ask if she wants me name again. Then she says it's not ready and I said well I see that but I still need to pay. At this points the order is already 20 minutes late. I was the only one doing take out at the time. My order did not come out until over an hour after asking time when it was the only take out order. There were other people walking in who were not my color and they were quick to help them but not me when I was the only one up front asking for help when I came in. This is the second time I came here for takeout and they were rude like this. This is the last time I will be going here. Another family came in who was the same color as me and they treated them with the same rudeness that they treated me with. Completely disrespectful and uncalled for. I was being polite until it was blatantly obvious they didn't want to help me because of my skin color. It doesn't matter what the food taste like, no one should be treated this way. This hidden gem needs to start advertising, immediately! The quality and quantity for only 15.99 is unbelievable! Being able to experience all the different rolls is what sushi is all about. Not only is there an immense variety of rolls, but they are perfectly rolled. Even though there is a 50 cent charge for every till left over, this is a small price to pay. As far as AYCE sushi places, this is below average. There are 100 items to choose from but it is the same sub standard ingredients rearranged in different ways. If you really look, the menu is actually limited. There are only 4 choices of sashimi to choose from, they are not very good once it reaches your table. Everything is blah. It's exactly like Fuji sushi except for 3 things. Their not stingy when it comes to ordering size. Their sashimi is better. And final thing they take a lot longer. It took them twice as long to get my sushi out to me. It took around 25 + minutes from the time they took my slip to bring my sushi out so I never got full. read more

If you value quantity over quality this is the place for you! The food is decent enough but they add copious amounts for rice to the rolls and sushi pieces to fill you up faster. A sub standard "unlimited" sushi restaurant. Unlimited sushi doesn't really mean unlimited sushi. They do not serve all you can eat, you are cut you off after a few rounds. That may not sound bad, but you are only allowed to order 4 pieces or sushi or sashimi at a time. Not only can you order 4 pieces at a time, the pieces are half the size of a normal slice of sashimi or sushi. Waitress was very rude and gave you the stank eye if you stayed around to long. First time going into a different all you can eat sushi place around Southside area. The servers were not too friendly and courteous but the food was decent. You pay for what you get, I guess. $20+ including tips for two people is really a good deal the fact that you can order as many as you want. We am got there at 530ish I guess they turn everything off when they leave or something but man it was HOT. It took about 30 minutes to cool down (I think) but idk if I just got use to the muggy atmosphere or what but it wasn't a comfortable temp. In there. You really cannot do any better than Sushi X for an unlimited sushi lunch at a really great price $10.95. You can order anything, yes anything on the menu and as much as you want for the one price, but you should eat everything your order or you could be charged an additional waste fee, which we think is entirely fair. If you are not sure how much you can finish in one setting, just place multiple orders as you go along. Service is quick, even during the busy lunch time. Order a few items, then if you can handle it order more. Even if you want to eat light, the price is still worth it. There are so many options, besides sushi, you can get the usual appetizers like spring rolls, dumplings, tempura shrimp and chicken, as well as great soups and salad. You can also order hot items from the hibachi grill with all the meats, vegetables, noodles, and rice you like. We prefer to skip the kitchen items and go straight for the main attraction and what Sushi X does best, sushi. They have both cooked and raw rolls as well as hand rolls. Although I like the concept of all you can eat, I have to say I was disappointed in the sushi. I was seated and not given any information or instructions about the fact that it's all you can eat. Took me a few minutes to figure it out. I ordered several rolls and they came in Reasonably decent time. Sushi did not taste very fresh. I think I have had fresh or tasting grocery store sushi. Wow I still cannot believe the way they treated me and my friend! I just experienced the worst service I've ever received! They completely ignored us the entire time we were there only because we were with kids. They served people on both sides and the people that came after them and the ones after.... yet they still didn't bring our food. We have our orders 3 times to 3 different servers and didn't receive half our food. My friends little daughter waited for her noodles for an hour and a half ... we decided to walk out... horrrrriblllllleeeeee!!! In the end al though they didn't bring my friends order at all, they offered us 20% off! They brought out a few things I ordered so I offered to pay my bill ... though they should have taken it!
