Me and my family found this place when we were actually headed to go out to dinner. A few days later we were like let's go try it out, and we definitely do not regret it! By far our favorite custom drink drive-through. We've been to a few, and this one definitely tops them all. The customizations are endless! You don't have to get soda they have other drink options. Came here for the first time with my sister & we both enjoyed our drinks. I got the loop-t-loop & she got the Malibu (I think?) We also ordered four of their sugar cookies & I don't know if I should make this a big deal or not but I was a little grossed out that I found a small piece of hair stuck to the bottom of one...good thing I saw it before I took a bite.. Absolutely fantastic experience at Swig and Sweets! The drink my wife got was the "Sandy Cheeks", and the drink I got was the "Spring Fling". My wife literally had to pull over and have a moment with this thing, it was really good though. I tried mine, and it was phenomenal. Wonderful customer service, very pleasant at the window. The only negatives I can find upon my 1st experience here was that you could not order at the menu area prior to arriving at the drive-through window, and the credit card machine wasn't working very well. I've been a customer for over a year and there are a few reasons I won't be going back. The minor issues that I've been able to overlook for far too long would be little things like inconsistent drinks, crappy management, high turnover rate leading to someone always being in training (messing up every drink), sassiness from teens that aren't paid enough to care, lines that lead out in to the street because the workers won't tell people to scoot up blocking traffic for a lot more than just swigs drive thru. All little things in my mind because I'm a patient dude. What I don't have patience for is threats from men twice my size. This brings us to my main issue and the reason I won't be going back. I am waiting in line like I usually do when someone blocks the drive thru (because the worker won't ask them to move forward) so I honk my horn. Something I've done before and something that others have done to me when I'm not scooting up. And instead of driving forward this man tried to initiate a fight with me, I told him off and he scoots forward. He tries to get me to fight him and some more words are exchanged. He then gets out of his car and barrels towards me while I'm blocked in a drive thru. He approaches my window threateningly while the employees (tiny blonde teens) say "excuse me, excuse me sir" over and over again. I pull my gun and I DONT point it at him and I DONT put my finger on the trigger. What I did do was show it to him as I am legally allowed to do when someone comes at me trying to injure me. He then gets back in his car and leaves me alone. No cops were called and nothing came of this until weeks later. ALL OF THIS WAS CAPTURED ON MY DASHCAM. Today Hailey tells me that they captured the what happened on camera and that for the safety of their team they will have to ban me if I pull the gun again. I tell her that I will brandish my gun if someone tries to threaten me and she basically says "you can't do that in the swig line" When I asked if they are going to ban him they tell me no. So as I understand it you are allowed to be a 6'3 250 lb man and threaten people in their cars and you will be allowed back without consequence. However if you brandish your weapon as a way to deescalate the situation you will have a teenager try and lecture you telling you you won't be back if it happens aging. Again I have all of this on dashcam and if he or the establishment thought I broke the law why didn't they call the police? Why am I hearing about this now? Why is the man that threatened me not receiving any consequences? A man tried to attack me in this establishments drive thru. I deescalated the situation by brandishing my weapon. I have the right to defend myself. I will defend myself if a man twice my size tries to attack me again. I will never be going back. Trying to get in contact with anyone is impossible, trying to explain things to these children is like pulling teeth, and management only cares about money and avoiding work. Good luck to anyone that still chooses to go. Let me know if your drink is made right or if you spend less than 15 minutes in line. read more

I was always a dutch and starbucks person. but then i tried swig, and i became a swig queen. my favorite go to drink is the life's a peach, i LOVE dr pepper and the peach is just so perfect. but i will say it's very inconsistent, the drink doesn't taste the same all the time. like today, there was NO ice in it at all so it was warm when i got it which is weird bc that makes the half and half chunky and it wasn't filled up the to the top at all. like if you're going to forget the ice, at least fill it up with soda. the teens working there don't care about how the drinks are or how the customers are, they are rude. i remember my first day ordering i asked how big the medium was and she told me the actual size, like i know exactly what each ounce looks like they also forgot to give us our card back even tho they said we were good to go. they all have this attitude when working and it's not like it's hard to put some ice and some syrups in a cup. and they always give dirty looks in the drive thru like maybe i should be giving YOU a dirty look bc you're bad at doing a simple task. read more

This location is awful. They have their lobby closed, for what reason? Your guess is as good as mine but whatever it is it really makes this location trash. They have no space for cars to make a line whatsoever and even worse don't give a shit about trying to help make a line or take orders outside of their little window so you have a bunch of assholes in the parking lot blocking the way for other surrounding businesses and cutting several cars in line because no one at the store cares at all. I got the Tex (Dr Pepper, Vanilla syrup & Coconut cream) it was dreamy! They also have the good ice, the small crunchy kind!! I also had the cookies... and those were a bit meh. I think my expectations were high. They were good, just not amazing. I bought the sugar cookie, chocolate chip and coconut. The coconut was the best... but I am also obsessed with coconut. I think what really threw me was that they were served cold. Like straight out of the fridge cold! Our first trip to this location, and we used the drive thru. The employees were super helpful explaining menu items. I'm not a huge fan of flavored sodas so I tried a 'social' sugar cookie, which is a smaller version of their frosted cookies. My husband loved his Raspberry Dream Dr. Pepper. Tried this place for the first time today, and I was pretty impressed. The sodas aren't too sweet which has always been my problem with Sodalicious. I ordered a Bloody Wild, a Texas Tab, a chocolate chip cookie, and a classic sugar cookie to share with my husband. We really loved the Bloody Wild! The Texas Tab was pretty good, but the dr. pepper syrup to soda ratio was off. So it tasted more like soda water with flavoring. The biggest bummer were the cookies they both were refrigerated, which would have been fine if I was expecting it... but based off the other review, I thought they would be fresh baked. They almost tasted like frozen cookie dough... I love cookie dough, so they weren't awful. Haha. :) We will definitely be giving this place one more try! read more
