I love swig. I love everything about this place . The staff is always kind and friendly. The drinks are very large and I love all the flavors. My favorite is the strawberry refresher. They have a rewards program and so you can earn money off each time you go and whether you're going to the drive-through or going inside to sit down, the girls are always friendly and willing to help you pick out a new drink or help you create an specialized drink that they already have on the menu . They always have fun music and you could tell that the staff really enjoys their job.! read more

So dropped by this morning around 10:30 am. Young blonde girl took our order in the driveway and was nice enough, well mannered and attentive. Pulled forward to pay, and the brunette girl at the window never smiled, never seemed to express any customer appreciation, just processed the order, passed over the drinks, and we drove on. Pretty abysmal experience, and marred our opinion of the location. Will not be in a hurry to return. Good customer service can overcome all manner of sin. Atmosphere: Walked into Swig for the second time, and just like the first visit, it immediately smelled like old spilled soda. The air conditioning inside was barely working, making the environment feel hot and stale. There were only three small tables for customers, none of which felt particularly clean or inviting. Staff & Organization: The scene behind the counter was complete teenage chaos. One young man was doing his best to stay calm and keep things running, but the rest of the staff--mostly young teenage girls--seemed to be making drinks randomly with no clear system. Orders weren't being labeled, matched, or called out properly. There were drinks everywhere across the counter, and frustrated customers stood around confused, trying to figure out if anything belonged to them. Wait Time: It took a while just to place our order, and even longer to receive it. A woman next to us said she had been waiting over 20 minutes for just one drink. Nearly every order before ours had at least one missing item, and customers had to keep explaining what they still needed so the staff could remake it. Cleanliness & Safety: While the customer floor didn't feel particularly clean, what really stood out was the flooded floor behind the counter. Staff were literally trudging through standing water, holding up their pant legs to avoid getting soaked. No one seemed to be addressing the flooding--it was just business as usual. Not only is this a safety issue, it's a major red flag for hygiene and basic operational standards. Product Quality: We ordered four different drinks, and none of them were cold. On top of that, they all tasted watery and diluted--as if they'd been sitting too long or weren't made properly. Considering the long wait and chaotic process, this was especially disappointing. Product Availability: They were out of medium cups, so we had to buy larger sizes than we wanted. Another small frustration in an already messy visit. Bottom Line: The lack of structure, the unsafe and unclean working conditions, long wait times, and subpar drink quality make it hard to justify returning. The drinks are great but the service is TERRIBLE! I was in the drive thru line, at a stand still for 10 solid minutes. There must have been 20 cars behind me. How can the line completely stall for 10 minutes? When I finally got up to the employee taking orders, she never said "sorry for the wait" or provided any explanation. I was with 5 tween girls and they wanted a sweet treat. What a great place to treat them to a drink! Got out of there under $30 with 6 drinks. We were all happy! I am on a health journey and they have healthier options with water and fruit and also all the sugar you could ask for and everything in between. I got the strawberry delight and it was delish! The coconut cream was dairy free. Loved it! We will be back. It was busy inside but they were quick and everyone seems like the were hustling. I'd heard that Swig has amazing mini chocolate chip cookies, so I decided to check them out. I'm not really a soda person--usually just a few sips of something when I do--but I noticed a drink called the "Poppin' Pineapple" and thought I'd give it a shot. It didn't disappoint at all! My friends and I stopped by Swig on Sunday and we absolutely loved it! We had never tried dirty sodas before and we totally get the hype now. One of my friends had The Founder, I had the Tropic, and I also ordered the pretzels with white cheddar and the sugar cookie. Everything was so yummy and it was fun having a treat that was different than a coffee drink! There is basically no ambiance inside, so I wouldn't recommend hanging out in there, and the service wasn't super friendly, but the drinks and food were food and inexpensive, so I'd go back and probably just drive thru next time! read more

We came in to the lobby, we waited over 5 minutes before the 4 people at the drink station working the window yelled for someone to work the lobby. I've only driven past this Swig location and it's always busy. There always seems to be a line for the drive-thru no matter what time of day. I'm not a soda girly, but wanted to see what the hype was about. I had an errand at one of the nearby stores, so decided to finally check them out. I pulled up to the drive-thru and was warmly greeted when it was my time to order. I was a little overwhelmed with the many options, so I went with a "safe" drink. I ordered the Big Al which is Diet Coke, coconut, and lime. The coconut and lime flavors were very subtle. Though it was refreshing, I kinda regret not getting something more fun and flavorful since this was one of the very few times I was going to drink soda. I also ordered the pretzel bites with cheese. The pretzels were greasy and tasted okay. I'll be sure to order something fun and creative next time! read more

There have been very few times I've actually received good service at this location. I placed my order at walk up today with a girl that didn't have the best attitude but I chalked it up to her possibly having a bad day. I sat at a table and waited for my drink to be called out and another family had walked up, placed orders with the cashier, and got their drinks almost immediately. I walked up to the counter after they had left just to see if my drink was ready and saw three girls either on their phones or on a phone call asking if she could get a ride somewhere after work. I had to interrupt to see if my drink was ready and was met with rude looks and one nice girl who apologized and handed me my drink. Reviews aren't typically my thing but I've had too many negative service experiences to let this one pass. read more

I love Swig and I'm a regular customer at this location, however lately I can't bring my self to go there because they are being so pushy about tipping. The first time I came to this particular location, they had just opened and the service left a lot to be desired. I travel a lot from the PNW and Idaho all the way down here, and we drive a lot when on these trips. I am familiar with the franchise standards and they did not meet them initially. We're clearly in the middle of a heatwave that is on another level this year. The kids and I were on our way to grab something from another store and decided to give them another try and I'm glad that we did! They nailed it this time. Wow, if you ever wonder why your order isn't ready when you come to pick it up it's because the staff are too busy entertaining themselves. This is for sure poor management and the owner should know or if they do sad. The order I got for pretzel bites and were not ready and when they did come out the male staff member used his hand to push them down and put a lid on it after I asked for a lid. We (I) needed some dessert after our Hawaiian BBQ, so we went to Swig! I found it interesting how they focused on mixing fountain sodas together for their primary products! I ended up getting a sugar cookie as well as the Unlucky Ducky drink. The sugar cookie looked super minimal but pretty at the same time! An evenly thick layer of baby pink frosting coating a sugar cookie - simple, yet delicious. What really got to me was the Unlucky Duck drink! Although Swig is more known for their drinks, I was surprised to like this more, given how much I enjoy eating sweets. This was a concoction of Sprite, lemonade, and a strawberry drink. Definitely a sweet summer treat reminiscent of fruit punch! Super cool place in my opinion - definitely get a swig of their drinks whenever you get the chance! read more

I was absolutely gobsmacked at the service (or lack of service). My girlfriends and I were questioning "are we just Karen's?" Or is this legit the worst establishment I've ever stepped into. It felt like I was the uncool mom who was trying to get my moody teenagers to be nice to me.
